Couldnt have asked for the more, we had the most patient caregiver and staff. Dad passed away and was able to enjoy his life at home. Thank you for making this hard time for us as easy as you could. The owners and staff are all extremely professional and very helpful. Caregivers are 5 star all the way! I had covid in November and needed help caring for my dog Annie. The owners made sure that a caregiver was available mornings and nights to walk Annie, while I recovered. They also made sure that I was able to get to the ER and tested for Covid where they were able to get me the medicine I needed to get better. They did everything they could to help me in my most needed time, and I cannot thank them enough.

Everyone was absolutely wonderful, I cant thank them enough for working with our budget while also providing great services. Our caregiver took amazing care of my mother. They were top notch in everything that they did. They were always there whenever we needed them. Our caregiver was really patient with mom and would take her time explaining everything to mom and helping her feel comfortable and okay when she needed help. I have been using Preferred Care at Homes services for a couple of months now for my Mother. Right from the very start Bea have been fully engaged and extremely responsive. The entire care team has been wonderful and proactive with my moms needs. They always ensure that she is happy . She suffers from several immune diseases and is not able to move around as well as she used to and often gets tired. So they help her set up doctors appointments, clean the house, run errands, prepare meals for her, and remind her to follow up with the doctors orders on walking around more in the house and outside. Oh they also help with laundry and every now and occasionally give her a much needed back rub! They really work hard to make sure that I am well informed with situations and conditions that arise with my Mom. Everything from the prompt response from my initial call, on a weekend, daily care, great assistance with her daily needs to great response to an emergency situation. I am happy to recommend these services provided by this outstanding group. I live outside of the state and know that my family has the best most responsive care that is available.

Im extremely happy with the home care services they offer! They are professional, dependable and provide the best caregivers. Our caregivers have been prompt, nice and caring. The owners have been fantastic and are very envolved. They offer very reasonable rates and are always available to answer all of our questions. I cant express how happy my family and I are with there services!

Although we were in a difficult situation, my mom had a stroke, Preferred Care at Home came through for us literally in minutes.The next morning we had an aid to help us. They help with everything from light housekeeping, meal prep, bathing/grooming, etc and help her get around the house. Besides being invaluable in their care for my mom they are very kind. Beatriz (Bea) went out of her way to help with our truly unique situation of traveling from Dallas to Houston with my wheelchair bound Mother to attend my Brothers funeral. She met with my Mom to get to know her.Bea was also very flexible with our continuously changing schedule and allowed us to be with our family as needed. Our time with family to grieve would not have been possible without their help and compassion. We are forever grateful.Kurnesha (Kay) was simply an amazing caregiver with Mom. She was extremely thoughtful and dutiful. Kay also went out of her way to make Mom as comfortable as possible and treated Mom with respect and dignity.
