The instructors are able to focus on every student in class. Also, try cupping or a reflexology appointment with Scott or Jeremiah! You may heal something you didn’t realize you’ve needed! Great studio with Liforme mats! Very friendy and well kept. Small classes which is great compared to the studios around the area! Theres a meditation package which completed the feel.
