Pretty satisfied so far. I bought the 30 minute Groupon for $60.50 (value $130) and I purchased a stronger gel and 10 minutes more when I got there for $55. There was also a $20 fee. In total, I paid about $135. The technician added 10 complimentary minutes, which was nice. I plan to follow all instructions and eat non-staining food and will follow up in a month for a touch-up. My teeth are a little sensitive after treatment, as I expected.

I had amazing experience at my smile galleria everyone is friendly and they are very personal. I will be definitely going back too my smile galleria.

The reviews are fantastic but you just still never know with teeth whitening and that’s something you don’t want to get messed up.Sent my little sister here today (Dec. 22nd 2018) and to be honest, just hoped for a safe, clean environment that lightened her teeth a bit. We got that and much, much more.We upgraded to the stronger gel and did the 1 hour session. I could not be happier with the results. Wow!! The photos attached are ones we took from the night before and then after whitening, I also included our receipt for pricing.If you are thinking about whitening, do it, it is truly the best investment in yourself.

My husband and I found a Groupon for this place. Ladena provided exceptional service, she was fun and knowledgeable about her job. We enjoyed the relaxing environment and we were even able to catch up on some Netflix while whitening. This business knows the importance of great customer service and they did not disappoint.

Scheduling my appointment, arriving and getting setup was all such a breeze. Moreover, the employee was very efficient at explaining the process and was very communicative and professional throughout the entire session. I felt very comfortable during my whitening procedure, and I think its so great I had Netflix to watch, it made the process fun. I would definitely recommend. I loved my results.

Terrible customer service - I called to schedule my first appointment for a teeth whitening and the employee I spoke with was incredibly rude. Not a great way to treat potential new clients. I had already purchased a groupon for the whitening, which I will not be using.

I could not wait to have the opportunity to write a review about this company because of my great experience. I am a very educated consumer and I spend a tremendous amount of time doing research before I make a purchase, I also ask lots of questions. I can honestly say this was a great customer experience and Heather is the best....professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. I shared my concerns prior to my appointment about my concerns with some of the negative reviews and feedback and it was explained to me that many times those negative reviews dont tell the whole story. I was still a littleapprehensive but I am amazed, I had great results, my teeth are actually at least 8 shades whiter, I cant stop looking at them in the mirror. My husband was so impressed that he cant wait to schedule his appointment. Please know I do not drink nor smoke and I think that does have impact on an individuals teeth. I can also say that there was a little discomfort but it was very minimal and forgotten as soon as I looked in the mirror at the end of my session. I am totally sold on this place, it classy, clean and welcoming. Heather was very honest, she explained each step and walked me through the process. It was amazing and I will definitely goback!!!!!

EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL experience with the “Manager” at this location in the Galleria Mall. Called ahead multiple times to secure appt and was denied a spot upon arrival to the store! There were NO customers when we arrived and the place was empty. We were told to wait because other people were “parking” and would be arriving to be served BEFORE us. We were treated horribly by the one woman working that day, we are highly offended and will NOT be recommending this office or returning.

So I havent had my teeth whitened in a decade. Today I had the pleasure of having Ladena Smith as my technician. Ladena explained everything to me as we went along. Trust me when I say you will be THRILLED with the outcome! When I saw the results, I hugged Ladena!!! Its amazing.
