If you found this place on a Groupon and wonder if it’s worth it, I would say yes. To start off, this place is in an office building, so if you are wondering if you are in the right place, you are!My husband and I did a couples massage. The ladies were professional. They didn’t skimp us on time at the end either. The lady at the front desk was nice and conversational. They got us in our room quickly as well.This is a locally owned business that isn’t a shady massage parlor. Support them! The only thing that was a con was the scheduling. You may have to call more than once to set up an appointment, but you can also text to set up an appointment. Also, I’m a fan of the aroma of essential oils, but they didn’t have any. Regardless, it’s still worth it, and their regular rates are pretty reasonable.

My very first massage that I ever had everyone made my daughter and I comfortable! Since my breast cancer treatment I been suffering from muscle spasms for over a year! This massage was very worth it everyone had a smile and easy to talk to great people I will be back!! The place was clean quite dark and nice!👍👍

Highly recommend. Staff and management are extremely friendly and give great massages for a great price. Only tricky part is scheduling your appointment which I recommend doing via text.

I really wish this place had a better star rating, because the ladies that did our massages were so professional and nice. Like others, we had some difficulties getting someone on the phone, but eventually received a call back and scheduled for the following week. We received a confirmation text the day before, and were seen promptly.The ambiance was nice with an appropriate amount of decor. The room was ready, with a small cheese and fruit tray. The massage was so great my boyfriend almost fell asleep and told me on the way out that he felt like a noodle. We are even considering purchasing one of their massage packages.I think If you are persistent and you can get in in a timely manner it would be a five star experience.

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. The first phone number I called said their voicemail was full and I was not able to leave a message. The second number I called I was able to leave a message. The voicemail also said I could text this phone number, so I did. I tried for a week to get in touch was this company and by the end of the week they just stopped responding all together. On Wednesday, 2/28/2018, I started the process of scheduling an appointment for a couple massage for Friday 3/2/2018, 24 hours later I received a response, on 3/1/2018, asking if it was for a couple or single. I received the text at 1:10 pm and I responded to the text at 1:10 pm. On Friday 3/2/2018 I finally received a response that they were booked for the day at 10:07 am. I responded at 10:12 am asking if they were booked when I asked on Wednesday and what else they have available, last if there was a phone that I could have to to talk to someone and get a faster response. To my surprise I never received a response from that message. I gave them time to respond, the rest of Friday, Saturday, they are closed on Sundays and I gave them Monday, 3/2/18-3/5/18. Yesterday, 3/6/2018 at 9:19 am I sent another text informing them that they never responded to my message I sent on Friday, 3/2/2018, and that I have had very little response from this business. I asked again for a phone number to call so I could speak to someone and asked for their availability for all of March and April. I never received a response from them and it is now Wednesday, 3/7/2018. Today, 3/7/2018 I contacted Groupon and filed a complaint against this vendor and will be receiving a full refund within 24-48 hours. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. STAY AWAY!!

This place was absolutley amazing! We did a couples massage with a scrub at the end. The atmosphere was perfect, a dim room and relaxing music. My boyfriend had a few massages to compare the experience and this was by far the best he has had. Although it was my first massage the bar has been set high! Both massuese were friendly and professional as well!

Do not go here. I tried to make an appointment at least 4 or 5 times from a Groupon offer, which is way to many times to contact anyplace who doesnt have a receptionist or an answering service. I made contact explaining I wanted to use their offer for my anniversary. I was told that I had to book appointment with my Groupon code. I called back about 3 min later and no answer. Called a second time and no answer. Sent several text and. I response. Do not waste your time. This is obviously some small start up that has no professional skills or people skills. Anytime you call this kind of business and the only number is just a personal cell phone with a full voicemail that is a bad sign. A real business has a business office phone with a professional voicemail or answering service.

The plan was to utilize a group on voucher so my wife and I could get a couples massage. I called them countless times from multiple phones, on both business lines offered, but could never get through. Their mailbox was full and I couldnt even leave a message. All I wanted to do was schedule an appointment. Fed up since I already paid for the voucher, I drove down the business location, some miles from my house, to schedule in person; during business hours. I arrived at what looked like an office building with no cars in the parking lot. Doors were locked and I felt scammed... Luckily enough, Group on understood my problem and reimbursed me. Fast forward to Sunday morning, I get a call from this business saying that they were returning my message. I explained how I couldnt leave a message; so the woman calling me retracted her first statement and explained how she was calling back due to my missed call. On a Sunday morning? Really? Very tacky... Highly recommend another place that doesnt cause this level of aggrivation.

In short, I purchased a Groupon on January 2, 2018 and have had to renew the Groupon and now request a full refund back because this place DOES NOT answer the phone! Business professionals who want to enjoy their services, who are scheduled to work Monday - Friday will have no luck by calling to schedule an appointment. This is the worst customer service experience. I’ll take my business elsewhere because this is absolutely pathetic.

I NEVER write reviews, so that should say something. Worst customer experience ever! Originally scheduled but cancelled few hours before due to weather (50F outside, little rain). Called at >50 times to reschedule but no one picked Up. They did (oddly) text, but very infrequent and unreliable.We got couples deep tissue - one was OK, the other was a glorified foot message. NEVER AGAIN!

Been calling several times to make an appointment, finally got an appointment and called to confirm and same thing no answer for several times! Finally someone called me and said hold on and put me on hold when the manager came to the phone with an attitude she have no idea that I got put on hold and then went on about they couldnt confirmed my appointment and got cancelled. She said they called and it was my job! I am always at work and if they would have asked for me or get transferred not try to confirm with whoever answer the phone would probably got me anyway they just give me a hard time when I was just trying to see why my appointment got cancelled bad attitude was treated without respect, very unprofessional!!! Didnt ask to help with rescheduling or nothing just bad customer service!

Unprofessional. Awful. NEVER EVER answers either phone. Wanted to schedule my Groupon appointment and ended up driving ACROSS Houston and arrived in person only to be told of scheduling limitations. I had to change my appointment and, again, they NEVER answer their phones. Go somewhere else. Read the reviews. Plenty of other spa companies out there.

I bought a couples package for a massage off Groupon in Sept 2018 for this place. Since then I have been calling this facility to set an appointment to come in and its now Nov 2018 and still have not spoken to an employee at this facility. Do not buy any massage package for this place because you will waste your money and if you call to set the appointment you will never get an employee on the phone. Worst experience. Why they even have a phone if they are not going to answer it. Bad customer service. 2 months in and I still havent spoken to anyone at this facility to get an appointment. Update, canceled the transaction and got my money back.

If possible, Id give 0 stars for customer service.Our first service with the ladies at Tranquility Bodyworkz was through Groupon. Everything was as promised and we received everything mentioned in the Groupon. However, they hadnt updated their address and we ended up at another location. It took a while to get a hold of anyone because if youre familiar with this business, you know it is ridiculous to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Their excuse is always We are always busy. When I Initially bought the Groupon, I almost felt like the purchase had been a scam because it took me almost a week to get a hold of anyone to schedule the first massage.The staff, in general, has a nasty attitude and negative demeanor towards the customers. Customers are not a priority nor is their satisfaction with their service. Dont get me wrong, their massages are pretty good, but it is not relaxing to have to deal with difficult business owners. They have 0 phone etiquette and are very short and snappy with their responses. Getting an appointment with them is just as difficult as getting a hold of them because theyre always booked and busy, yet occasionally may leave early because of excessive cancellations.If you want a good massage, Id give them a try. However, if you dont want to deal with the additional stress and inconveniences, I recommend you go elsewhere

I’ve tried so many times to call this place to schedule an appointment because of a coupon I bought off GroupOn for a couples massage. They are terrible at answering the phone and don’t really ever call you back. Out of the 10+ I’ve called this place I have never been able to get ahold of someone and have only been called back once.Once I set up an appointment, I had set it for weeks out in advance. I had something last minute for work pop up and now that I need to reschedule, they still won’t answer the phone and I’ll probably lose the appointment and GroupOn offer because I can’t make it on time to their physical office before they close. This is absolutely awful service and I hope other readers who see this get a different experience from this establishment. Until then, I’ll have to unfortunately give my first one star review to a business that really needs to change their service and operations.

Very unprofessionally ran business. How do you not have a receptionist taking calls and booking appointments during business hours? For over a month, I have not been able to get ahold of anyone. Both numbers just ring and go to a Voicemail box that is full. No one has returned any calls. Working on getting a refund from Groupon and will be taking my business else where.

I bought a couples massage on groupon in May and later that month I called to set an appointment and that in itself was a task. Just simply getting ahold of someone on the phone was almost impossible, and once I finally did she told me she was booked until August. 🙄 my groupon has since expired and Im still just trying to use the $70 that I paid towards some massage and I STILL cant get ahold of them. I feel like this is just another groupon scam and a waste of my time & money.

I am disappointed today.....I had an appt today at 10 am. I got here about 9:55 am, and when I got here the door was locked, no one there with a sign that reads Please Be Seated Receptionist Out.I not understanding what is the issue here, and why I got no phone call or text notifying me that no one was go to my to be here so that I could reschedule for another time. And Ive called both numbers twice since Ive been seated out in the hallway by the elevators.This is my 4th time coming here, and this has happened. I feel it is very unprofessional.

Thought i bought a great deal on groupon for this place. I tried calling and calling for a week and a half and no response. I tried to look up one address that i saw was for the them...it took me to the middle of the street. I then found another one that I tried, and it took me to a sketchy building with no suite number. It is not worth the stress. I had to e-mail groupon to do a trade. When u get a massage u want to destress not get more stressed out because you spent $125 for a groupon voucher for a place that looks great but you cant find or reach. Dont do it!!!

FANTASTIC JOB! very easy to get a hold of, returns calls and text in a timely manner, definatley call before you pay for the groupon!!I booked this as a Suprise for my husbands 30th birthday, and they surpassed all expectations! Not only did they work with me to decorate and set things up for for him to feel like it was a birthday celebration, but we both left relaxed and feeling good. Cute little spot and we intend to go again! :D Thank you for making this a special gift for him!!!

I received a groupon for a massage for my birthday in December 2017. Made an appointment for 2/21/18. First of all, getting someone to answer the phone is damn near impossible. Then the address is a bit misleading. I did not realize they were in a business building and had a suite. After looking through the building directory, I found they were on the 4th floor. There are only two marked offices on the 4th floor, one of which is not theirs. After circling the floor a few times, I just decided to open the only door that had a light on inside. By this time I was 14 minutes late for my appointment. The receptionist informed me that at 15 min late it is their policy to make you reschedule. At this point my head is throbbing and I am so worked up. Not good for someone 20 weeks pregnant. I told her that I did not want to reschedule. After this experience I don’t want them to touch me at all! So enjoy the money that was donated to you from my Groupon! Save yourself the frustration, book with a REPUTABLE company!

I replied asking for options and again heard nothing back. The next morning got a reply that they will call once get into office. Again... no response and no call. I called again and of course noone picks up. Forget it, I will contact groupon to get my $$$ back. This is not the way to run a business. Horrible attitude, zero customer service. No thanks.

I bought a voucher, from Groupon because the reviews were 4 and 5 stars, back in mid April... I have being calling everyday ever since but no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. They have a voicemail box but it’s never available to leave a voice mail! I have tried texting, and even going to the location but every time I go it’s closed! I have waited up to an hour to see if anyon would come back, since they have a paper on the door that says to have a sit that the receptionist is out, but I believe it’s just a scam! My voucher is about to expire and it not just $20 dollars that I can easily let go of, it’s a package worth more than $130 dollars!!! It is so upsetting to think people can scam you like this! I would definitely not recommend this place!!! On contrary I would recomemd you STAY AWAY!!! And to the people that have the voice mail set up I would advice you change the message, you sound like a genuine entrepreneur and you are not!

Had to put one star for any comments. They stood us up!!!! Never showed (We had an appointment with a gifted Groupon). Never called, nothing. People in the same building said it happens ALOT!!! I hope they enjoyed their free money!!!!! We never were contacted for rescheduling, even after I left FB messages AND voicemails!!!! Absolutely ridiculous and selfish business practices!!!!! Worst experience ever. Made an appointment and could not locate the building, there are no signs on yhe outside of the building advertising the place. Tried calling to get directions and no one answered the phone. We finally found the building amd had to locate what floor they were on. Finally found the floor and there is no name on the door to the place. We ended up being 10 min late and they wanted us to reschedule. Letting them know how long our drive was and them not answering the phone to provide directions didnt change their minds. They said our only choice was to reschedule or lose some of the services we already paid for andf be seen. I luckly was able to get my money refunded by Groupons great customer service. My advice to anyone would be to not waste your time or your money with this place. Worst customer service ever.

This place doesnt even deserve one store. I bought a Groupon for A massage for my has been and I back in May of 2017. So when I called to set up the appointment, they told me that they didnt have any couples massages available until October 21st, So I made an appointment for them. Then they call me the week before October 21 and told me that they needed to reschedule my appointment because they had a death in The family and were going to Louisiana for the funeral. They said that they would call me when they returned to reschedule my appointment and make it up to me for the long wait and having to reschedule. It is now getting toward the end of November and I still have not heard from them to reschedule my appointment. And when I call them their voicemail is always full. So no way to contact them to reschedule . So when I called Groupon to advise them and ask them what I should do, they told me that they have internal notes on their system that says that this company is no longer able to provide the services. So they gave me Groupon credit to use instead. When I went to try to redeem my Groupon credit I couldnt help but notice that this company is still selling Groupons online for $20 less than what I paid for our couples massage. If they are on able to provide the services they have already sold my question would be why are they still selling coupons for services they cannot provide?
