EXCEPTIONAL service!!! The owner goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers needs are met. I checked about 5 different medical supply stores for a product recommended by my doctor. Unfortunately, none of the stores carried this particular item. I decided to look a bit further from my house and called this store. Again, the owner did not carry the product, however, he let me know he could order it for me. He went out of his way to get me the particular product, while the other stores just let me know they don’t carry it and hung up. And the product was available for my to pick up within a reasonable time. Based on this experience, I will continue to purchase all my future medical items from this particular store as I know they really value their customers.

Well assorted store. I came looking for a neck brace/collar which no local pharmacy seemed to have in stock. All their products are reasonably cheap. The clerk seemed knowledgeable about the products in stock made it easy for me to get what I needed quickly.

I purchased a knee walker from this business and when I got it home and tried it, found that it did not maneuver well in my small home and I had to basically carry it everywhere. They would not take it back as a return even though it was hardly used. They also refused to buy it back at a lower price to use as a rental unit. Be sure you understand the conditions for returning an item you purchase from them since there is apparently no policy.

The best medical supply store Ive been to in Houston. They have everything that many others do not. I get oxygen tanks from them regularly and they have the most affordable pricing in town! Definitely recommend trying this place out.

I bought the N95 Masks here for $10 eachI bought 4 from what’s left just for emergencies but I feel like the price was high.We shouldn’t abuse prices just because the community needs them for their own safety right now and stock is running low. The cashier said they were that price because they were extended out like this.

Everything about the experience was very good. Had what I needed readily available. Reached out to my doctor for a prescription for the oxygen concentrator. Only service that I felt they did not provide is to tell medicare patients the process or filing an insurance claim. I clearly understand a decision to avoid insurance assistance because it is so complex, however, in this instance it would be simple and would fit with most of the customers renting oxygen concentrators

The staff and owner are always a pleasure to be around. I’ve been a repeat customer for the last few months, wouldn’t want to take my business anywhere else. Fast and friendly service

They were a delight to work with. Not only did they have the hospital bed I needed, the rate was reasonable, they provided it when I needed it and they checked with me about renewing in the event I had forgotten, which in times of crises is easy to do. They were a bright spot in an otherwise unfortunate situation. I highly recommend them and will use them again if the need for medical equipment arises again.

Great place been coming here since my mother in-law was sick , back in 2004 , i myself have bought a lift chair for my ankle operation, been very helpful with getting my oxygen for my cluster headaches,, great people , they take care of the customers ...

I tried to call today twice to see if they were open and check to see if they carried a specific item. all i get after about 20-30 secs is voicemail(9am and 10am). It does say anything about them being closed today. i checked there website and social media. it did not say anything about them being closed. I drove up there to check there store out, when i get there. there door is locked and i dont see anyone inside. there were no signs saying there closed today for the holidays. No information on anything about being closed.
