Thank you Taylor & Wallace Lab for helping me import my car. I am an international student and was not sure where to start. Ive talked to a lady who was very unprofessional , she didnt try to help me or even listen to my concerns. It takes a major screw up for me to leave a bad review but she was very unpleasant and I think because I had an accent.

Representative was not friendly and lost her temper once I intended to inquire more about importing my vehicle to the US.

I spoke with Taylor on the phone in regards to our customers BMW which is title and registered in Mexico. She was extemely informative and respectful on the phone. Left all questions answered extemely well and then some! Will definitely call them back should I ever have another question regarding importation or a customer that wants to move forward with the process.
