I would just like a refund of the $358 deposit I made March 17, 2021 if you are closed. That was a booked appointment for my daughter’s first Mother’s Day to include me and her mother in law. I understand that the pandemic has affected so many businesses. But that was a very large amount required to safe the date.I have also disputed the charges with my credit card company. Please do right and expedite by contacting your Merchant services to return the funds.Again, I’m sorry that another small business has become a tragic victim to the harsh economy.

Excellent spa experience with professional and highly capable staff. the solo massage is definitely worth the trip but for a really special time the couples services are a delight. Make sure you try the tea.

This place is so nice we went for our wedding anniversary, the Moroccan bath was something weve never done before and we both loved it! The massage and the products are amazing I really loved the way my skin felt and looked. My hubby and I will definitely go here again.

This place is amazing. It was a gift for my birthday from a friend from Michigan, best gift ever! I had no idea what to expect and I was very impressed. The hammam and the massage were relaxing and I felt so pampered. I highly recommend this place. Also is very clean and the staff everyone is great, especially the owner Latyfa she is amazing.

If I could rate this business with zero stars I would. I had an 11 an appointment at Hamman. I was sent one reminder and one confirmation text the day before. I showed up at my allotted time and saw that no one was there. I rang the doorbell and looked through the window and saw that it was dark. I called the phone numbers that were listed on the outside of the building. Neither the Westheimer nor Katy/Richmond location answered their phones. I found the owner Latifia’s number posted on the door and called but no response. I text her and noticed that she read my text and still never even bothered to reply back. This is so unprofessional and a total inconvenience. I could’ve went somewhere else instead of wasting my time driving 40 mins for nothing. Do not waste your time coming to Hamman Spa!!

Very disappointed that my Mother’s Day gift was messed up due to lack of communication and professionalism. Even through I confirmed my appointment, I sat outside the Westheimer location for 20 mins. I called both number and no one responded. Very disappointing.

Did the couples package and it was absolutely amazing!!! They start you off with tea and lounge then the most amazing experience with steam room, followed by a facial and full body exfoliating and wash. We opted to have our hair shampooed and conditioned, which in itself was so relaxing. Then your choice of deep tissue or Swedish massage! We can’t wait to do it again. All the ladies are so friendly and fantastic at what they do!!!

This is a very fun and unique experience! They give you a Moroccan bath, which involves soaping you up, sitting in a steam room, exfoliation, and washing your body and hair. If you get the package deal, you will also have a relaxing massage. I really appreciated how accommodating and kind the owner and employees are. All the products smell good and the pampering is super relaxing!

I was visiting the Houston area so Im really not sure if the prices are reasonable. However, the price for services were pretty high. I will admit the owner and staff were both friendly and engaging. I would go again.

Really relaxing experience, manager was super sweet and the girl that took care of me was skilled at her work and was super nice! I’m very impressed with the results I saw afterwards. Overall recommend visiting this spa for a unique Moroccan experience!

Visited for Valentines day with my fiancé for Couples Hammam special. The special includes a facial, full body exfoliation, a steam session and 30 minute massage. Walking in, the exotic decore transports your mind to a different place.. This was our 2nd time here so we knew what to expect. However, during our first visit we were not prepared for the full body, almost nude experience. It would have been better if our host explained all that would happen during our visit, in order, so we could mentally prepare instead of wondering and being surprised. On the 2nd visit, they still didnt tell us what to expect, just quick directional or confirmation phrases from the attendees. Aside from that, the experience is very enjoyable and relaxing. It is definitely romantic and helps the couple to bond. The Swedish massage was just OK. Ive had better. The morroccan tea at the end is a nice touch. Both times we exited feeling rejuvenated and happy.

This was my second time going and I have to say every time I visit it gets better and better! I invited a group of women to have a spa day here and the staff made sure that we was all set! The manager and staff are very friendly and are very tentative to their clients! Can’t wait for my Next visit to Houston to see y’all again!

This place is simply AMAZING! I absolutely love the spa so I was very excited to try the Hamman Scrub for the first time. My skin was literally glowing after this treatment, and soft and smooth to the touch. There was a visible difference! If you havent tried it I would recommend it! The staff was very kind and friendly...and the treatments they provide are great! I will definitely be back!

This place is amazing!! The perfect place to relax and unwind. I have been coming here for months and I do not want to go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, they take their time and always work with my schedule. The environment is clean, quiet and with dim lightning. The herbal tea they offer is amazing, very good! I recommend the hammam spa with any type of massage, the v-steam and their facials. You feel renewed after you leave this place , highly recommend it, any therapist here is very good, I’ve gotten my massages with every person.

Amazing spa! Loved every minute! Traditional Moroccan spa feel is beautiful. The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend body exfoliation along with v-steam and facial (a women’s must)! You will joy and not be disappointed! Special oils and body soaps are a must buy purchase too!

Very professional, polite, and easy going. If i was from the area i would definitely be making regular appointments to this place. The atmosphere is great too, very authentic feeling. The wife and i both commented on how much we felt like royalty during the treatment. We got the couples special, and we absolutely loved the exfoliation treatment. Very good way to spend the afternoon together.

First year I didn’t get my wife a gift from here and she was literally upset. I thought I was being too predictable getting her one every year. She absolutely loves this place, luckily Valentine’s Day is coming up.

I had the pleasure of visiting this spa last week. Im definitely going back for more!

I had an appointment over a week ahead of time. They had no record of it. They put me in a steam shower for about 30 minutes. Then, I felt like a piece of wood at home depot getting sanded down with sand paper. The lady had a disposable face mask on the whole time, even when I was up front doing my paperwork. Added tip. 150 was a lot for a 30 minute sand down. Over rated. Over priced. Nothing like what I was expecting.

Had a full body package with my boyfriend. The girls here were incredibly kind and professional - immediately when we sat into the beautiful designed waiting area we were offered tea and water.They scrubbed us with a wonderfully smelling black soap before helping us into the sauna (and let me tell you, its not a wimpy sauna like some places have. You will sweat.) before taking us to a bathing area.I swear my skin is as smooth as a babys with how thoroughly they scrubbed me down with their exfoliating mit. They also offered to wash our hair and give us a foot scrub (trust me, you want it).They were very thorough on their massages and periodically made sure their pressure was alright.My only advice is A) Get the aromatherapy package and B) bring some spare underwear because they are going to get wet (though the girls do offer to dry what you need on site :) )5 stars all around, I will definitely be going back.

I came here for a graduation gift and am SO happy I did. The staff was AMAZING!!! The environment was clean and practically put me to sleep!! I left feeling like a newborn baby will definitely be coming back again soon!!!

Everyone was very friendly and the products smelled amazing plus they get result I havent had any breakouts since I went and used the black soap. Also natural is always the best way to go.

We paid for a 2 hours session, but finished at 1 1/2 hour. Hammam didnt include black soap that we were told us that they used, (we asked a week prior to our appointment). Hammam table is against the wall, not allowing the person to walk around you or scrub properly. Phone rang twice during massage and she answered it, leaving my wife on the table. ALSO!!!! They added in their own tip without asking! My wife and I have had REAL Hammams in Morocco and this wasnt close. OVERLY PRICED!

Looking for something out of the standard and routine for an anniversary treat, a friend mentioned Hammam Spa. The information on the web was informative but you never can be certain till you look yourself. Thats what the wife and I did and are we ever glad we did! Although only open since December of last year, they are developing quite a clientele so plan on making reservations well in advance. This is a PROFESSIONALLY run business and you will be treated with outstanding customer service and products/services at a very reasonable price. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

I found this spa on a search for a Korean spa because I wanted a body scrub like those done at the aforementioned spa. Instead, I found Hammam and couldnt have been happier. Latifah, the owner, is extremely personable and was encouraging/calming when I tried new services. I have gone back on many occasions since my first time almost a year ago.Latifah has made it an extremely welcoming spa/experience. After each treatment, I receive mint tea and/or water and great conversation.Also, I have recommended it to friends and they have enjoyed the spa and the staff.

Hammam was good but facial was expensive and not good. Would recommend going to another place for facial.

Hammam Spa is heaven on Earth! The owner Latifa is magical. She’s knowledgeable, polite, and very talented. I had a hammam bath. It was the most amazing spa experience I’ve ever had❤️❤️. The products Latifa use are impeccable! They are natural and made with love and integrity! If you want world class service come to Hammam Spa on Westheimer. I’ve had these treatments done all over the world and no one can come close to the wonderful ladies of Hammam Spa!!

Where do I start ......very disappointing experience. I was told it was going to be 75 minutes but ended around 55 minutes. Not to mention the girl who was exfoliating me was not happy to do her job.Paid $245 for steam and scrubbing. Waste of money.
