Accredited was a blessing to my best friend and her family. They were able to spend her mother’s final days at her side while she remained comfortable and well cared for. Thank you for giving them peace during a very difficult time.

I am forever grateful for the professional care and endearing kindness that my dearest friend received as she transitioned. That kindness also helped me through an incredible loss. As I said, forever grateful.

There is no other Hospice company that will treat you like their own family and will support you with love and care. Compassion at its best!

Accredited Hospices of America took care of my Great Grandmother a few years back. We had tried a few hospices before and they either didnt help much. We needed the help since my mother was her care taker and she fell ill. They helped immensely by providing regular baths, getting all the equipment we needed, helping with feeding, and managing her medication. They were always on time and effecient in their care. If we had any benefit questions they were immediately answered by the social worker. When her Alzheimers reached stage 4 they helped us understand her symptoms. I really cant overstate how big of a deal it was to receive the care she got. They even helped my family deal with the grief once she had passed by talking with their chaplain. The difference from our previous experiences was night and day. It was impossible to reach anyone at the other hospice. The nurse came once a month if that and the CNA would do the bare minimum for maybe 5 minutes. They came recommended by our doctor and we had heard good things from previous patients. Im glad we took a leap of faith and gave them a chance. If you were like me stuck in a bad situation with a terrible hospice company I would implore you to reach out so that they can help get you and your family back on the right path.

My great grandmother passed away 5 months ago. Ive been grieving for about 5 months.. I have finally mustered up the encouragement to leave this hospice facility a review. Although she is gone now, this hospice did everything they could to accommodate my great grandmothers picky nature. I was in contact with her primary caregiver and she always gave me personalized and thoughtful updates. Ill always know she was loved before she passed away. At least shes no longer in pain..

My grandmother had been hanging in there through several surgeries and low success rate procedures. She is a fighter. Putting her in a hospice was one of the saddest things our family had to do, but ultimately we realized that it was best for her. Instead of us watching her deteriorate, we would rather her have pleasant memories of us smiling and not worrying. We do come to visit her from time to time and she is always being well taken care of. While putting her in a hospice was saddening, it is also reassuring to know she is being taken care of. Thank you for taking care of her so well.

We used this hospice for both of my parents and the care we received from the entire team was incredible. They were always available to help day or night. They made visits during the middle of the night to help our family. I truly feel that this company is filled with angels and were a blessing to our family. I would recommend them to any family that needs hospice

They were such a blessing for our family during a VERY difficult time. The care and compassion they showed our grandmother was exceptional. Even a couple of trips after 2am. Thank you again for everything, it meant the world to us.

The staff at Accredited Hospices of America is by far the most caring and compassionate team I have ever met. If you need hospice care, I highly recommend that you call them now. They will care for your loved ones as if they were a member of their family.

One of a kind hospice care. They have been a pleasure to communicate with. Ive never had any issues with receiving updates from them and would recommend this hospice care to anyone with a sickly grandparent.

I have waited some time to place some kind of review against this shamble of a company. I did this to properly grieve and not have this review become emotional or obsessed with what could have happened if we had hired someone who was competent. If you are looking over this looking on who to call for your family member, please choose literally any other stay in Nurse or Hospice care for them.My father was given very little care in the last days of his life. I cannot express the amount of pain or anguish this company has caused my family or the disrespect that they gave to my father in his last days. They wanted us to administer the pills into my fathers rectum during the time that they should be there, but decidedly were not. They embarrassed my father by administering the pills in front of his daughter in law while he was still conscious. They neglected to actually be their during the hours that they said that they would be there, leaving my dying father alone with his children at home with very little or no clue on how to handle the situation. When they were their, it seemed to make the situation worse entirely, either neglecting our father and complaining to us about the drive, or complaining to us about her personal life. They began to look through every single cabinet and drawer despite not asking to what she was looking for and beginning to search our entire house without consent and had to be stopped on three separate occasions. The issue and question in the companies competence comes into play by not only the alone time my father had without a nurse, but the amount of nurses we needed to go through to find one that wouldnt look through our things or talk about her personal shitty life was far too high.If someone I knew today had a dying loved one and they asked my opinion of this shame of a company I would give them the same answer I have given all of you. Pay a little more to get someone who will be there with them, give them care, be tentative to their needs, and have some respect for the house they are in.I waited 6 months to write something about this horrible company. I will paste this same response in every conceivable outcropping I can in hopes that someone somewhere does not have their loved one disrespected in such a manner that mitigates or downplays the feelings of those who have lost a loved one. Please take your loved ones somewhere else. Never let these people get close to the people that you care about. Thank you for reading this and hopefully this will allow for someone to not have more pain than they are already bearing in their loved ones last days.

Accredited Hospices of America has been sensational and consistent with caretaking. My grandmother is in much higher spirits and being treated with compassion and respect. I strongly recommend them for in house caregiving.

Called and was very pleasant but was treated very unkind. I asked general questions and was basically hurried off the phone. Asked for a better understanding of a better time to call and was treated very poorly.

I am so upset at these people words cannot express it. My father was recommended to be put on home hospice about 1 month ago for the 2nd time on 6/13/18. I am writing this review to point out the major grave mistakes that helped contribute to taking my fathers life that occurred on 7/2. I would never ever advise on my worst enemy to use these selfish money hungry people again.1) All the medical equipment was to be delivered on time once we signed up on 6/13. The oxygen tanks this time around arrived on 7/2, 20-30 MINUTES THE DAY my father passed. I have records of that signature. He had trouble breathing for over 2-3 hours and if they were at home to start with he would have been in less pain. In spite of numerous reminders with the nurse these tanks still did not arrive on time.2) After about one week in on this program my father had suffered a major seizure/stroke attack. We had no idea what was going on so we called the company and said it was an emergency. We were told over the phone that he was having an attack and we should give him anxiety/comfort pack. He was left in pain for hours and over the phone we were told to just wait. Well the help finally showed up, 9 HOURS LATER!! it took nurses 9 hours to attend to him after the company insisted that they are a 24x7 and can send for help or assistance any time. We basically watched him suffer for 9 hours and they did nothing while he was dying. I have records of this phone call as well.3) We left about 5 messages on Dr Mukesh Mehtas office and cell. He never even called back. No doctor or nurse practitioner visited or checked up on him after his stroke/uti attack. The nurses and nurses aid did there job, but it was management that failed and dropped the ball. It shows that all they care about now is getting clients and money. All i heard from nurses aids and nurses that they are understaffed. To sum it up these guys didnt care and their logic of this is comfort care is total BS by the examples i provided. He would still be here if it werent for these grave and unethical mistakes. Please dont use home hospice care.
