Dr. Kopas is great.... But Same ol problem every business has. The front desk folks are great! But upon checking out, I was dealt with someone I’ve haven’t seen before. She just sat there laid back very unprofessional. No Hello, just rude! Before coming to the window, I’ve notice she had her cell phone out. I stood there for about a minute before she looked up and notice that I was there. No hello, just acted like nothing happen. The line was already long! Pay attention! I hate to find someone else but I love Dr Kopas. The other staff members were great to me never a problem until now. Although I didn’t catch her name, she was wearing glasses and I remember her bangles. Please fix this!

She is very professional and compassionate. She has saved my husbands life twice already. I thank God to let us meet Dr. Kopas and to be my husbands doctor ever since 2012. Thank you forever, Dr. Kopas.

Dr. Kopas is an excellent physician cares about her patients. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Horrible, unprofessional, annoyed at questions, did not answer questions, incompetent work. Careless attitude. FDA study with different protocols on different visits. Over 5 months late in getting coil procedure. Treated like a two year old. Always had a witness.
