It’s not the worse but it could be better. There’s room for improvement. The best thing you can do is to come in early so you won’t spend hours stuck there

Im like another reviewer. Dont judge this place by what you see. Dr Kelly loves her community and is filling a need for great healthcare in underserved areas.Ive been going here for 17 years and have grown my kids up with this clinic.She is a teaching Dr or was one at one of the medical schools in the area. So she will inform you of your condition and will not play with you concerning your health. I have become my healthiest by becoming a patient here and when I come in with an issue me and my family’s needs are taken seriously.Not sure about these reviews but I love Dr Kelly and her staff and am recognized by name there.Ive even referred several friends to this place. Theyre the real deal! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I recommend this place . Even though the front desk lady doesn’t know what she is doing and you have to do her job !😡The Dr. is the best ! Since I went here I’m always taking care of with my asthma and bronchitis ..it’s not expensive like other dr ..if for some reason you can’t make a payment she has a payment plan but must talk to her !It only took 5 min to start felling a little better after I got my shot 👏💪🤗💋🙌

Let me explain my 5 stars before people start going crazy. Ive been to this establishment a few times in the past 7 years and honestly, yes... the place probably isnt the nicest or what one would want to expect to see when it comes to a doctors office, but, the place is pretty legit. Every time Ive been, I was diagnosed and prescribed the medication/treatment that did the trick the FIRST time, never having to return for a second visit for the same issue. Dont judge this place by what you physically see. Let them prove you wrong.

Do not judge A book by its cover! This Clinic does not look super great from the outside but the service is great from the nurses to the front desk, pharmacist, to the doctors they are so nice and is actually one of the fastest clinics ever been to took me About an hour to be seen as a new patient good love work done and my prescriptions that’s pretty good! And they are very affordable and they take him Molina hmo

Ive been going to this clinic since little cause it was the closest, but last year i went to get consulted for my condition and get pills. So in all that they had to take some blood out and told me to come back for the results and so i did and got my pills. After two weeks of taking my pills i go back and take blood and tell me to come back for final results so i went back and got me waiting 2+ hours and i was getting impatient i had to go and ask. Once they got me they gave me my blood results. Seems like 2 months later i was looking at my blood results and i noticed my final results wasnt even mine. It was from some other girl. They already got me thinking im all good condition. This is poor care. One of the ladies there is rude. This is bad for them to do that to one of the patients.

I love it been taking my child for 3 years now since he was a couple months old , doctor and nurse , staff are always friendly always take my concerns for considerations, always walks in and open on Saturday perfect for my work schedule , dentist and pharmacy all in one i love it i dont ever have to go anywhere else

Extremely long waits in person or by phone, unfriendly staff. Wait around all day & once you get it they try & rush you out without knowing what the diagnoses was. Do not recommend.

Never answer the phone and if they do they are very unprofessional. The only people who go is because they don’t have a car to travel further, take my advise and switch clinics.

The lack of communication. It seems like no one wants to work here they all point to someone else to help you out

Daughter vomited and notified two individuals that there was vomit on the floor. Once I was done cleaning up my daughter and myself I go to the lobby and no staff had cleaned it up so I also cleaned up the vomit from floor. Staff where not generous at all. My friends and family will know about this incident.

Worst clinic in the area not only did they keep charging me for every visit when clearly I wasnt getting any better. Doctor Mukana was unprofessional laughed in my face. Avoid this walk-in clinic at all cost.

Fyi - do not go to this clinic for child immunizations if you have private insurance!!! Of course they fell to tell you that before you see the doctor. And expect you to pay your copay!!!

I have been coming to this clinic for 7 years ... my two children are treated here since they were born, I do not understand the bad reviews, Dr. Kelly and the doctor and their nurses are super nice and I never have to go back a second time for the same problem.If I could give it 10 stars I would gladly give it ... I dont understand the bad reviews I read some and it seems to me they are talking about a different place ....
