I found this place last year, and it has been my go to place since. Every employee is very nice, chatty, very experienced. They take care of you like very few places do. The products they use are very soft on the skin, moisturizing and no residue left. They follow the instructions wonderfully and give you very helpful tips on how to take care the issue parts. They make sure you leave the place feeling as confident as you want to feel!

I only come to the pretty kitty for all my waxing needs, they are fast and all the lovely women I have had take care of me, know what they are doing. I have never been dissatisfied here.

Fast and painless (to an extent waxing always hurts) I have tried many places in houston especially for Brazilian and the pretty kitty is the best place for that hands down.

I like this place for being a chain wax company. It is a little pricey compared to my usual spot in the Heights. The staff is lovely and kind. The two women I had as my waxers were very good!

I came in for a Brazilian Wax. My first one ever. I was extremely nervous and Brigitte was incredibly amazing. She was straight forward. Made sure I was comfortable. Got to working and it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. Definitely a good experience as my first time ever.

I felt comfortable getting a wax at Pretty Kitty because they have reasonable safety protocols in place for taking precautions against spreading COVID-19.

I was so apprehensive that I almost cancelled but Im VERY glad I didnt! The girl I went to (Update: pretty sure her name is Selina) was super friendly and reassuring. It definitely hurt but Its 100% worth the pain. Totally going back.

They are very patient. I love that they pat you with cold which hazel after every strip. I have gone 2-3 times and will continue to go every 5-weeks.

I visited this place for my first Brazilian and it was amazing! I was extremely nervous after reading all sorts of reviews and watching video testimonials but this was really far from what I thought. I felt very pampered and Megan made me feel extremely comfortable. The ambiance was super feminine and made me feel relaxed. The ladies were professional and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone who is going for a first time experience or who is a regular looking for a chic luxurious experience. Will definitely be back!

My first time there I was pleasantly surprised. Ive always been used to Brazilian hard waxing and this was my first soft wax experience and it was less painful and the results were a lot smoother. Im converted and a fan now. The place was clean and the wax tech was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Jasmine. Her attention to detail was incredible and she was so sweet. The salon itself was clean and bright, they were quick to get me back to my room and the entire experience was good!

Melissa was amazing and so patient with me!!!!!! I haven’t had a wax since 2016 so basically this was going to be my very 1st one again lol! I was so scared and Melissa really took her time with me. She talked me through the process step by step and took small sections going very slow. If it wasn’t for Melissa I probably would have been able to finish my wax but because of her I will be back every 6 weeks. Ladies make sure you ask for Melissa!!!!

Compare to others, this is a most affordable, caring, professional and stable place where I have been coming to the same person ever since. Ive been coming here for over a year and Ive always had a great experience with staff and their services are above and beyond. All staff here is thorough and ensures the best and cleanest service. Of all the places Ive been in Houston, this has been by far and their wax does not break hair easily.

Best Brazilian wax ever! They use sugar wax and probably others based on our preferences. Studios are private, check-ins are quick and seemless and the wax Pros know their stuff (I go to Melissa-shes AMAZING).

Ive been waxing for a long time, been to many different locations that claim they have the best wax. I have FINALLY found a place where the wax is different! I do not know exactly how they have managed to supply a wax that ONLY adheres to hair, not skin; that does not break you out and actually helps with in-growns, and does not give you that razor burn feeling. Love The Pretty Kitty.....BEST PLACE EVER!!!

LOVE this place!!! I used to go to The Pretty Kitty in the Village, but the drive was terrible (I live in Memorial). This Pretty Kitty is right by my office --- which is extremely convenient for me --- I can pop in after work :-) I used to go to European Wax Centers --- The Pretty Kitty is on another level. Their technique is as PAIN FREE as humanly possible. Do not get waxed any where else!!! Denita is AMAZING!!!

They definitely go above and beyond compared to other wax places Ive visited. I drive 45 minutes to get here and its worth every mile. Loved this place! Everything about my experience was great! The wax wasnt too hot where it burned my skin. They use thin wax strips and its quick and painless! Hair didnt grow back fast and i didnt break out from the wax they used. The price is more than fair, its worth every penny plus a tip! This is the only place ill ever go to :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Update: I am still receiving wax services here for full Brazilian. Everything about this place is still the best. They are professional and make things easy for scheduling and receiving services. They always make sure I feel comfortable and Frequently ask for feedback to make sure everything is going well and I am happy with the services.Their customer service is particularly great. I like that they don’t upsell merch. But, when I was discussing my skin care routine with my technician, she recommended PFB Vanish for razor bumps (and I purchased it there).
