ABC Insurance team (Christina & Sandra) were very responsive, prompt and easy to work.Their follow up with the clients Insurance account is very professional and throughout the term sending you missed payments or renewal date reminders.They can get your Insurance Policy in a couple of days time and their commission fees are affordable.

I highly recommend ABC insurance I seen there ad on google called them to inquire on a 25,000 surety bond, they was very informative, told me to fill out there application online, wait for there call, within 25 minutes of completing my application I recieved a call with my quote and by far there rates blew the competition away extremely satisfied I paid the money and within 15 minutes I had my surety bond in hand. After almost a year of trying to get a title for my truck i was told i needed a surety bond. ABC was the first place i called and spoke with Mrs. Jennifer who made aware that i had been filing the paperwork wrong. I had a horrible experience. I never could get a person to talk to. I was transferred to people out of my area sometimes. Finally after months of trying to get a real person on the phone I finally gave up and just let this high dollar policy expire.

ABC Insurance is the best Agency , I called to get a quote for my home owners and auto policy . My quote came back really affordable and the coverages exceeded my other coverages from my prior insurance carrier. I do not post reviews often but my experience with this company has been phenomenal. Adreian, Sophia, and Christina, are the team of agents I have worked with through out the last year I have I used this company. They have always been supportive, understanding, and helpful, when I forget my scheduled payment as I often do, they always reach me directly prior to cancellation. This is extremely helpful to me because I have hard time keeping up with my agenda and due dates. I needed documentations for traffic court and did not realize until two hours prior to court; I reached out to Christina via email and she had the necessary items sent to me within twenty minutes. When I came into the agency on Westheimer I had my two small children with me; they were friendly and kind to my children and attentive to my situation as I was finished in no time at all. I highly recommend this agency to individuals who want real people who actually like their jobs, evident by the way the treat you, to handle your insurance!!!

Terrible terrible terrible in my experience I was forced into getting insurance that didnt cover any single thing CHRISTINA WAS NO HELP AT ALL. ALL SHE COULD TELL ME IS HOW TO CANCEL MY POLICY I WOULD ASK QUESTIONS AND THE FIRST THING THAT WOULD BE SUGGESTED WAS THAT I CANCELED MY INSURANCE BEING HONEST SPOKE WIT CHRISTINA ABOUT SOME VERY IMPORTANT ISSUES AND ALL I WAS DIRECTED TO DO WAS CANCEL MY POLICY AFTER DAYS AND HRS LOOKING FOR SOLUTIONS ON MY OWN BEACUSE MY INSURANCE PROVIDER WAS OF NO HELP I ENDED UP CANCELING BECAUSE OF THE REPEATED SUGGESTION THAT SEEMED MORE LIKE A REQUEST TO END THE POLICY. I HIGHLY BELIEVE THAT MY INSURANCE AGENT ISNT REALLY INTRESTED IN WORKING HERE WITH THE COMPANY AND FED UP OF HER JOB. YOU CAN TELL BY THE TONALITY OF HER VOICE, SUGGESTION AND REQUEST. This company deserves ZERO stars for their horrid service. I have requested the removal of my tow truck (2007 Sterling) from my policy, an ABC representative informed me that I needed to remove my truck from TDLR and I provide a bill of sale to remove the truck. I have provided all the information requested. The first bill of sale was rejected by your rep for unknown reasons then and I re-bought the truck and sold it again. That bill of sale was also rejected. Throughout this process I have paid $900 for a month of service for a truck that I no longer own, I was told this 900 will be refunded but I have not received a refund. I also paid about $2,780 for the last three months of service for which I will not be using. I REQUEST THE REMOVAL OF THE 2007 STERLING TRUCK FROM MY POLICY, AS WELL AS A REFUND OF $3,680. This is my right as the policy holder. This problem has been going on for far too long. I have submitted a claim with the Texas Department of Insurance Regulations.

Fraud! And dont even deserve 1 star but Google makes you rate.Just had the worst experience with ABC/Farmers Insurance/Christina- with ABC She went up on my prices 3 times and failed to explain about a $30 application fee.Before I had even signed or given my permission to deduct any money from my account to begin policy they sent me a receipt for the deduction. I had never given permission or signed a single piece of paperwork. Christina kept telling me I would receive an email for e-sign and it has yet to come to me to sign. When we questioned that and the pricing she said there was nothing we could do about it because I gave payment permission which I never said and she could not produce a recording(which she said she has) THATS FRAUD! Needless to say Farmers Insurance needs to hire better honest forth coming people to represent their company! And as far as ABC goes I will never deal with them nor recommend any one ever to use these people. I wont even use Farmers Insurance Group because of this ordeal. Poor service,Poor customer service and very rude. My account better NOT be charged because Id rather spend my money getting a lawyer to sue for fraud against this unprofessional company. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AND DO NOT TRUST CHRISTINA WHO WORKS FOR ABC INSURANCE OR WALLACE TABBARA with Farmers Insurance
