I booked through Groupon to try this place out. And I liked everything, but the massage wasn’t what I thought it would be. I wanted a deep tissue massage and I can see my therapist tried her best but it wasn’t a deep tissue massage. I’ve been getting massage for many years but this is not what I expected. I told her many times to go deeper, but it seemed as if she just did not want to? I’m not too sure. I hate doing this stuff but I just don’t like the fact it says deep tissue massage if they don’t do it here. The place has a nice atmosphere though.

Had a very relaxing date (couple’s massage) here, found through Groupon. I would like to say, the ambience as soon as you walk in is calm, clean, quiet, & comfortable. The decor was well thought out, & the gentleman at the front desk was very kind. We were offered water & then taken to a dimly lit room. The decor in here was even more tranquil. The music was soothing & the room was extremely clean. The massages began & both masseuses did an excellent job. Javier was the gentleman who worked on my partner, & she said that he identified & then really helped sooth her knots in her back. Both masseuses used some physical therapy-like maneuvers, I even overheard him telling her “I’m helping remind your muscles where they are supposed to go.” & I thought that was an insightful way to look at their technique. My masseuse, I unfortunately didn’t get her name, seemed equally qualified to pinpoint my problem areas. She used relaxing essential oils & applied a generous amount of pressure. Overall, we had such a relaxing experience & we are considering buying one of their massage packages listed in their waiting room! I dont know how this place is getting less than 5 star reviews. The prices are unbelievable, and the massages are amazing. I booked a couples massage, and my fiance and I both left feeling so relaxed. Compared to a couples massage we got at a hotel spa in downtown Houston, this massage was so much better. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

My husband and I have visited touch of health a dozen times. We absolutely loved working with Beatriz, Ricardo, Hector and Liliana. LILIANA does a deep tissue massage like no other. She knew exactly which muscles are causing aches and pains and how to release the knots! She did an incredible job!

This was one of the best massages my husband and I have had in a while. We used a Groupon and got a couples massage for 60 minutes, for $87.50. We added a tip onto that when we left. It is a small, comfortable and cozy location- it is in a professional building. It is not hard to find like some reviews seem to indicate. We mapped directly to it, and went to the fifth floor. The quiet office is decorated currently for Christmas. The check in was easy, and we filled out a one page health form. I love the fragrance of the oil they use. My husband‘s massage therapist was Lena and mine was Hector. They were both efficient and had just the right pressure for both of us. We will definitely be back! I plan to get gift certificates here for Christmas gifts! 🎁

I have had better massage somewhere else. The guy spent more time doing back instead of entire body. And he used his elbows most of the time doing the massage.Massage music was horrible and there was a point where it was too loud. Massage was done in 50 mins for a 60 min massage.

The location was sketchy and you have to call them to come get you in lobby because the elevator wont go to 5th floor without a card. But the massage was amazing!! I wish I lived closer so I could go back. Itzel my masseuse did a fantastic job and I had a relaxing massage. This was my very first massage and I cant wait for my next one.

Came from Groupon. Sketchy place in sketchy location. I was basically just lathered in lotion by a guy who clearly doesn’t have a massage license. The whole thing was very sketchy and i left feeling irritated and practically dripping in lotion. Do yourself a favor and pay the price for a good massage.

The lady at the front fest was extremely nice and very helpful for it being my first time there. The massage on the other hand was so amazing. I gave her a $10 tip at the end because it was so great. I felt as though she was extremely talented and educated in her massage skills. 💯% I will go again, and I definitely recommend this place for any deep tissue, or any type of massage you need. They also use hot towels which was great feeling too.

Touch of Health was better than we expected. My husband and I did a couples massage here and had a pleasant experience with a male and female masseuse. The atmosphere was professional and I could tell they knew what they were doing. My only caution is that the massage didnt last an hour. They began at 11:05 and finished at 11:55. I wouldve liked to be there the whole hour. However, I would go again.

I like many others found this place through groupon. I came in for a 60 min couples massage that was pretty decent so afterwards I decided to purchase another couples massage from them directly (not through grupon). A couple weeks later I scheduled an appointment for another couples massage. An hour before the scheduled time they called to say that they had no shows and couldnt keep to the schedule. Thats no problem common things happen im an understanding person. I reschedule to set another an appointment. Same thing happened. I tried a 3rd final time to which they asked to reschedule a few hour before for another day. After that I stopped trying and just considered the money spent a loss.Also pretty sure they only did 45 maybe 50 min only on the 60 min massage.

My first swedish massage and it was the BEST experience ever. I had Natalia and my boyfriend had Jose. They were PERFECT! They found all of our knots and worked on them until they were out. They worked on specific areas we requested and was so diligent during the entire process. I dont know how this place has 3-stars and the a terrible one that I just went to (The Healing Path) has 4-stars (go read that review).I was a little skeptical of the building at first, but the experience and the massage made up for it. Natalia and Jose were so nice and did everything we requested. Definitely give this place a try and request for them specifically to ensure you will enjoy your time there. I am already so excited to go back there.

Love Touch of Health massage. Great massage. Friendly staff. At times, staffs may be with clients but please leave message and manager will return call. Your knots will melt away and feel so relax after massage here. You may be like me....try it and become long term client! For deep tissue massage, I strongly recommend Jose, Sergio or Ares. All massage therapists offer good service. Nice and clean massage rooms. Hand sanitizer at massage therapists work station that he/ she uses before and after massage. Great prices and fantastic massage. Awesome place!

Called and left voicemail yesterday right before they closed. This morning a kind gentleman returned my phone call and we set up an appointment today. My husband got me a Groupon for this place for a couples massage. It was our first time so of course we were nervous. When we got to the office, I was immediately relaxed and had an easy feeling that I was in good hands from the start. They started right at our appointment time and it ended exactly 60 minutes. Staff was extremely professional and made us feel more relaxed. We had the 60 minute deep tissue and it is everything you would hope a massage would be. Christine worked on me and Jose worked with my husband. They made sure we were comfortable and walked us through the entire process. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My mom, girlfriend and I have each had massages here. As you will discover, the prices here are as low as you will find anywhere, and the massage is excellent. I cant vouch the all the masseuses, but I can for ARES, who is outstanding. Somehow this modest sized guy generates enough force to massage my big male body, while being firm but gentle with the ladies bodies.

PLACE IS NOT SANITARYI’ve been a loyal customer for about 9 months - that stops today. I used the restroom before my scheduled appointment today - a woman was in the stall next to me when I came in. While I was washing my hands, she flushed her toilet, came out, and did NOT wash her hands. She had on a masseuse outfit but I was praying she wasn’t one! I finished up and head back in for my appointment. Surprise, surprise - the man at the front desk tells me that same lady will be giving me my massage. GROSS!I proceed to ask her about not washing her hands. It takes a moment for me to realize she doesn’t speak English - he interrupts me and starts talking to her in Spanish. I can speak a bit of Spanish - she denies not washing her hands when he asks her. She says she doesn’t know what I’m talking about.I request a new person - he rudely tells me there’s no one else and I need to go with her, he will make her wash her hands. I had a prepaid package, so at that point I simply ask for a refund. He declines and says I can come back another day. We go back and forth - he doesn’t give me a refund until I threaten to call the dept of health (I still am). He calls me rude, liar, and tells me I’m not ever welcome to come back. I tell him GLADLY! Why would I lie?! I needed a massage, why would I drive all the way here, make up stories, and cancel my appointment once I’m already here? Makes no sense.I’m disgusted and disappointed in Touch of Health’s sanitation practices AND customer service. Please do yourself and your hygiene a favor - the cheap price is not worth the dirty environment.

Ive really enjoyed all the massages Ive gotten here, and Ive been to many places, including most of the chains like Massage Heights and Massage Envy as well as some high end spas, and Ive never had a massage better and more relaxing than when Ive gone to Touch of Health. I originally came using a Groupon special and both my mom, sister and I have purchased their in house packages because we enjoyed the experience so much. The building itself and small lobby could definitely be better, especially if youve been to fancier boutiques, but the massage more than make up for it.Ask for Hector or Juan (I think). Juan I think is usually the one working the desk and checking people in. I dont usually like to be massaged by men, but they are both very professional and apply just the right amount of pressure so that its relaxing and stress relieving. The also use aromatherapy oils like lavender, and warm towels throughout the standard massage. You also get every second of your massage. They dont skimp on time like many other parlors do.

I have a gift card for this place. When I called to make my appointment whoever answers the phone is so rude, they need better customer service on the phone for sure. He was arguing with me because I told him I had a voucher and he needed to know where it was from. Than finally after we got it figured out, he gave me attitude about the date I wanted to come in. Wow! If it wasn’t because this was a gift, I would have hung up and looked for a different place. Hope my massage actually better than the rude man answering the phone

Went to get a much needed massage today. The location kind of looked strange but when i went in i felt comfortable immediately. I had Jose and i had THE worse knots. He was awesome and the staff was really friendly. I got a groupon and thought itd be a one time thing but im definitely going back before my travel assignment ends in February. I am glad i tried it, even with some of these negative reviews.

I got a deal from groupon and have been calling this place for about a week already NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! So I havent even been able to book an appointment to go. Im already not even liking this one bit. I will post a new review once I actually get a hold of someone and go.

I have never been able to reach them during there office hours. I attempted to contact them 5 times over the course of a week and provided them with my name and number to reach me back. I have yet to hear anything. Poor Customer Service!

DO NOT go to this place. I went in at 4pm and paid for a hour only for them to finish at 4:45. My muscles and body still ache because they didn’t even do a deep tissue massage but more of a Swedish massage. They rushed through it and seemed to not even care about what parts of my body needed worked on the most. I will not be back again.

Horrifying customer service. I booked a couples 60 minute groupon starting at 1pm. We were handed forms and given some time to get on the beds so the massages only started at 1.20 and then they finished at 1.50 so what was supposed to be a 60 minute massage was actually only 30 minutes. When we explained our frustrations to the front lady afterwards saying the massage was only 30 minutes lol she could not communicate in english... so she brought her manager who rudely mentioned we had to come 15 minutes beforehand in order to fill the forms. There was no communication or instructions that we had to come early, only that the appointment started at 1pm and it was a 60 minute massage. I explained that and he said he would discuss this and call me back at 5pm... he never called back. I call him the next day and he starts aggressively shouting at me saying there is nothing he can do and we had to come early then hangs up the phone. I have never encountered such bad customer service and rude behavior. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

I really enjoy the massage. Good service and reasonable process. They are under the process of moving. So the place is kind of small and decrepit.

Very very unprofessinol.I made an appoointment with them,went there and their door was locked!!!! They did not answer the phone either!!!!I left them voice massage,they even did not return my call!!!!!!!Thats horrible to go with appointment and see the locked door and no body,no answer.Obviousley they do not care to their clients and very rude to left the client behind the locked door!!!!

Went yesterday to get my very 1sr massage ever and it was nothing at all what I expected! For one I had an appointment for 5 they didnt call us to 5:15 the it was over at 5:55..(which we paid for an hour) the man that did my massage didnt at all do what I expected since you asked what i expected going into the session! If I could I would give zero star to this business. I bought a Groupon voucher for a massage at Touch of Health in Houston. I booked my appointment and went to the address that is written on the groupon deal. When I arrived, guess what, there was nothing there. I phoned the business several times and guess what: no answer. I left the place frustrated not only for not having the massage, but also for spending valuable time and money with gas. After arriving at home I decided to call them one more time, despite not having a call back from them (I left messages on their voicemail inbox). They said they have moved to other place and that was it. No apologies, no customer service, nothing. And guess what, even after I told their address on the webpage is wrong, they did not changed it at Groupon. This business is a joke. Waste of time and money.

I used a groupon the 3 for 99. the first time it was located at said address. The second time I went back the address or place of business had relocated without warning. I had to call in which they gave me the run arounds until it has moved 2 buildings before. once I arrived all sweaty and tired. I was there for my appt. for 2pm. they did not call me back until 2:15. I started my massage at 2:20 because I look at the clock. By the way I requested a male and I received a female. I was tired so I went along with it. It was suppose to be an hour massage but I received 40 minutes because she was done at 3:00. I will never go back to these people again. Overall the massage was okay.
