They emphasize greatly on customer service.They are an independent agency so they have several carriers they can provide their quotes from. I used to call Richard and now Linda when I see an increase on my home insurance policy. Theyve always tried their best to look for a better deal for me. When they cant find anything better they always let me know the reason.Their rate is also pretty competitive. I shop around all the time but so far this is the agency I always stick with.
