Called many Meal Prep Spots and most of them are Either too Expensive or Too small as well as Lacking in Macros. But the Beautiful Queens here always Label and Portion the Meals Perfectly.Flavor 10/10 and Surprisingly for someone as Big as I every Meal is Pretty Filling. Ive been ordering lunch and dinner through them in order to control my weight and they have a good amount of low carb options. After trying other meal prep services in the past, nothing else comes close to the variety, taste, price, and availability. You can either order online or choose your meals in-store. I have surprisingly not gotten tired of the food yet after close to a year of ordering their meals. My favorite meal (and they know this since I order 3+ of them each week) is the king ranch casserole since it is filling, high in protein, and yet is somehow low in calories. So if youre in the market for a meal prep service and live in the area, give them a shot. You wont regret it.

What an awesome place! The owner is so cute and friendly. You can certainly tell she loves the food cooked and is happy to share and prepare for you. Im a mom of two and this has been a life safer! This place is awesome. After trying a few online meal places and being very disappointed, I found smart meals. The food is great and the nutrition break down is on every container. The owner is great and always willing to talk if you have any concerns. I travel for work and really have no time for meal prep, so this is perfect for me. The customer service at Smart Meals is unparalleled. Sharon helped me set up a meal delivery for a friend going through cancer treatment. She selected meals, had the delivered on schedule, and even made a special delivery on a holiday because the family was out of meals. When they were ready to stop delivery, she refunded the unused money in the account with no questions asked. Great food, great service. Whats not to love?

My nutritionist recommended Smart Meals to me. As a single male with mediocre cooking skills, Smart Meals has been a great solution for me. Sharons food is very good, quite convenient and works with the healthier program Ive been on the past year. The store is on my way home, so I like to swing by once a week. But she offers a variety of options for ordering/picking up/delivery. Im a big fan of the breakfast sandwiches, the turkey chili, as well as the salmon and shrimp dishes. Chicken and turkey as well. I dont eat a lot of beef, but I have tried a few of her options and theyre delicious. When Im there, Sharon or one of the ladies on her team is very helpful and friendly. Its quick, convenient shopping, with a side of amusing conversation. I always feel good when I leave, knowing Im set up for the next week.

I purchased several items yesterday for the 1st time and was pleasantly surprised how good everything tasted. Very fresh. I was referred by someone training for a body building competition. Great variety. I had sizzling turkey rice, chicken burger, and turkey breakfast hash. All delicious. And the lady that helped me was terrific. Will definitely go again.

I’ve posted about Smart Meals before…but wanted to do it again. We’ve been eating smart meals almost every day for nearly 2 years. We have not tired of them because the menu offers a great variety of meals that are delicious, filling and prepared perfectly. My nutritionist recommended Smart Meals as a convenient way to help maintain a healthy low fat diet. Everything is calculated and measured. The meals are fresh and as good as any home cooked or restaurant meal...but without the high fat content.An excellent alternative to eating out and a healthy alternative to a home cooked meal. They microwave easily, or you can reheat on a stove top. I’ve even served a couple of meals to guests who dropped by for dinner. I think I’ll start doing that more often!

Sharon has kept me fed for over 4 years now. I set up an auto refill every 2 weeks which Sharon selects for me and I simply have to stop by the gym on my way home from work to pick up. I always receive a text reminder from Sharon when my food is at the gym so I dont forget. Excellent service and the meals are great with good variety! I dont cook so Id starve without a microwave and smart meals!

Great healthy takes on classic comfort foods, and several tasty dishes of their own creation. I particularly like the new Sriracha Honey Salmon with kale and spinach, and, yes, I never thought I would praise anything involving kale. Super foods made so tasty you will want it a couple of times a week.Owner on premises daily, and very helpful with diet and nutrition goals in a constructive, affirming manner. I hate pushy folks, but you will not get that here. They listen to you!It is a great way to see if you can do keto or low carb diets, without committing yourself immediately. There are a number of options to try and decide if those diets are for you. I recommend the Meatballs and Sprouts (keto) or Rodeo BBQ chicken (low carb) as an introduction.

I love Smart Meals. They make eating healthy while on the go very simple. I look forward to eating a Smart Burrito for breakfast on my way to work every day. When Im busy and cant cook, which are most nights, I know I can simply heat up a Smart Meal for dinner and continue to eat healthy. The food is delicious and satisfying. I love Smart Meals. All the food I have tried is always so good. I am glad that the food/meals are frozen because I never know what is happening for the week and I hate to waste food. I am a pizza nut and their pizza is great and hits the spot for me. I also love the quick snack burritos. I am not much of a red meat eater but I am a picky chicken eater and their chicken is always on point. Yummy!!!

My favs are Cherry Chocolate Protein Pancake (Breakfast/Snack); Peanut Butter, Pumpkin or Apple Protein Muffins (Mini Meal); and King Ranch Casserole (this one goes super fast, Lunch/Dinner). I found Smart Meals through Google and later on Yelp. I have been in a constant battle with cravings and trying to lose weight for the last five years. So far, I gave up on pasta (love it), rice, beans and including flour tortillas. I stayed straight with my meals which were becoming boring and prepping was consuming my time(which I dont have because Im always in a hurry). When I read the reviews, I decided to go on a Saturday a month ago to Smart Meals (Live close by, just eight minutes away)and give it a try. I walked in a very charming lady greeted me and walked me through the whole process. Her name is Sharon, a very sweet and knowledgeable person. She showed me how to start with the meals and picked them out for me. I got home and decided to try my smart meals and OMG, the lasagna was just delicious, the tender chicken with spicy hot sauce is great!! As first timers we were a little wary, but the breakfast burritos and “egg mcmuffins” won us over. The biggest hit though was the quesadillas! If you have an air fryer, use it on all the burritos and quesadillas, it makes them perfect and slightly crispy outside & yummy inside! Also, her pancakes are way better than mine! Fluffy and easy to eat while mine come out dense and hard to swallow. Enjoy!!!
