Refuses to take the time to fill out much needed paperwork.Refuses to understand the true needs of patients that he has over billed the insurance company for and has done so for over 20 years. My mom has had 2 strokes and his response when she asked for certain things was Medicare lost money years ago What does that have to do with a patient that has actual insurance t?He also thinks laughing is the best solution when a patient at the age of 74 requested home health care because she is unable to get around on her own. His response was I dont believe in maid services

Dr. Yangs office is always readily available to assist with any questions and concerns you might have. The ease to obtain an appointment on the same say is great. The waiting time is minimal.

Today around 11:00 am I received a call regarding a recent MRI report. The person who telephoned was unable to read the report. She was having trouble with the most basic English words, such as spinal and canal. After I had her read it to me the second time (with a lot of assistance from me) I was able to understand the gist of the report. I have been coming to Dr. Yang for 20 years and this is the first time I have had an experience such as I did today.

Knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to. Never had a problem getting a last minute appointment or walking in.
