I have been to this location four times over the last month due to a kidney stone procedure. First for ultra-sound, then CT-Scan, then two KUB X Rays. Each time I have been impressed with the professionalism, courteousness, and expediency of Javelin at the front counter. The technicians are also friendly. I suggest checking the popular times on google and going outside of those hours for fastest service. Each time I was in and out in around one hour. The workers here deal with people who are under the weather (many times) and should be appreciated for their high level of service.

Be careful they are nice but will take your money. Charged me $120 at the office but said I only paid $110 to insurance. Had to call multiple times and they said it was the insurance fault... took one call to their billing department and all of the sudden there’s going to be a check sent to me for the difference. Asked my mom and she said it happened to her (she was charged $30 over) I wonder how many people do not catch this...Check your insurance statements!

I am not sure which One Step Diagnostic these 1 star reviews visited.We have visited the Kirkwood location twice in the past few weeks, and will make this our go-to imaging facility for the future!We have a location closer to home, but drove a few extra minutes in morning traffic as our 1st visit was great.No issues having someone answer my calls to setup appointments.Yes, on our 1st visit there was a wait, however we were not the only clients there.COVID-19 precautions were being followed on both visits.Javelin (at front desk) has always been courteous, respectful, and listened to any concerns we had. He took the pressure off what to expect during this stressful time.He also fixed some billing issues we had, and called to get us an earlier appointment. (who does that?)These are customer service skills that have been lost in todays world.To the management we would like to say please do recognize him, as he is an asset to your company!One thing that needs to be addressed is the waiting room tv is smaller than my desktop monitor at home. 👓

My mom went in for an x-ray today, she barely knows english and she said the guy at the front was very understanding and went to go ask for help from someone else, the lady that helped my mom said was also the lady that did her x-rays. She said they both were very professional & the place was nice and had COVID-19 precautions... Thanks so much!

Horrible! I came in to get my chest xray done in order to submit my paperwork for uscis, but when i received my result there is no signature on the paper. The only thing that shows is just electronic signed by... in typing without any sign of handwritten signature even if it is electronic which does not show any necessary proof for me to submit it, even my civil surgeon has turned it down. The worst thing is they did not do anything to fix it. I am so mad that i dont even want to have anything to do with them no more, i will take my xray again somewhere else. STAY AWAY,PEOPLE

Visited this location for the second time with my grandma , the young man at the front desk is always super helpful, and patient. both times we’ve gone in , it seems he is juggling a lot , but he always remains calm and nice , the services were super cheap & super quick , the young lady at the back for my grandmas x-ray was also very nice and i notice they really prioritize safety for covid !! all around good experience and i’m definitely recommending.

Very professional staff. Covid 19 protocols in place and theres a coffee available for patients while they wait. Forms to fill out are easily visible (not re-used copys of copys). More importantly, the lobby is kept at a comfortable temperature. Definitely good vibes, I kept getting calls from work and communicated to the front desk I would be stepping out for a phone call. Front desk was very helpful and wasnt demanding or stale like in other places Ive visited. Granted, its a demanding task to answer phones, log in data and greet patients; the staff managed it gracefully. Hopefully my ctscan doesnt require any further medical attention. If it does ill most likely prefer One Step Diagnostic dor any future scans. Five stars because staff was interested in my well being amd it really was consistent from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. 👍

This is my first time writing down a negative review for someone but I am totally disappointed with these folks! The staff lack knowledge and coordination, you will hear multiple versions from them, totally unprofessional! After waiting for weeks with terrible pain, seeing them goof up my Imaging schedule, I have no iota of trust on them and went back to my doc to refer my imaging elsewhere!

Very rude staff, my doctor office try make appointment a month ago. i even try to contact with them twice, not happy experience to talked over the phone. Finally through doctor office book one appointment for weeks later. Guest what appointment time is 8 am, ask you arrive at 7 am. But they open at 8 and nobody in the office until 7:55 am. i have to waiting outside over hour, then i get in there at 8. They tell me denied by insurance company at last minutes. if able i will not even give one star.

While the location that did my CT Scans efficiently did my scans, billing was a disaster. My scans were done in April which I was told my portion of the bill was $600+ which I paid just before my scans. It is now August and I am having another procedure done but because billing to my insurance is incorrect, I am not getting credit for the $600+ in my deductible. And, come to find out - 4 months later - One Step owes me $200 for over billing.I decided to use this facility for my CT Scan as it was cheaper and it was also recommended by my insurance... I guess you get what you pay for.UPDATE: Reviews do work. One Step contacted me immediately over the phone and my refund was quickly resolved. And, they are reviewing the billings to rectify the matter with my insurance.I have update my review from 2 starts to 4.Thank you!If I could give them NO STARS, I would. I am updating my review again... 9/26/18 - my health insurance provider has yet to pay on this claim. Why? One Step has not submitted records requested back in May. The service of my CT Scan, my out of pocket costs do not reflect with the insurance therefore causing me to pay more for any medical procedures needed. I am a cancer survivor and I thought I had the fight of my life with that.One Step - time to step it up!

Very rude staff in fronts desk. I Scheduled a few days back and arrived 10 mins early for my appointment. Despite arriving on time, the front receptionist disrespectfully told me that I have to wait because there are walk-in customer in front of me and the technician is not here. People are on tight schedule and that’s why they make appointment. 3 starts bcs their service is not as bad as the front desk.

The facility was clean and my appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and professional, however I was told that my results would be received by my doctor in 1-2 days. My doctors office received the results at the end of day 6! To top it off they input my DOB incorrectly.

The staff was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The technician, Ann, was very polite and informative throughout the entire procedure. I was also given a disk containing the images after the scan was completed. I have had 2 previous MRIs done, and was only given a sheet of paper explaining the results of the scan. I have never actually seen the images, so I am excited to see what is actually going on in my body.I highly recommend this imaging center. I am sorry for the people that have given this place poor reviews, but I can’t imagine they were dealing with the same staff that I was fortunate enough to have the pleasure of interacting with.

Rude staff. I was told to come between certain hours but they didn’t tell me when their lunch break was. I was treated very poorly when I showed up during their lunch break, based on what I was told via phone earlier that day. I asked additional questions and the girl at the front desk continued to have rude responses, as if I was wasting her time.You would think they’d be semi polite since I now have to come back a second time, but no. Not looking forward to having to come back here.

This place is a joke with couple nice lady working at the front deskthe MRI machin is nothing less than a old jackhammer .old klinky .you just have to pray that it is calibrated correct and the opperator knows what she is doing .on top of that they have a guts to ask $25 for additional CD beside the first one which they give youi will not recomend this place .

They did not care about my time.I had schedule was for 2: 45 and I told I have to go to school, when I arrived they told me you have to stay 30 min more. It was awful.They did not call me before I arrive.I could change my schedule, not change everything in my busy life.
