My 87 year old grandmother was life flighted there and had to sit in the hallway for almost 24hours. She was told they had a room, but no bed. She was sitting in a bed! Clearly it was a result of a nursing shortage. You should be ashamed of mandating something that does not even work and putting the health of your patients in jeopardy. I will never use your hospital again and will strongly encourage all my friends and family to do the same.

As of today, the downtown location does not appear to be open. The doctor who used to be there is apparently at an urgent care location out by Katy. Weve been trying to get ahold of someone at the downtown office for weeks; even our pharmacist couldnt figure out how to contact the doctor. This morning, I spoke with someone in the central appointment department, and she said she didnt see any sign of that location in the Memorial Hermann system, but I wasnt the first person to ask what was going on.Seriously, Memorial Hermann. How hard is it to send a letter to current patients explaining that the location is closing and/or that the physician is moving to a new location? Do you know how stressful it is when you cant get through to schedule an appointment or speak with a clinician and no one explains why? Have you tried to get a new patient appointment with another doctor on short notice because the doctor you normally see is now too far away?

I’m told the doctor is wonderful, but my appointment was cancelled hours before I showed up, and was then talked down to by the receptionist for not listening to the voicemail she left for me 3 hours earlier.Cancellations happen. It’s ok, but have enough emotional intelligence to know when to be snarky vs empathetic.

Great Dr to have so close to work.Started with a physical by Dr. Carmenates and have gone for several ailments. My GP now. Online booking is easy and efficient for me.

I was in burning center for one week. The worst experience in mu.y whole life. Nurses were very rude an racist. I wish I could give zero

After about 2 months of my mother being left in the care of these so called Doctors and Nurses who didnt care about her to begin with. They sent her home almost sicker and worser condition than she already was.They claimed to have had been sending her rehab center before sending her home but sent her home instead where the necessary care she needs is not. Im absolutely disgusted with the care she received. Today December 25th 2018. They practically KICKED HER OUT like common trash. She has insurance and a good one at that so its not like she couldnt afford the care which was non existent to begin with. She had to be out by 12:00pm today thats insanity. Its just me and my 2 daughters here one of which works during the day and the other one goes to school so its just me a prone to seizures Epileptic man trying his best with absolutely nothing. If it were possible to leave no star and just the review i would. Maybe you terrible Doctors and Nurses (because i of course dont wont leave anyone out) will remember what getting into medical field is all about.

I had to cancel two appointments because of work so they essentially told me they didnt want me as a patient.

I see a PCP and two specialist at this location. Knowledgeable, understanding, fast.
