Delightful people, very fair priced! I needed a used power scooter for my ill wife and came to the store to look at (and planned to buy) a heavyweight scooter. Unfortunately, it was too big/heavy and did not break apart into manageable pieces. Carl dug through their used scooters and found exactly what I needed, it appeared to be in almost-new condition (Power G Go Elite). They gave it to me at a very fair price, and threw in a new charger and a used (but excellent condition) front basket plus a user manual. Zero sales pressure; they are just everyday folks and I greatly enjoyed talking with them. When I took the scooter home my disabled wife was ecstatic. It isnt the easiest store to find, but trust your iPhone GPS and shop with this store if you need a power scooter or power wheelchair!

Very nice service; KC was knowledgeable and helpful and cordial.The reason for the one-star posting was the price. We purchased something for which Amazon charges half.That’s a huge surcharge.I wish I had checked prices before I went.Be sure to do that or you might pay through the nose.

Highly recommend this company! Casey was able to fix my dad’s wheelchair on the spot! Everywhere else I need it to wait for the part to arrive and then pay for installation! Here everything was included on the price. Casey, thank you for your help!A customer for life!

It was a great experience with Redi-Quip, my Drs office has faxed my prescription to an out of network medical equipment and I have search for in network and found this office. The gentleman was concerned and care about my need. When I got there, he had the knee scooter ready for me, just adjusted the knee platform to my height and help me to put it in my car. Great Customer Service!

Extremely satisfied with this medical supplier, the depth of their product line, their professionalism and customer service. They are a family-owned AND well-managed business that earned my respect for the very caring customer care I received that customers dont usually receive from a corporate-owned and operated supplier. This supplier very expediently responded to and delivered an urgent equipment need much faster than expected. Why? Because they care!.

Be prepared to wait a long time and maybe receive phone calls when your stuff is actually there... if you enjoy having to remind them to constantly get back with you about your order and dont mind sending emails and making phone calls all the time, and waiting on everything, then this is the place for you! I would not recommend... you will find better customer care elsewhere. I did.

My company, SMITH, signed up for the Susan G Komen 5k walk in support of my battle with cancer. I also signed up to walk. Unfortunately my treatment left me very weak. My teammates, seeing that I could not walk long distances, decided to rent a wheelchair for me. They worked with Casey, who was extremely helpful and professional. The chair was extremely comfortable and easy to manage. With the help of family and friends, I was able to cross the finish line in comfort and style. Thank you Redi-Quip and especially Casey for making this day a success..

I am so impressed with the service and care from Redi-Quip. Casey helped me buy my first wheelchair. He was very personable and professional. He helped me figure out what I wanted and needed, recommended an great chair, measured so that it fits me and got it all at an excellent price!I really thought I could just buy one off the internet. Dont even consider that - go see Casey instead at Redi-Quip. This company is wonderful.

No stars but this site wont allow that. That is how bad this company is.At the beginning things seemed great. The turn around from script to chair was fast. Then batteries died at about the 5/6 month point, will one battery did. Then issues started to arise. Batteries where under warranty (6 month manufactures ), should have been and easy pain free, price free fix, but no. They bill insurance for a new set @ about 600 buck I took a mental note but didnt do much else. Come the Texas flooding and the point of no return. My QM-710 power chair took some damage to its electrical components an was sent in for repairs. This company declare it a total loss ( which I know it wasnt ) and proceeded to give me a chair that looked to be frankensteined together instead. This time they re-billed my insurance for my jay cushion ( had same marking I made ) that was on the QM-710 they declared a total loss. Was told by a Rep. that my chair ( the QM-710 ) was still at the shop. Today 10/26/2017 I declined the power chair sent to me and requested they return the QM-710 and mysteriously it was discarded. So no there is no chair that could be sent in for repairs and am left to restart the script to chair process. They should be investigated for fraud or theft or something. Very shady business practices.

When you deal with companies you must learn to have patients. I spoke with Casey and Sam who can out and serviced my power chair. I was extremely please with the service they provided. I was extremely happy when i knew that i was getting my Qm710 with power tilt... this chair has taken me to places that i know i would never go in my med condition.. SCI level T3 Paralyzed chest down...its made my life completely mobile again!..had a problem in the beginning with getting kinks out ... batterys had to be replaced within three months ,, then three months later again batterys replaced....and i had a big problem where my right suspension was malfunctioning so a representative came out and said part had to be orderd and that he would call me to let me know..... that was three weeks ago! still no word!now this is exactly what people like myself dont need happening in there life .. im already restricted to my way of life, now i got to wait till someone gets paid, or a piece of paper okays the repair... just not right for REDI QUIP not to even contact me !
