I enjoy working for the company. You can really tell the Administrator and and all of the office staff really care about the patients, and the patients really love the service we provide. It is wonderful to feel supported in the job with help from the office staff, it makes the job so much easier. I dont feel rushed with the patients I see and there is alway someone available to assist with a question or concern. Our administor is fair and very understanding, you can see he is deeply committed to service.

He recognizes and rewards his staff with incentives for going above and beyond to deliver quality care. I am able to give the time and attention I feel is needed to each client without feeling pressured. The administrative staff are friendly and quick to respond to help resolve any issues. My experience with nursing staff has been awesome. The RN I trained with has always been available to give assistance, answer questions, and give me encouragement and support. Compassionate staff all around in the office and in the field. Very professional demeanor noted by everyone, the administration is easy to reach and very helpful at all times. Their response to this pandemic has been absolutely amazing which started by the office staff checking on the patients wellness and sending all needed PPE including hand sanitizers and face masks by mail. There is genuine sense that everyone cares in this agency and I attest to that.
