I paid for two 1-hour massages, they requested to pay upfront (red flag), but ok, I did. Then during the massage the lady said finished , felt off but couldnt get exactly what. Massage was average or below, I paid tips for both massages and left. On the way home I got it.. both massages lasted only 30 minutes... I checked by the card transaction in text message and the time on my watch now, it was even less then 30 minutes. She just wanted not to lose another client who was waiting in the lobby. Pathetic.Reply: No, I get text messages immediately when I pay with a card, time and place, and I have your receipt as well... also google map has my location recorded. Lets just call it for what it is - fraudulent activity, that needs to be reported, and I will do it.

I wish I could leave no stars. This place is very unprofessional. My daughter called and booked a couples one hour massage over the phone. When my daughter asked do you want my name the lady said no I’m going to remember. So my daughter went online and booked. Fast forward to today ( Valentine’s Day) we call to confirm cause she’s had not taken names she said she had other people come in so they were now booked up. So my daughter and I said well we booked previously over the phone and online. We were even sent a confirmation. She said well it’s not available anymore people come in. She said it just like that. Then she said come for 6pm. I said do you want to take our information she said no. Just come for 6PM. I said ok we want a 60 minute couple massage we will be there for 6pm. My daughter name is Tye. We’re currently sitting in front of there place of nobody came to the door when business. Been here since 5:44pm The door is locked. So we’ve been knocking and calling for about 15 minutes. Nobody has come to the door or answered the phone. It’s now 6:09pm. These people are so unprofessional. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. Don’t waste your money or time coming here.

The two masseurs from a year ago came back. They are really professional and can enjoy professional massage again.

We paid $100 for 2 full body massages with stones and hot oil but did not receive! They over charged and did not render the service that we requested. We received back and thigh messages. They did not massage the front of our bodies and they lost our receipt and asked us to sign another one! 7 Foot Relax across the street is 100% better!! Trust me!!!

My husband and I had tried everything for back pain consisting of; Emergency room visit for him, massage for both of us, and anti-inflammation diet and heat and cold compresses, stretches, and chiropractor adjustment. Nothing was getting rid of his pain nor mine. We looked up this place and tried it. Lovely atmosphere in the massage/acupuncture rooms and waiting room had books and a pleasant atmosphere as well. We enjoyed our visit and will be booking follow up appointments for both of us. Plus loved the sour sop candies.

The masseuse asked for a tip before the massage even began. Then when the massage began I felt like she wasn’t using enough oil so I asked for some more and she asked for $10. Massage was mediocre. I don’t recommend.

Haven’t had a full body massage in a while and I went last Friday after a recommendation from a friend to massage Tao. The massage was great and had me feeling very refreshed. The place was very clean and reminded me of a fancy spa at a nice hotel. The staff was also very nice and professional. Best massage hands down in the North Houston area!!

So I’ve had a lot of experience in the industry from the shady to the most professional. I have to say this place is super clean and all of the therapists are sincere and amazing. The massage was painful and the young lady farted twice while massaging my fiancee. A little too comfortable for me. How do you even know who I am? I did this review months after I left. I gave a $10 tip as a matter of fact. Service should be good regardless of a tip. Ill never go back.

Recently had a couples massage here. It was the first time I was getting a massage and they were very accommodating. Both Julie and Rose listened and made the couples massage a great experience for myself and my boyfriend.

I didn’t get the massage I wanted. I try to tell her my problem areas but she didn’t listen then at the end berated me about a tip. Definitely will not be going back. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. Left there not feeling relaxed or in less pain.

I got a 60 min neck, back, and shoulder massage because I have a lot of knots / tightness in my upper back region. My masseuse was Rose, and she was absolutely wonderful in explaining exactly what she was doing and how her techniques would help my musculature. She was also really knowledgeable in identifying the kinds of posture problems that resulted in my back problems. Another huge plus was the fact that she did the full 60 min (made sure to tell me the precise start time and end time).I cannot say enough great things about this place! As someone who has had plenty of massages in my lifetime, this one takes the cake. The massage therapists really target your problem areas and they also incorporate stretching into the massage. I have never felt better!

Today I went and got a foot massage at Massage Tao. I have flat feet and always in pain. After a 30 min foot massage my feet began to have less pain and it felt good to walk. Right now at this moment my feet still feel good! Well worth the investment and yes Ill be back more often!!
