These people are not trained to be your primary care doctor. I dont think he has his medical license updated as it requires ethic training. His practice is know for insurance fraud. So be sure to check your insurance statements. I have seen him Google my diagnosis. He will prescribe you whatever new medication the sales rep is pushing this month. He was inappropriately flirtatious. This is my first and last time I will go to this practice ever. I am so disgusted of Dr. Minh Le. His employees are rude and also need some training too. If I had an option not to leave a star then I would.

I am sitting here in the waiting room I arrived at 11:07 a.m. waiting for doctor mihn,Le was here on August 13th had to call back on August 23rd to receive preliminary lab results was told thedoctor would call me back call was never received ended up having to go back to urgent care with pain still persisting urgent Care physician was given a copy of my labs and he then explain my results so I am calling for my bp prescription and another med the receptionist processed to tell me I have to pay a $40 co pay which is Ludacris if my health and well being Isnt important and its all about the mighty Dollar Sign my best option is to find a Doctor that cares about his/her pts not Someone that is all About Money the front office is very rube Customer Service is very Unprofessional Im still waiting as of Now Ive been a pt of his for years this has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!

Although i have only been a patient for a short period of time. Dr. Minh Le has provided excellent care. He listens to your health concerns and genuinely cares. I am so happy i went here to seek a second opinion. I am finally getting some relief and am on a better health journey. My only regret is not coming here sooner. After months of feeling miserable with my previous doctor. Its nice to fobd a doctor who listens to your needs and treats them accordingly. I would recommend him in a heart beat.

The front desk reps and CNA’s or whatever their positions are ruins the Dr. reputation. My mom had a resent visit and have been calling to discuss her blood work, she was advised that she’d get a call back and didn’t, the follow up and communication is HORRIBLE. All the yelling on the phone to the patients is UNPROFESSIONAL, no bed side manners AT ALL. We have reached out to BCBS to inform them of the experience and process. The front desk agent yelled at the insurance rep, thanks for proving our point. Oh, and the screen shot someone’s results and send them via email, is NOT secured and is against the HIPPA law. That will be reported as well. Tighten up

I love Dr. Le and ALL of his staff. They are like family. Ive been going to him for the past 8 years. Even better I dont have to go to 100 specialist. He only refers you out if its completely out of his realm unlike other doctors. Hes bi lingual and his staff all speak fluent Vietnamese, English, and Spanish. No parking in a garage and driving around an office building. You can walk right in and see him. He takes just about every insurance. He does cosmetics like botox and even has a chiropractor in the office. I mean what more could you ask for. Hes the best!

Dr. Le and his staff have been wonderful time and time again to me. I drive over 40 minutes away once a month to see Dr. Le because of this. He has treated me when other doctors have turned a blind eye. Not only does he treat me for my condition, he cares about my overall health and well being. Im immensely appreciative of him and his staff. They also were very quick to assist me with documentation that I needed. Some cannot say the same for other doctors offices out there. It feels very homey and family oriented in his office. I will continue going here and referring any one I know to him.

Ive only seen Dr Minh Le one time but i was extremely pleased with his thoroughness. Hes a very smart doctor and exactly what I need with the rarity of my condition. I am optimistic about the treatment he will provideThe office staff was friendly, caring and efficient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Le.

Mr.Lee is a very experienced doctor with a strong will to make sure you are comfortable with his diagnosis. Hes been my doctor for 6 years and Ive sent family and friends to him.

Dr.minh and his staff were so helpful and caring. I came in for a kidney infection they checked my temperature and it was 99.5 at some point while I was there I was shaking cold so they checked again and I was 101, they gave me a fever reducer and a shot I also did a urine sample, after I was done they told me they wanted to make sure I was ok so they had me wait thirty minutes more and checked my vitals I had 103 temperature they were very concerned and caring I felt they were truly genuine and good people. When I got home my temperature finally dropped with the meds they gave me now it is 99.4. I thank them so much for there help and the caring and concern they showed me. I will recommend this place to all my friends

My wifes experience as well as my personal experience was horrible. The doctor is great. However his staff is completely unprofessional, disorganized, lazy, and just flat out dont seem to want to do there job; or possibly not understand how to do there job. My wife had major surgery and and has to use a walker, she came first thing in the morning to follow up post surgery and was first patient on wait list-however, wasnt helped or even acknowledged for 3 hours. Every other patient has to wait hours as well. But were still helped before her. The disorganization and careless attitude of the staff should be dealt with as soon as possible. Otherwise the staff will surely ruin this doctors reputation.

1. There was a staff that seemed like he didnt know what he was doing. A nurse had to come and ARGUED with him saying, This is not what youre supposed to do, blah blah blah. Afterwards, another nurse had to yell at him for another reason.My complaint: 1. Why wasnt the staff properly trained? 2. There is no reason for TWO nurses to have to yell at the man in in front of the patients. They shouldve pulled him to the side and quietly spoke with him.2. A nurse called a man and just asked, English? The man nodded his head yes. Then she asked again. He nodded his head again. Again she asks for the third time except this time she spoke up and acted as if he couldnt hear. This time, the man replied, Yes, I can speak English. She made the man sit down.My complaint: The patient surely replied to her though it was silent. She didnt even ask , Do you speak English sir? It was just bluntly, ENGLISH?3.. I walked in, and its a crazy mess. The nurses kept walking back and forth like it was a flea market or something. A true doctors office is very organized. Theres no need for like 5 different nurses to be running back and forth.4. A nurse spilled water on me.My complaint: I know that accidents happen, but I didnt even get an apology.5. I was led to a room by a nurse. When I walked in, there was already another patient in there being checked by another nurse.MC: You should NEVER have a patient in the same room as another patient. He shouldve just made me waited a bit longer till the man came out (Im a female).6. The nurse called me to go get my blood drawn. I went to the blood room and another nurse yelled at him to hold on. I was just standing there. Then the nurse told me in a strict manner to go back (looking at me like why on earth am I still here). I went back but this time the seats were all taken. He told me to sit down (still in that strict manner). Had to tell him that there were no seats.My complaint: This is one example of how the nurses dont communicate with the patients. Like how was I supposed to know if I was supposed to wait outside the room or to go sit down in the waiting area. Plus, he shouldnt have had to use that tone on me.7. Same thing as complaint number 6 but this time, I saw it happen to another patient. There is no reason to call a patient when youre going to make him sit down again.8. I had to wait over 3 hours until I got to the actual doctor. I got there around 8:45, left at 12 pm. Honestly, there were like 15 patients MAX when I got there around 8:45. This includes the people inside and outside the office. When I was inside the office, I kept seeing the same maybe 15 people going around, getting irritated with the nurses. Most of them left around I did.My complaint: There should be NO REASON whatsoever for it to take more than 3 hours just to get through the patients. When I was waiting outside the doctors office, the most it took for him to talk to me and the patients was 10 minutes each.9. The nurse who assisted me couldnt spell. He spelled partially partialy in the form and spelled hear here in the form. It makes me worry about their knowledge and education.All in all, this was a horrible experience for me. Never again am I going to visit this office. My dad was with me and he told me that hes not coming here again. I was talking to the other patients and they all complained about how horrible of a job the staffs were. Things they could improve would be communication with each other, communication with the patients, and their organization. There should be no reason for a doctors visit to take more than 2 hours let alone 3.I wished that they could have the old staffs back. They were very organized and WAY more friendly than these new staffs. I have a few more things that I disliked about this office but those were really small things so I wont mention.I have also made a new google account so they wont know who I am. If they do, oh wells.
