So happy with the service provided by this home health agency. Not only do they call me and my client to check in on us, they also send out gloves and masks for us to use. Anytime I need anything theyre always ready to help!!

Ive been with Amazing Grace Nursing Services since about 2016. Since the very beginning its always been consistent good service. One of the biggest things is my checks come on time all the time.

This place has been taking advantage of government money to hire inadequate and under qualified respite nurses. We have never had consistent workers come to take care of my brother and every one that comes has been terrible. The last nurse that was sent fed my brother raw meat. We are going to seek legal action in order to make sure this company gets shut down so no other person feels what we have gone through

Great agency to work with this year it will be 3 years I work for them . With corona virus going on they gave me gloves and masks sent out the essential letters very happy with them always get my check on time

This home health agency has been my favorite out of the other two my mother has tried. Not only do they reach out regularly, they always remember us when we call and are ready to help. Thank you sooo much!!

I have been caring for my sister for the past 3 years and signing up with Amazing Grace was one of the best decisions I have made. They have been great. The nurses come every week and set up my sisters pill box and have been patient always explaining about new meds. Most of all, they have been so helpful assisting me in finding other resources that have greatly improved my sisters quality of life. Thank You so very much for everything that you do.

I would not recommend this agency to anyone. They rip the providers off by not paying them.for all the hours worked. Also very under staffed. Havent seen a nurse in weeks. Been with this company almost 6 years and I will be moving my services next week.

If I could give a 1/2 star rating I would as this company is very unprofessional. 1st they are extreamly rude and short with callers when they thought i was an employee! 2nd I have a very good care taker who said she was q0uiting. So upon speaking with her about the issue she said she was having trouble getting paid on time! What!... thats ridiculous! Her pay day is on the 7th but checks dont get mailed out till the 7th (saw the post mark) . When I called to try and help the payroll clerk said the employee was lying...so I said maam I have the post marked envelope in my hand I was quickly placed on hold and no one ever returned to the line! NEEDLESS to say we lost our worker and I fired the company! Horrible experience!
