Dr. Rice came highly recommended and I don’t understand why he is held in such high regard. He withdrew bone marrow from my grandfather the first part of August of 2021 with the beginning stages of Leukemia and we have yet to hear results. He is in a skilled nursing center without a treatment plan or game plan. It would just take a simple phone call. My grandmother has been repeatedly trying to retrieve results only to be sent to another doctor. So much for hoping Dr. Rice would be our grandfathers life saver. Such talent, education and wisdom wasted that could have helped my grandfather.

Had an Awesome Experience with him , my first acquaintance with him was @ the hospital and I can say he has by far the the best bedside & most professional manners of his patients Ive seen or had in a long , long time not to also mention his knowledge & expertise in knowing and treating my case. Thank You & GOD Bless You Doctor Rice!!!! Im Blessed to see my grandson turn 6 & my children graduate in there professions with bachelors & masters But Most of All Im still here🙏🙏👍. Thank you for taking my case.

New patient appointment was acceptable. Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy went well. Office staff is unbelievable. In January I started calling to move forward with getting the bone marrow test done. It took calling numerous times for a couple of weeks to finally have someone return my call. They do not answer their phones, they just have a rude answering service. I have been calling for weeks now to get a copy of my labs for another doctor and can not get a return call. Ive been leaving messages basically begging to get a copy of the results. I have even let them know that Ill be glad to drive up there (approximately) an hour away to pick them up just please call me back and let me know how. I have an enlarged spleen, dark stool and these lab results are critical for my GI doctor to review. I have never ever been disregarded as a patient like this before. Absolutely unacceptable. I FINALLY just put in a call to the patient advocate. Maybe they will be able to help me.
