Avoid like the plague--they overcharge you by a lot. When I reconciled my explanation of benefits with what I paid out of pocket, I found they had OVERCHARGED ME BY $800. I documented everything and submitted it to their billing department and the reply was to the effect of nope, we never make mistakes, the charges are correct despite my EOBs, their printed statements and my bank statements all showing me paying too much. I tried to fight this for over a year and finally gave up because the only next step was a lawsuit and I didnt have the time or $$$ to go after it.If you go, make sure you check everything and be prepared to lose money. Their billing department is incompetent at best, and thats putting it nicely.

I loved my time here! They truly wanted to get to the root of my sleep problems and help me with my symptoms. Unfortunately, after 2 years I had to leave because of an insurance change at the new year but they were always very kind to me. I highly recommend this office!

I extremely recommend this practice! Started seeing dr.meskill(The sleep doctor there)in the 2018-2019 Time period and he saved my life. I didn’t know it at the time but I ,had severe narcolepsy with cataplexy , was cognitively impaired,was extremely overweight and could barely function. After two sleep studies (one showing sleep apnea) he got me on this medicine Xyrem and if it wasn’t for him and that medication I wouldn’t be the person I am today. Been on this medicine now a lil over a year I think and I’ve lost 125 pounds, regained all my cognitive functions, and I’m so grateful to have found dr.meskill and this practice !!!

Our credit score was lowered because their billing staff is inadequate. I called three times to set up a payment plan with their billing company for our balance. I was assured I would get a call back all three times and never did. I just started paying the most I could monthly thinking my phone call would be returned and instead was sent to collections and it hurt our credit.

As other have wrote, they care little about you once they have the bulk of your money.I’ve made payments over the last year to them and finally after I switch to annual office visits, they stab me in the back and turn the rest of the money owed over to collections.Everything was great when they could milk more money from me, but now that their cash cow has dried up it’s time to send me to slaughter.I am cancelling all future appointments here, getting my records, and finding a better doctor.

I had a sleep study done here in 2018 and naturally insurance didn’t cover it all, so I’ve been making monthly payments while continuing to see a doctor at Comprehensive Sleep Medicine Associates.After making regular monthly payments and visiting their office many times between then and now, I tried calling them to make sure everything was good. Several calls and messages later, I received no response. So I kept making payments thinking we were okay.Today, I received a notice that I’ve been turned over to collections. I’m appalled they would do that to an active paying patient, both on past debt and on my current services.Come Monday, I’ll be obtaining my records and finding a better clinic.

This place is a joke. Absolutely do not value existing customers. In the beginning there was very little interest in follow up once the payment for sleep test and hardware were collected. Just tried to book an appointment to update my machine after 3 years and was treated like a new customer. Appears I’m not the only one making similar complaints...

Currently standing at the door with no one answering to let us in for my appt that was for tonight at 8pm. Have been calling all 3 offices since yesterday and no response or pickup. Drove an hour to be here. This place needs to go out of business and all the staff should be fired.UPDATE: after standing at the front door for 15 minutes knocking my wife finally got through to someone and they stated they sent our appt to another office without notifying us. Great customer service / patient care.

Worst office ever. Incredibly mismanaged. If you want real results, go elsewhere.The office staff loses information, payments, doesn’t return phone calls, and just wait until you have to deal with your insurance or collections because they screw up your billing.You’ve been warned.

I LOVE Dr. Muskill but They have the worst staff regarding billing! I paid over $1000 for my deductible 6 months ago and my insurance paid triple that! But my insurance says I never Paid them anything!! Now I’m stuck with 0 to my $750 deductible! I’m not happy!!They also never called to follow up and left me hanging trying to get my cpap supplies!

I cannot speak for Dr. Simmons and the service he provides but I can attest to the fact that his staff is incompetent. I attempted to book an appointment through ZocDoc the night before and it was never confirmed. Apparently only 1 person in a practice with multiple locations can access online information. This is highly unacceptable. On top of the fact that I am in pain and need medical assistance, I was told that a person called after me and was given my appointment. There was no attempt to work me into the schedule. There was no accountability. Needless to say I do not trust this doctor and his team with my care.

Dr Meskill is a brilliant and compassionate doctor. The staff problems stabilised for a while, but recently some the better long-term staff has left. Dr. Meskill does operate or controls the administrative functions. As much as I respect Dr. Meskill, the lack of response is troubling. I always interact with any one at any businesss front desk. Often, when people behave like humans, another human is willing to help you.

I had an appointment to pick up a device for an at-home test at 3. Its 3:45 and I havent been seen.I really dont like this place. In 6 months of going here, almost nothing Ive done has been applied to my deductible. My insurer tells me the office never submitted a claim for any of the devices I bought for them. This place is so frustrating. Im annoyed that the office doesnt do this, and Im annoyed that the insurer wont tell the doctor to submit the damn claims.

Whoops this post was supposed to be for Dr. Meskill, the practice partner of Dr. Simmons!For many years, I was suffering from Upper Airway Resistance Syndrome, which is a manifestation of sleep disordered breathing that isnt quite obstructive sleep apnea, but is still miserable. The airway is narrowing as you sleep, and your brain is constantly fighting a battle where it is waking you up all night to widen your airway, without the person realizing it.The result is you just feel brain fogged and chronically fatigued and exhausted, without being able to pinpoint why, because all these other problems develop throughout your body and your attention goes to those areas first. Its truly hell, and Dr. Meskill and Simmons are some of the only doctors in the US besides those at stanford who can test and treat this condition appropriately with the equipment in their sleep lab. I truly feel I would be locked up in a psychiatric ward if I hadnt found Dr. Meskill because he seemed to be the only who understood how all these random issues I had were connected. Thank you Dr. Simmons for bringing the pressure esophageal manometry system to Houston, and for recruiting Dr. Meskill as your partner in your practice!

Very lousy the doctors feel that the world revolves around them they dont get back with their patients or their nurses in a timely manner they cant seem to get my medications right and I have been seeing them for over 2 years now in that kind of time you think they would have you down and that also being a seizure patient having sleep apnea with them being a neurologist you would think they would make sure my meds are right but cant seem to call in the right prescriptions, strongly recommend another doctor

I received a call at the beginning of December stating I’m eligible for new parts.1. Called and left a message at a guys phone number from the message. I gave him a week since it was the holidays.2. Called back and spoke with a woman at the front desk and she took all my info including my new insurance and said she’d pass it on. Still no returned phone call.3. Called back and left a message.4. Woman called me back saying it was he first message she received. Told her to check the notes on my account. Sure enough, my calls were logged. She said she needed doctors approval and would call me back in a few minutes. Still no returned call.5. Left another message saying I would be speaking with the doctor if I don’t get a response. Radio silence.
