High quality beautiful establishment and the best hair and service not only that the owner was super nice but she was well prepared for questions and she mostly definitely had knowledge an amazing customer service.

During my time in Houston Fancy’s Boutique was my “go to” for hair for several years. It lasts long and I always get compliments on the quality. Living out of state I must now order.Although there were some shipping delays the items arrived the next week. Fancy will have my business no matter what state I move to!

Upon walking in the salon it is very nice and you are greeted immediately. Fancy answered every question and concern I had and assured me that I would love the hair. I must say this hair is absolutely amazing and I love it. The hair is so soft, silky, versatile, no shedding, and easy to maintain. The Fancy Hair Boutique is amazing. I brought my two girls as walk in and we all walked out looking and feeling wonderful.

I have been coming here for years and everything about this salon is PROFESSIONAL. They make you feel like family the entire visit. Both me and my sister came in for traditional sew ins let me just say we left feeling like A MILLION BUCKS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SALON!

Do not waste your time and money buying hair online from this store. their customer service is poor, and its been over two weeks and i still have yet to receive my order. No tracking information, nothing and when I reach out to the owner, i either get no response or a the rude owner who always makes claims that she;s not in the office and promises to send my imaginary tracking number. My first experience buying here was equally horrible and I had to beg to get my order, still I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a second time only to be treated like this. I definitely wont be returning, and unless you are physically in Houston, DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE.

Really disappointed in Fancy hair. I purchased some hair from them late in 2017. The hair was fine. I wanted to get another bundle and a closu I called the store to see if they had it on hand. The person I spoke with said no we dont have it on hand, but we get a shipment in tomorrow and I can place your order to the side if youd like. I asked if it was guaranteed that the shipment would be in and he said YES. I call back the next day to verify that the hair is in before I drive 30 miles to go purchase. He says no, the shipment will be in tomorrow. I said well sir thats what you told me yesterday.Moral of the story I was trying to be loyal to one brand of hair, but could not. I was scheduled to get my hair done the very same day later that afternoon so I had to go purchase hair from a competitor. I hate to see that they could not supply the hair, as they are a hair supplier and salon. Wont be purchasing from Fancy hair again.
