I received a cupping massage. It was my first time, and I had a LOT of questions. Penny was great at answering all of my questions. I am new to the area, and I feel I lucked out finding Penny for my first massage in Houston. I will definitely be back!

I have had numerous massages by Penny and over this time my physical discomforts have lessened to a great degree. She seems to find the “knots” where my pain occurs even when I haven’t realized the pain on a conscious level. That is the trick here because I seem to have these “knots” of pain that I didn’t realize until she finds them and works on them always with good results. She is competent and professional. The ambience of her massage studio is very peaceful and relaxing. Her prices are very reasonable. I think “Authenticity” in the name she uses for her service is very appropriate. I highly recommend.

LOVED my massage with Penny! She showed me around the space, she sat down with me and discussed my concerns, wants and needs and then allowed me to decompress a bit before the massage! That extra time allowed me to really relax and get into the spirit of receiving a massage. Her technique was terrific! I get a lot of massages. Penny was perfect. So happy to have found this amazing space close to home.

Penny is the best, hands down! I have been going to her every couple of weeks since she opened and can honestly say she has done wonders. I love the addition of cupping and CBD lotion too, it’s helped so much. Highly recommend!

Once again Penny zeroed in on areas that I had no idea were a problem. My Achilles’ tendons were so tight it was affecting my knees and hips due to worn out tennis shoes. Penny re- aligned my spine and also worked out a lot of kinks in my shoulder and lymph glands. Felt fantastic afterward and even better a week later! Will definitely be back again soon!

Love Authenticity Massage! Penny doesn’t give a “standard” massage. She listens to you and discusses your concerns. And she listens to your body during the massage. Absolutely LOVE the prayer massage! Cupping is awesome!

Penny really helped me with a chronically painful shoulder that I couldnt really figure out. I went to the chiropractor first, and it helped some but nothing like what Penny did for me. I will definitely ask for her help again. After a couple of visits with her, my pain was gone and hasnt come back.

I have gone a few times for some muscle soreness related to an injury and Penny did such a great job. She is very professional and is so knowledgeable. Hoping to go back many more times in the future.

For a whole year I’ve had a swollen ankle and calve constant pain ! Constant muscle spasms ! My swollen calve no matter what I did never calmed down I sprained my left ankle pretty bad and I went to numerous doctors all insisted with steroid shots and pain pills and more steroids in which the combination through other things off in my body . I was at my wits end crying almost everyday praying so hard .... so hard asking for some help I was stressing so much . My wonderful aesthetician Kaila that has saved my face from acne btw that’s a different story ... referred me to get a massage here and something strongly told me to just try it and so I did ! I was coming in for a regular massage but penny sat and talked with me about Lymphatic massage and explained so much to me . And I’ve went twice already ! At first the couple days after were alittle painful but only because I had so much fluid and congestion on my lymph nodes but after that my body started doing what it was supposed to do naturally she definitely helped my body kick start the healing process ! And the results are amazing ! I haven’t seen my calve in a year almost and today I woke up I can see the outline ! And my calve shrunk twice it’s size I was almost in tears ! I was so happy !!! She’s so wonderful and a god send ! I definitely recommend her ! Ladies if you’re on your knees and ran out of ideas come see my new wonderful friend I discovered .she’s such a healer !
