Words really couldnt describe how grateful to have found Dr. Rios. 🙏 When the pandemic was through the worst he was very compassionate into helping anyway he could. While other Drs wouldnt set an appointment for my father Dr. Rios and his team didnt give us a problem. My father was the one to start to see Dr. Rios he is very understanding, takes his time to listen to your concerns and I cant thank you enough for having such a great team. Not only is he my fathers PCP but mine as well. Thank you. Look no further. He is also open on weekends which is very convenient for those whom work during the week.

Dr. Rios is compassionate, intelligent and a top notch doctor. He really listens and you can tell he cares about your well being. He takes the time to explain results. I love that he has late hours and weekend appointments. All around great doctor!

Dr. Rios is one of the best doctors I have met. He treats the patient as a person and doesnt focus on the bottom line of money. My father couldnt get an accurate diagnosis from an established hospital here in Houston for over a year. When we decided to look for a new doctor since my dad was withering away, we found a gem. He took the time to go over every test result and answered each question we had with compassion and care. Without Dr. Rios, I believe my father would have lived much longer, however, now we have a fighting chance.

I went to Dr.Rios office for a sick visit. It was very easy to schedule an appointment online for the same-day. He is a very good doctor and was able to address my concerns. His staff is efficient and were able to provide me with everything that I need it for my visit. Overall his office is very clean and the service is fast.

Dr. Rios is one of the most compassionate providers I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He takes the time to discuss information in length with the patient which can be a true rarity amongst primary care practitioners. The clinic is extremely clean and the staff is always very kind!

Great first visit. Went in for my annual check up. Easy to schedule online appointments, nice new facility, staff was friendly and Dr. Rios was fantastic. The only issue I had was with the results of my labs. A great thing here is that Dr. Rios can run your labs onsite and you can get your results back within 24 to 48 hours, or so I was told. It took 7 days to get back. Other than that, great experience and will be back to visit when needed.

Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor’s office. The office space is fine and Dr. Rios himself is nice, but overall this was a terrible experience. I was told I would get a call an hour after my appointment with the results of my test. Needless to say, I never received a call. I spent the next day chasing the staff to try and get answers.Several days later, I was still waiting on certain tests. The receptionist was nasty and unapologetic about the delay. When I finally did get the results, they were thrown together in a lazy, unsecured, untitled email. Not even a call to walk me through the findings. This place will treat you like a transaction, not like a patient.

Dr. Rios is really patient, listens carefully, and is thorough with my concerns and questions. He went through different options for me to choose and gave me clear follow up plans. Rebecca, the nurse, was fantastic. Friendly, warm, and helped talk me through my nervousness around needles. Results on some tests were done in-house and ready practically immediately.

Affordable and open late. Dr was very nice and compassionate, front staff as well. Will be returning.

I went to Dr. Rios and had a very good experience. I was treated with care and attention, and everything was clearly explained to me. I will make him my primary PCP from now on.
