I do not recommend any company that wants to deliver medication at 10 or 11pm at night. This is dangerous and inconsiderate. The appropriate time to do this is during the day time. They had all day to deliver yet they wait till the middle of the night. This is not safe for anyone.
This review is in reference to the Coram CVS 1-800 customer service center and not a particular location. When using the 1-800 customer service number I was rolled over to a call center. The reps there were very nice but could not answer rules relating to US Medicare rules or payments in regard to Coram services. They read from pre-prepared dialogues that did not answer my questions. IF you can reach a person in the US to speak with at Coram I found that they were very helpful and knew the Medicare rules regarding what is and isnt covered in home infusion services.
