I enlisted this home Healthcare service as a provider to assist my elderly mother with physical therapy. She is 86 years old with Parkinsons. Out of 8 weeks of scheduled service, my mom has only received 3 therapy sessions. They dont want to release my mom because she is a Medicare cash cow. I have just learned that evey week, twice a week fraudulent charges have been submitted to Medicare. All im trying to do is attach my mom to a provider that can help her. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS COMPANY .PLEASE. I have already contacted Medicare to make them aware. And an investigation will ensue. Im also filing a complaint with the state. 1st American doesnt care about patients, just billing.
