This is an AMAZING, CARING, LIFE SAVING facility. They really care about helping you change your life. You will start feeling better the first day. Nothing changes if you dont change anything though so you have to be ready to live your best life. They follow the rules they set for you as well so you can level up in no time if you are doing everything the way you are supposed too. They have helped me change my life for the better, I have a good job now, I wake up at normal people times and am productive and happy in my life. I would be proud to tell anybody how I am doing. Getting tired of being assigned a new counselor every year... or more! Im on #7 and Im not interested in spitting my entire past for yet another newbie only to see this one find a better paying career or position and leave me (and all of said counselors patients) feeling like sobriety may just be a lost cause. Why should we care about our sobriety if those who went to school to support others in their sobriety when they need it the most dont care enough to stick around? Its demoralizing and the patients are at risk of giving up just like our clinics cheerleaders have chosen to do.

Julie & Alexis are the 2 most DEDICATED COUNSELORS Ive had the pleasure in meeting. VERY THOROUGH, LENIENCY comes with time and in one proving themselves!! I cannot stress the fact enough that if these people werent here for us half of us would be dead or in prison in the other half would just be living a life of nothingness so give him a break when you go in their new patients Ive been there since day number two and it can only get better I never could give a review such as this one until Julian Alexis came and thats a lot of years gone by

This place has been a good send to me from the employees, to counselors, nurses, and management they are understanding and compassionate. My counselor Mrs.Alexis is the best councilor I could of got she has played a vital role in my sobriety she really knows and understands what you need and go through to maintain your sobriety. She really knows her stuff too and has so many resources that she accumulates on her own cause that is the effort she puts in for her clients to help them have all the tools they need to help with their sobriety she will work to keep you sober as hard as you work to keep your sobriety I would highly recommend this clinic and if you get Mrs alexis as your counselor than you got really lucky

I have been going there for 5 yrs and it has helped me stay sober. Latonya and all 3 nurses are cool. My counselor mr. Warren will work with u to help u maintain your sobriety.

If you ready to make the next step , and feel that you need help, this is a great place to help you in your journey, since I started coming here, my entire life has changed, I did the hardwork and I have to give credit to my counselor, she pushed me to do better ,she believed in me when , nobody else did, Alexis is absolutely 💯a true advocate for us, the first year was hard, yes, you do got to put in the work, but hard work pays off, if you lie and dont do what your supposed too, your only hurting yourself, instead of blaming others for your mess up like I use to do, get back up and try again and keep trying till you get it, youll get there! One of the nicest, friendly most professional clinics I have been to. Very easy to do intake and start a program and a very good location. If you are on methadone maintenance the dosing hours are a lifesaver(open until 1pm during the work week) so you can do MMT and live a normal life with a job at the same time. They have affordable payment options if you do not have Medicaid or insurance as well and the entire intake process from signing the paperwork to getting the first dose only took about two hours. The doctor also actually looked at me and helped me with other health issues and seemed to genuinely care about my health and not just getting my cash by pushing methadone or suboxone on me. There is not a lot about this place on the web but trust me...If you want to get away from dope while keeping some of your dignity give the Durham clinic a try!

Great Methadone clinic.I started treatment in Feb 2017 for prescription painkiller abuse and I made a bad decision and went to a different clinic, Texas Treatment Center on 34th st. and ended up transferring here once TTC got out of hand. After attending TTC for a year and 8 months with not one dirty UA (See my review about them) I transferred here.The counselors here care about your treatment. If you are in need of treatment and want to put effort into your treatment this is the place to be. I was able to find employment and be a productive citizen while on treatment and I was also able to move up to monthlies after moving from twice a month. Ive been coming here since august of 2018, and I transferred here on weeklies. I complied with the program, I show my prescriptions to my counselor every month, I goto groups, and I was able to level up to twice a month then to once a month. I never have trouble here. If youre at a clinic and youre really putting effort into your treatment then you should definitely come here. I was at TTC for a year and a half and I was on weeklies with them for almost 7 months of full program compliance with no level up... so the transfer was well worth the change.They are also the best priced clinic if youre a cash customer. Other clinics charge more and crazy fees that are illegal. This clinic is greatThe only downside is that sometimes there is a bit of a wait. But during that wait time you can get your counselor and monthly ua stuff taken care of. I dont socialize with the people here outside of group, but I havent noticed anything unethical here since I transferred. The other clinic, TTC, had people doing drug deals right in front of the director in the mornings. Terrible place when youre trying to better yourself.To the entire staff here: Keep up the good work!

Great head nurse. She is tough but she needs to be. Helped me switch to Suboxone (and wean down) when a lot if the staff was uneducated on different treatment plans. I knew she would be able to know. High counselor turnover but I understand. Job is a grind, the nature of the disease once you need MMT doesnt lend itself to a lot of success stories.
