My dad will definitely start seeing Mr.Patel regularly.His bed side manner is terrific.He actually asks about your prior health history and gets to know you.We aren’t too trusting when it comes to seeing docs nowadays,only because they like to shove medicine down your throat rather than actually help.Mr.Patel is different my family and I are all going to start seeing him.Very clean office too.🥰

Not easy making an appointment. Nobody picks up the phone, Cannot leave a voice message as the mailbox is full. Village Medical web site for scheduling appointments does not work. Need to look for a new doctor

Before he got with village primary care he was a great doctor but in all honesty village primary does nothing good for him I’m looking for a new dr for me and my husband

My husband and I are patients of Dr. Viresh Patel. The doctor and his staff are caring, concerned and polite to us. Dr Patel listens to my concerns and answers my questions with patience and care. The doctor and his staff are interested in our well being and overall health. When I call for a refill between visits or to make an appointment the staff handles it in a timely manner. With refills they will send an email letting me know when it has been sent to the pharmacy. I am comfortable going to his office and I am always treated very well and enjoy visiting with him and his staff.

Having read the prior reviews, I agree with the above comments. Dr. Viresh Patel is calm, listens to your symptoms, and takes time to explain clearly what he thinks is causing the problem. His office staff is friendly and very efficient. There is little wait, and you get into see the doctor close to your appointment time. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and have recommended him to my neighbors and friends.

He is very personable and understanding. Over the last year he has been very willing to work with me to find the right medication for my needs. His staff are very nice and they can always find time to fit you into the schedule.

I was very frustrated with my previous PCP and my sister recommended her husbands physician. Dr. Patel is excellent. He took the time to actually explain the symptoms I was having so that I understood the underlying causes and perhaps figure out a 5 month old puzzle. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

As new patient experience at this clinic is nightmare. It is a headache to get anyone on the phone. I have tried whole day to contact front desk to take an appointment but nobody picks up the phone. There is no reminder for your appointment. Even if doctor misses to send your referral again same story no one picks up their phone in the clinic. We have been trying to reach front desk to talk to get our referral to specialist. This is just ridiculous. As a new patient, this clinic needs to improve on their patient service.

I know Im always posting about my kids doctor but every visit is always great its awesome that my kids love their doctor. I love seeing them go theres doctor Patel and hes so great with them. When we moved to Mansfield texas near Dallas I have four kiddos and they still ask about their old doctor and why can’t they just go to Dr Patel. He’s definitely wonderful I have pictures and videos for days

Dr Patel - impecable, no issues. But the clinic is a DISASTER. No one picks up the phone or returns calls, lab results that supposed to have been sent - only possible by regular mail - never arrive. Sorry for the Doctor, but will have to look for another clinic.

Dr. Patel took over Dr Sam practice and my wife and I are very satisfied. He will take the time to sit and talk to you about your health and anything you want to talk about. Several nurses were with Dr Sam and remember us when we walk in.

Uncomfortable . he was short with me seemed as though he was in a rush at 9am lol he gave a prescription for my daughter and my insurance didnt cover it . the store faxed he more than once ! its been almost two weeks and my child still havent gotten the meds she needs. he is rude I came to the doctor for him to give her a check up he just looked at her he didnt even touch her not once. it seems that he dont like his job and he is not very social. which I think you have to be in order to be a doctor.
