Dr Gardner and his staff is great. So blessed to have found him and especially Kim the PA.They have worked with my husband and he is doing fantastic on his medications. Thank you Kim, Dr. Gardner and staff

Negative 10 Stars. Would not advise ever going here. Dr Gardner is a good physician but the staff and his PA have ruined his practice. Stay away. HORRIBLE ! Cannot stress this enough. If you have a need for an Endo - this is not the place to go. 👎🏼

My mother has been going here for about 2 to 3 years. Dr Gardner and staff are very helpful. I knew he was going to be a good doctor 👨‍⚕️ when on the first year on Christmas Eve he called us back to adjust my mother’s medication. Not often do the doctors call patients back most of the time is the MA’s. The nurse practitioners also show a lot of concern. There very caring and patience. Scheduling is very open and they work with you. Thank you for your service. My moms insurance change and the provider is not in network but we will be paying out of pocket that’s how good of there services are. Keep the good work Dr Gardner’s office.

Waiting time is awful. You can be expected to wait a lot. I have been waiting for 90 minutes already. Last time was worst. Doctor wanted to get some results from my last medical procedure, when I called after one week to find out if they got it. Staff member told me I had to sign a form for the release. However, the office never contacted me for me to stop by and sign the form. Dr. Is nice and thorough but waiting time and staff organization does not help the office.

Dr. Gardner and his staff are great! The girls are always friendly. The staff always go above and beyond to help out the patients. Would highly recommend Dr. Gardners practice!!

I have been seeing Dr. Gardner for almost four years. His staff is always been very helpful and the wait time has been very minimal.

If I could zero stars I would. First appointment was less then 5 minutes because the doctor didn’t see anything of concern but was told to get blood work again to double check. Called in the day before my appointment to see if my results looked good and if I needed to go back. They said they would call back but never did. Go to my appointment the next day and was in with dr. Gardner for 2 minutes to be told I was fine again. When asked why I was being charged for him to tell me what I asked the day before they said it was because I had an appointment. Terrible customer service and not keeping their patients top of mind.

Ive been with Dr Garner for nearly twenty years. Hes kept my blood sugars stable and near normal all of these years. Hes fantastic with pump technology and adjusting thyroid medications as well. Unfortunately my insurance just changed an Ill be losing him after all of these years. Im truly saddened by my loss. His staff was always a pleasure to work with as they were excellent in their support roles.

Excellent doctor and staff. My only complaint is that the wait time vs. the scheduled arrival time can be a bit long.
