DONT EVER go to this place they are so unprofessional. They charged my card even though I paid in cash and then said they balanced for the day. Such lies! They will steal you’re money and added a large tip. The masseuse coughed throughout the whole service thank goodness I wore my mask. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

On our way to the car one of the guys came out looked at us went back in & got another guy, they came at us like we had not paid? Been going here for a couple of years now, love it for the price. Normally get an hour body and half hour foot. However, last time I went I was incredibly disappointed with my masseuse. His hands smelled like cigarettes and he had a cold. With covid going on it was unsettling. Finally, he took a picture of my back to show my weird suntan lines from my strappy swimsuit! Completely inappropriate, what did he do with that photo after? To avoid this I will be requesting a female next time, have had a female before and I actually think they do a better job. Will be going back, just requesting a female to avoid getting the one I had this last time.

Im dissapointed. I always come here, but todays massage was...well not good. Its like they wanted to rush through you. My daughter and i ordered the 1 hr. Foot massage, but we both were not happy. Her guy kept walking away, my lady barely put pressure on me. She tried more chiropractic stuff than a massage. The guy didnt even massage my daughters scalp or feet! On top of that when we went to pay, the front guy tried pressuring me to fork over more tip. Like what the heck! Im hoping today was just a fluke. I plan to return with a group of friends in a couple weeks. I hope they dont dissapoint or ill start looking for another salon.

I am never coming back to this place. I asked if they have a private room and they said yes but when I got there it was a section with open ceiling! No privacy and you can hear all the noise outside. There was a kid running a round... and the massage was not good. On top of that, they asked for a 20% tip which I did not want to give considering the poor service but they said it is the policy. Do not come here!

Ok massage, but the fact the kneel over my head to massage me (tea bagging ) from behind but the fact he was still there is very weird. I don’t think I will be going back.

So I go there weekly after few weeks I have learned how to find the right masseuse and I called in last week to make a appointment with that specific person that I choose to be my masseuse called early morning the same dude who is at the counter picked my call I ask him that I want to come in wen my masseuse is available so please set me up a appointment the dude said ok or what not sounds ESL to me but I go there and find out he set me up with disappointment now looking for a new spot.

Prices are better than massage envy and the massages are better too. Whenever theres out of town guests, I take them here to see how great the value is and its a good start to a nice vacation.

If you must come here, make sure you do not get Mandy. Talked so much to her coworker, does not know how to massage. She rubbed me with no rhyme or reason. Felt like I just got rubbed oil and thats it. Heres a tip, tell her to be quiet and to take massage classes. 💆‍♀️

The massages are great, but beware of the time you pay for. I typically get the 90 minute massage and I have found that they seem to start the clock on your massage from the time you walk in the door. Not allowing time for changing or getting to your massage table. I have expressed this to the person at the register as at the time we were not even in the place for 90 minutes. Three times now, I will be visiting neighboring massage businesses.

They raised there prices. It’s no longer $25 for 1 hour foot massage. Massage was okay. Front staff gentlemen was nice and helpful.

Randomly stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised. I got a 60min body massage and thought it was great! My friend got a 30min foot and 30min body massage. She said she would do the 60min foot one next time.

My first time getting a massage at this place. The place is very nice and clean. I likes it. However a man massages me, 1st he couldnt even soeak English, so hard to communicate. 2nd, he was breathing so hard the whole entire hour, and 3rd he was not good at all. I felt like wastimg my time and money. I still gave him $10.00 tip even though I didnt enjoy it at all. Im not sure if i want to go back cuz I might ran into him again

My friends highly recommended this place so I went. At first they wouldn’t take me because I didn’t have an appointment. Then they finally accepted me. It’s in a pretty open area, there was a tv on right in front of me (not exactly the most relaxing) and the lights were on (again bright light is not totally soothing). At one point the guy did the same thing for so long it started to hurt. I finally said something and he adjusted the pressure level some.The massage itself was good but not overly great or impressive. The ambiance really took away from the experience with bright lights and TV noise. Additionally there are several chairs right next to each other. Other places I’ve been have a bit of a curtain or section divider to illuminate the feel of privacy. The price is cheap though...$20 for an hour. Some other place charge $35.If like to try some more places and compare though.

This place has a peaceful and open ambience. They have extremely reasonable prices and excellent therapists. Its a great place to come solo or with the group. There is a steam room and sauna room available for use before or after treatments. Restrooms are kept clean. I love this place and visit it monthly. There is also never a wait as they have plenty of staff on hand....but also plenty of customers as well.

Rating it only 1 star because my first visit was pleasant. Second time , they were unable to take me in even after calling in and making an appointment. Third time around, i was in the area and gave it another chance because the price was decent and the atmosphere was ok. Well guess what? This will be my last time there. The service is inconsistent. I went in there for a full body massage and the guy basically didn’t have a clue on how to massage properly. I couldn’t feel a damn thing and he kept working on my back for a good 40 minutes until he finally started massaging my leg. Again, I couldn’t feel anything!! Felt like soft rubs. I told him to stop and to bring someone else in to finish my massage. The second guy, I tried explaining him how I wanted the massage to be done and he did not understand at all. There was a communication barrier. He brought his manager in for assistance and I explained to him again. He finally started massaging. On my back again !! After I told them that it was already worked on!! He seemed like he was in a rush and frustrated. I tried to ignore it because ultimately I went in there to relax.. he walked back in with the hot wet towels and burned my right leg with it. At this point, I couldn’t even focus on relaxation. My anxiety and frustration were through the roof. I wanted to get out of there ASAP. My first visit was good, my third was HORRIBLE. Not to mention i was overcharged $5 ... Buyer beware!!!

The best massage Ive ever had!

For $25 the hour long foot massage is so worth it. Its actually a full body massage which starts with a foot soak. Be forewarned that you are in a large shared room with many other guests at the same time but it is quiet and relaxing. I have been twice now and have been lulled almost to sleep both times.

I highly recommend this place! When I read $25 for a 1 hour Foot Massage, I thought it was too good of a deal to be real. To my surprise, it really is only $25 and the Foot Massage is not just the Feet, it includes a nice massage of the Head, Back, Arms, Hands, Lower Legs and it includes reflexology and minor stretching methods the masseur applies while you are laying there. Each person doesnt get their private room for the foot massage, but dont worry - the atmosphere is really dark, but really serene and peaceful with light instrumental soothing music in the background so you will not feel awkward being in the same space as anyone else. It actually is really cool the way they have it set up because you feel a lot of privacy due to the almost absent lighting - it makes for a more soothing experience too. If the masseur is going too hard or too gentle on certain parts you can always let them know if you want them to change it up. In fact, if they hear you even slightly moan in pain(or pleasure) they will always stop and ask if the amount of applied pressure is okay for you. They are excellent at what they do and take really good care of you. When you show up they will give you keys to their locker room/bathroom where you can change in to the laundered and clean attire they have(almost like cotton bath gowns). They also have a sauna and steam room you can use before or after your massage for free. The first time you go you may have questions about the towels or when to use the steam room so make sure to stop and ask them questions. Overall, the staff is friendly and the massages are excellent for the price! Be sure to check it out!

I have been coming to this place for many years and never had a problem until today, today I got the worst massage ever. The manager asked me if I wanted to tip, I said no. He asked me again and I said no. He got mad, I told him today was not good at all and I always tip. Instead of him trying to help me and ask me how it can be better next time or even a sorry, he got furious. Never coming back.

Highly recommend, as far as services and prices go. I don’t like that tips are mandatory though. Once I had a massage that was rough and I kept telling the man and he didn’t ease up and I still had to do a mandatory 20% tip ($9) although I wasn’t satisfied during that visit. Overall great experiences though!

It can be a hit & miss but today hubby & I both left very happy & relaxed. I learnt to bring ear plugs & an eye patch to achieve the zen I want. The price is right & gives you a chance to tip decently if happy or less if it was a miss. But even on a not excellent day an hour massage for $25 is hard to beat.

Always a good idea to call ahead on the weekends bc it gets super busy (also good luck finding parking sometimes). I like this place for several reasons:It has a locker room with shower facilities.Lighting was good; dim, but not dark.Music was very soothing, just the right decibel to put me to sleep. I fell asleep both times I was there having my foot massage.It has a sauna and steam rooms, added bonus. However, both times I was there, they were closed.I like hard massages, and Mark was good. The second visit was deplorable. She appears to be in a hurried, maybe because we were there right before closing. What really makes this recent visit unbearable was the noise level, especially this couple that has zero massage etiquette - apparently, she was suffering from diarrhea​ of the mouth. Even after she was told not to talk, this lady was incorrigible, not only did she continue to talk, but she was loud. I suspect she may have just recently released​ from solitary confinement - I feel sorry for her boyfriend. I would give 1 star for management​ handling of the situation.

The first time I came here I was ELATED!!! The lady who did my massage was great and super professional. I brought my husband here today for his birthday and his massage was great but mine was awful from the start. The man who did my massage, his hands smelled strong of cigarette smoke and I could not relax. The way he did my massage as well just did not feel good at all. I left feeling worse than when I came. On top of that, they have MANDATORY 20% gratuity per person. Even if you are on the same ticket. Mandatory gratuity is illegal, gratuity is to be optional. So that made me feel worse because I was forced to tip someone who did not do a good job.The atmosphere is beautiful tho. The people talk a lot but I kinda enjoy hearing them speak their language. The price for the for massage now is $28 (changed June 1). I am not satisfied with my service here today

I used to always go to this place! However, my last experience wasn’t so great. It’s been about a few years since I’ve been and I thought hey let’s go get a massage. So I took my mother and sister-in law to get a massage and the people were not only rough, but they didn’t do that great of a job. I even told them to go softer and it was still rough. So we check out and to top it off, this guy, assuming he’s the owner forces us to pay a 20% tip even if we didn’t think the service was worth that much. So we are digging awkwardly in our wallets and they’re just standing there watching us like hawks. Finally my mother in law hands him a $5 and he asks for $5 more so we are literally looking through our bags when finally we get frustrated and tell them we don’t have that money in cash. They look angry and roll their eyes and we just walked away. It was very unprofessional to make their customers feel so uncomfortable while they put us in an awkward position. We WILL NOT be coming back.

My go to place for massages. Somehow they always have space and know what I need. No need for appointments days in advance. Very affordable and get definitely get more value than what you pay.

A friend invited us to come and couldnt be happier. Eveyone was very courteous from beginning to end; had a wonderful full body massage, then proceeded to the sauna, and was offered water to cool down after. They offer small shower spaces if you wish to rinse at the end. Every person gets an individual locker to store personal items. Highly recommend.

This is one of the nicer spas that I have been to and is fairly priced. All of the massage therapists are licensed. I enjoyed the fact that it was private and offered a relaxing and soothing environment. My friends that I have referred to go here all love it and we are planning to have a bridal party get together there soon! I also like that they have a sauna and steam room that is included in their already great priced massage sessions. Definitely a place to try out!

The place is very convenient for a group setting as there are many benches in one area. However not all of the masseuse have the same talent for your needs. For example I had a masseuse that wasnt so great because of her experience the water for my feet was cold however they do have great group specials for birthdays or anniversaries that you should take advantage of Monday through Friday

I always come here and also referred a lot of friends and family even bring them myself. Few weeks ago I finally can get my husband to come get a massage with me and it is very hard for me to get him to do this it was the worst experience my husband and I ever had the two worker that was working on us was so busy talking to each other the whole time we were worked on non stop talking. My husband was so upset that he wanted to relax said to me you spend our hard earn money going to a place to be relax instead you come to hear them having conversations also making you tip. I think this making customer tipping need to be reported and it should be how customer wants and feel we bring business to them they should be happy. Later on when we look at our statement they added the amount more than what I wrote so beware everyone if u pay w card they will change your amount if u give them less than what they tell u. We need to have more calls to report them for change our amount and making us tip for service in the percent they want

The place is nice price okay but the massage is TERRIBLE they need to learn about massage they hurt your bones and way to fast if you know about massage you need to give it slow and firm not fast we told them a lot of times to do it slow but they didn’t listen

I used to love the place, receptionist were friendly and courteous before. I came back last week and got a bad experience. My masseur is a senior man and I am sure that he does not know how to massage. He pretty much rubbed my body the whole time. Imagine you cant get into a deep relaxing mode because the masseur is rubbing your body with lotion instead of massaging.What irritates me the most is when I paid for my service. I was forced to pay a 20% tip even though the service is abysmal. Im not sure if the owner understand that tipping is depended heavily on how good the service they provided.

In my honest opinion the massage was just OK, I asked for a hard sports massage, but what I got seemed like a soft/medium regular massage. Even when I told to press harder, I couldnt tell the difference. Also for the foot massage, soaking the feet felt great, I which the water was a little bit hotter but that really was not a big deal. My only complaint was she massaged everything else except for my feet and that was really what I really wanted. They lady however though was really nice. The atmosphere of the place is very pleasing. They also have a Sauna and Steam Room. A clean bathroom and shower area.

Why are most people complaining about the 20% mandatory tip? Technically, they cannot force you to tip. I learnt my lesson the first time and only pay with cash now. All they do is roll their eyes when you tell them you can’t tip or you don’t have extra cash to tip and you walk out the door. I tip when the service is really good and it usually is for me.

I went for the first time today . I was immediately given the keys to my assigned locker to put my belongings. The atmosphere was very relaxing and extremly clean . I did a 60 minute body & 30 minute foot massage for less than $60 !! Mr Alan was wonderful and I will be coming back and referring everybody I know ! They truly deserve 10 stars .Side note : I met a woman who lives 45 minutes away and told me she has been coming here for 10 years !

Its been three times I visited this place. The first service was really impressive for foot massage. But lately 2 services were pathetic. Smartly they leave you 10 minutes earlier.Meanwhile they talk among themselves and create lots of disturbance. Despite complaining earlier, this continued.Over the top they charge 20% tip even if the service is not upto the mark. We are anyway giving you full amount despite you make us leave 10 minutes earlier and dont complete 60 minutes as mentioned time.Please improve service and environment.

Massage was GOOD first time and thought of giving a second try, so we called them a day before and made an appointment for 11am for full body massage. We reached the place at 11 AM next day and that’s when the story started. the owner of the place was at the counter and started YELLING at us by saying that we are late by half hour even though we are on time. After little bit of talking and trying to make the owner understand, we figured that the person who took the call, booked us at 10.30 am appointment as opposed to 11, but the owner wouldnt listen at all and he was really RUDE and kept saying that his computer doesnt lie. After talking to him little bit more, he finally arranged the massage for us at 11.30. So we walked in with very uncomfortable feeling, but hoping that we will get a good massage. Now the story takes a turn, the staff requested us to lay on the half beds in the open area and put our foot in the hot water. We kind of surprised and then realized they did another mistake again with our appointment. We told the staff that we are here for full body massage and not for foot massage. Then we went back to the owner and said the same thing. He said no rooms available and will only be available at 2pm and after that he started talking same non-sense again...so we felt very bad about the whole situation and left the premises with no massage.

The guy who did my massage he look the part I really felt like, oh yes its about to go down, boy was I wrong he was lightly massaging my feet like they were tomatoes and he didnt want to squeeze them . Bought a couples 60min body & 60min foot massage. Went in with a headache and foot pain. Came out the same. The girl just rubbed my back for 90% of the time and 10min for swinging my feet. I never had a foot massage that they didnt put any pressure on my feet at all. I walked out with unhappy feet!

This was by far the worst place I have ever gone. I left feeling violated. On top of that, I now have 2 swollen shoulders which hurt more than when i went in. I also have a now pain in my back that was not there before the massage. I felt absolutely gross after leaving. Mind u, the girl at the front desk says I was required to give at least a 9.00 tip. It was the worst experience and recommend if you are a female dont go here.

Horrible! The masseuses finger nails dug into my skin at times and he had to move my bed every 5-10 minutes. His technique was very amateur and I stopped in the middle of the massage due to discomforts that were developing in my back. The masseuse was also congested so I kept hearing his heavy breathing as well as his sniffling. The price was cheap, the parlor was very nice but the massage--the most crucial component was missing entirely.

I got the combo which is $40 bucks. 30 min feet 30 min body. Upon arrival lol I didnt get a choice in whether I wanted a man or a woman so I was given a man. He wasnt terrible but he wasnt as attentive as a woman can be..or soft. He was mostly hard..which I enjoyed but to a certain extent. Will most definitely be returning but will not get the same massage. 60 minute foot massage is way better. Nonetheless, this place is amazing. Money well spent.
