Hours online say they open at 9. I called ahead around 10:15 and somebody answered and said they would be open at 10:30. Got here at 10:30 and the store was still closed. Called a couple of times again but not answer.

He was alone. The guy doesnt carry much or seem to know much. So I had to choke on my apneas that night instead of use my VPAP. I only needed a hose and full front facemask. Pretty common stuff. Dunno...

I needed a rollator for my wife and decided to get a Nitro hybrid. The salesman was very helpful, explaining everything, set it up for us and let my wife try it. He was willing to give me a discount which I appreciated. Would highly recommend this place, they have a lot of variety and he said they could order what they dont have. I was hesitant to shop here when I read the negative reviews, but it was close so took a chance. I am very satisfied, Ill be shopping here again.

The new owner was very helpful to our family. We went several times to try out the lift chairs and he showed us all the details. No pressure to buy. We finally decided to rent a scooter and appreciated his help getting everything sorted and loaded in our car.We noticed many customers while we were there who were trying the lift chairs and scooters and not purchasing, yet he was very courteous and answered all their questions. My fiancée and I traveled to MD Anderson for an initial visit. We rented a fully mechanical bed. They coordinated delivery and pick-up with the hotel. Excellent service!

Owner extremely rude! DO NOT SHOP HEREThe product I purchased ended up being the wrong type suggested by my doctor. I went back to the store to try to return it and the owner was so rude to me. He started saying it was my problem, not theirs, and that I should have been more careful when I bought the product. He said he would not accept the return. When I told him I would not be shopping there again, he shoved some cash at me for a refund and then stormed off. I have never seen somebody with such a poor understanding of customer service. He does not deserve your business!

All of the bad reviews on here are 100% true. The owner is extremely rude and arrogant. He has no compassion and treats his customers anyway he wants which is really bad. More than one person on here is stating that fact. I don’t even see how he is still in business with his attitude and how he thinks it’s ok to mistreat people. Do not shop here.

The worst experience Ive ever had when my brother who was very sick and going thru treatment for cancer and has now passed needed a wheelchair to move around. The man owner was so rude and no compassion at all. We have insurance coverage and prescription but he demanded a credit card deposit and even charged me for a little mud on one of the wheels when i returned it. I suggest you look somewhere else. A few miles to drive away from the med center will be worth your time than dealing with a heartless individual. May GOD bless him! There should be a option of no stars because this place should not get any at all, but you need it to post your review.

He outright lied about my interaction with him because another person was in the room with my conversation on the phone with him and heard the entire exchange.We had been using this same place for years and after two very unpleasant experiences we have taken our business elsewhere.
