I love this place the instructor was very nice. She taught us how to do the fireman and the straddle and it was really fun and easy Im going back for the twerk class

Love this studio! They have a huge range of classes and times to fit anyones schedule. The classes are fun and the instructors are super knowledgable and motivating. It is also a great place to meet new people. This place is literally the highlight of my life. I always look forward to my classes. I see and feel the results in my body and mind. The best part is the workouts are FUN. The staff is so sweet, I always feel welcome. Cant stress how much I love this place.

This studio is awesome. The staff will treat you like family. The environment is very laid-back and extremely supportive of all dancers, especially beginners. The studio is open 7 days a week! Schedule is flexible so ANYONE can make it to class. All instructors have different styles, which means there is always an endless number of tricks to learn. They even have some free pole time for members, which is a life saver for those who dont have a pole at home.

The classes are easy to sign up for with plenty of space to move around in the studio. The Emancipation location is convenient to get to and leave from even if you dont live in Houston proper. The instructors are lively and energetic and they make sure to check around the studio during class to cheer on people doing a great job or to encourage someone struggling. I appreciate that they ask before class if there are any injuries they should be aware of and cater to that by offering different levels of difficulty for certain moves when able.

I had my 30th birthday celebration here and I don’t regret it, from the very first phone to just ask questions the ladies was so nice and made me feel so comfortable the dance instructor DeeDee was sooooo pretty fun and an AMAZING teacher/dancer and the studio instructor is a heaven sent angel, I left my ID at the studio she drove it all the way to the restaurant (we was just have casual conversation prior that’s how she knew where I was) to bring it to me I was so happy yet shocked i hugged her neck so tight I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACKThank you again inner me studios you ladies are amazing

I tried several of thier classes and it was so much fun! Great for both beginners and those who are more advanced and want to try something fun or be in this creative atmosphere.

Me and two of my girlfriend did a beginners pole class with Lindsay and it was great! There was a slight scheduling hiccup in the beginning, but other than that everything else was amazing between the staff, accommodations, atmosphere, and instructor. She was extremely thorough and really taught us a variety of actual positions and moves, not just sexy dancing. Its challenging and really makes you appreciate those who do it professionally. It was fun and a great workout. You could perfect pole dancing if you stuck to sessions with Lindsay!

Inner Me is a fantastic studio with wonderful teachers. The front desk is always friendly and helpful.The facilities are awesome - bathrooms/changing rooms/showers that are always clean and nice, and there are tons of classes that make it very easy to fit into my schedule. I started at beginner pole and am now in intermediate, and I enjoy the open and welcoming style of classes and the progressions to make me a stronger dancer. Also there are options for private lessons, which has been helpful for me during performance prep or to refine specific tricks.

First timer here and enjoyed every bit of class and the studio was beautiful. I enjoy anytime a woman can be a woman and not feel bad for it. The energy in this place was lovely to be around. The instructor Briona L and the ladies taking class made it warm and inviting for anyone new who is joining. I will be back! 10/10!

I really enjoyed my class at Inner Me Studios. The staff were friendly and the environment was welcoming. I took a pole dancing class and I am truly a beginner!! My instructor Briona took us step by step and there was only encouragement and kudos as I did any move, regardless of how well I executed the move. It was really a positive atmosphere, which I really enjoyed. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to going back to learn more and get better. I will also take other classes because it was alot of fun!!

I liked the pre and post visit calls to make sure that I didn’t have any questions and knew how to follow up after! My experience at the studio was great with all of staff treating me very nicely! I also loved the class itself! It was fun and challenging. I would definitely go again!

I have taken two classes so far with Donnie and LOVED them. He’s high energy and the choreography is amazing. Definitely love dancing here and want to take a class everyday!

This was my first chair dance class and I was really looking forward to a good time and had no idea what to expect. After the class with Donny, I am already looking forward to doing it all over again. My instructor was Briana and she was very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I recently gathered my friends and family together for a private Beyonce dance class for my birthday and we had a blast. Everyone from the owner to the instructor were so fun and friendly throughout the planning process. Its been two weeks and were STILL talking about how much fun we had. Adding in the Diamond package was the perfect touch to the gathering. I would recommend EVERYONE to consider having a private party or take a class at Inner Me. Amazing service. Squeaky clean studio. Went here to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday in a group of 15 and we had an awesome time. From the front desk manager to the dance instructor and the building, everything was on point. Everything! The atmosphere is peaceful and hype all at once. When I walk in I feel like I am amongst family and friends. The staff is so welcoming and encourages you to start where you are, no matter the class, and to love yourself where you are. The location is convenient and the classes are a mixture of challenge and fun. Even when I had to take a pause there was genuine support from staff members and even unexpected check-ins. I didnt know customer service like this still existed. Ill be moving out of the state soon and hate that I wont be able to give up my classes but love telling everyone about InnerMe in hopes they give it a try. Thank yall for being unique and amazing. Inner Me Studios is the best gym Ive been to in Houston! The classes and dance labs are so much fun and the instructors are so energetic. I appreciate the many offers they give you as well. I did a trial run for a week and am hooked, will definitely be looking into membership plans in the near future!

I booked a bachelorette party here for my best friend and everyone was super friendly and helpful! I make the booking with Leslie and she was so sweet and helpful! The bathrooms and the studio were very clean! Our instructor Donnie was hilarious and a really fun/great teacher! It was also nice that we were allowed to bring champagne and drink that during our session! They even gave the bride a little gift at the end! It was a tad pricey but it was worth it in my opinion. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely book another party here!

We all enjoyed our time with the instructor Donnie. Great instructions on the different positions and good vibes/entertainment for the entire class. A group setting 5 of more people makes its enjoyable for the pole dancing lessons. I would recommend the poke dancing class and for more than one session.

Inner Me Studios offers a variety of classes but I took the beginner Pole class and loved it! There is a lot to learn and it will take a few lessons to feel less awkward at the movements but Lindsay did a wonderful job of teaching a class with a variety of different levels of students. Leslie (hopefully I spelled that correctly) is super sweet and quite helpful, I love how personal each communication with Inner Me feels.Anyway, thank you for taking such good care so far and I look forward to many more lessons!!!

10/10 would definitely recommend! We came from Atlanta with a group of 11 so it was a struggle picking activities for such a big group! This was by far everyone’s favorite activity. The vibe is just great, and our instructor Curby was amazing! Leslie was really sweet as well. A great experience all around.

Everyone is kind, although not everyone wears a mask during class I am sure to wear mine. If I’m feeling uncomfortable I am able to walk away as needed or move to a different area.I take a number of classes that fit within my schedule. Each teacher is different but I have found 3 that really resonate with me.The team is welcoming, we even have our own lingoThis space is fun and is for everyone.

I went to inner me looking for different fitness options as well as find a community feel since my former yoga studio shut down. After my first interaction, I felt that the mgmt and consumer service team demonstrated excellent customer service as well as made we feel welcome to their studio. The students as well were equally friendly and willing to help new students. The classes from pole fitness to yoga are excellent and you can tell the teachers care. I will return and I highly recommend visiting them to see for yourself.

InnerMe Studios is clean, has such a great aesthetic, and I feel comfortable to just try and enjoy the lesson. I felt so welcomed at my first pole class with Brandi and I felt safe to be out of my comfort zone. Ill definitely need to bring a yoga mat next time! I work very long hours, so i love that they stay open late. There schedules fits mine a couple days a week. Everyone from the front desk receptionist, instructor, to the peers in the class were all super friendly and helpful. Any nervousness that i may have had quickly went away with Ms. Nicoles energy! Deff will continue my classes, and highly recommend to anyone curious.

I joined Cyndee for the Inner Me Ride (Cycle Class) and boy she didn’t leave anything behind! The music was so much fun to ride to and the hardest part was knowing all the songs because we were forced to add a notch of intensity every time we knew a song 🥴😅! I’ll be back this week for another session!

I absolutely LOOOOVVVVEEEE taking classes here! I have only been taking classes for a few months but I already feel at home! I love the variety of class options available. I have loved every instructor that I have taken a class from. They are all fun, supportive and really good at what they do! The studio itself is beautiful and incredibly clean all the time. I was a little apprehensive about taking new dance classes, especially during Covid and I am really happy I took a chance on Inner Me. I have no doubt I will be a member for years to come!

I had such an amazing time at Inner Me Studios. The communication ever since I had my first class has been amazing, and the instructor Maya was so nice and friendly. I went to the Stiletto fit class thinking that I knew what I was doing, being that I was a dancer in high school (so many years go), but boy was I humbled lol. I quickly signed up for the beginner stiletto fit class lol. I cant wait to participate in the other classes they offer, and I would definitely recommend.

Went for a beginners pole dancing class Lindsey was the instructor, however the moment she helped me with changing my pole from static to spin and left saying ehh... I knew it was going to be uncomfortable for me.She had a mix of advanced and beginners in the class, she was going from basic moves, to doing advanced flips and spins on the pole, and was encouraging the class to stop and watch the other advanced students instead. Thats fine and all but I came to learn/work out, not watch others on the pole, so i would continue to do beginner moves and lifting myself on the pole during these moments, the instructor didnt seem to like that.At one point I was stuck doing a beginners floor move, while the instructor was doing the same move but more advanced, she saw I was still having trouble instead of helping me she said If Im feeling lazy I would do that, but I like to pick my leg from off the floor. how is it lazy when I cant understand the move? She made a ton of off putting comments like this through out the class so rude.After the class she asked me how it was, I told her I had fun, because I was on a pole working out and that was what I wanted. she even complimented me on how I wanted to get a move right and took my time, really? cause I was told it was lazy.I did call back same day to ask if I can get an actual pole dancing instructor for private lessons versus someone that pole dances for competition, because Im that serious in my pole dancing journey, however Inner Me would rather rope you into bundle for just $9 more. Noooo thank you Id rather learn from YouTube. My advice is make sure you get instructors that are inclusive, has an actual agenda for the class, and is patient with beginners, also being knowledgeable on human body so that people can safely do pole dancing moves should be #1.

Found this place through a Google search for pole dancing. We were coming in from out of town to celebrate a b-day and a bachelorette party. We did the twerk class. Mya was very friendly, made us feel comfortable, and she was a great instructor. The studio is nice and if I lived in Houston I would definitely go back!!

Found this amazing studio on a whim. I was first just looking up for a fun pole dance lesson to check off my bucket list but got hooked after the first lesson by Brandi, she was fun and very helpful. The studio itself is really clean and modern, staffs are super nice and friendly, they will answers all of your questions with a smile on their faces. I would recommend trying out their Trial-Pack for $49, you will get two weeks unlimited dance classes and 2 Pole dance classes. You will not regret it!

I recently had a birthday pole party at inner me studios and from the very beginning our pole instructor Erica was very rude and unprofessional. When my guest and I entered the studio, Erica did not acknowledge that we were even there and proceeded to play with her phone (i guess to setup her playlist) for the first 15-20 minutes. Erica couldnt perform or show off most of the pole moves because she informed the group that she was extremely tired and sore from teaching 2 classes before mine. This was my first time booking a pole party and would not recommend this class solely based off of Ericas attitude and negative vibes. This review is only based off of her and does not reflect my opinion of the company as a whole. Oh and she apologized at the end for being weird, but it was a little too late.

Just had a pole dancing class with Quinn for a bridal shower. NOT IMPRESSED. Three minutes into the class Quinn kept talking about how our “vibe” was off. Quinn suggested we needed to “tone down” the class if it was “too risky” ...for a beginner pole dancing class we really just wanted to have a good time and feel sexy... Quinn has no professionalism or customer service. The entire group of 6 immediately stopped having a good time and not once did she try to correct it, Quinn would ask for a song and then tell us it was the “right song” if you’re going to be an instructor then INSTRUCT, come prepared and HAVE FUN stop being condescending and let people enjoy THEIR CLASS. When closing out our ticket, we opted not to tip Quinn, obviously... not ONCE did the front desk ask how our class went...Will NOT RECOMMEND and WILL NOT RETURN.

I am very pleased with the two beginner pole dancing classes Ive taken so far. I took a class with Brandi and Christina. I did it that way because I wanted to compare the two and pick which teacher that I liked the best. I loved both. They both have their own teaching styles and I feel like I learn more by going to both instructors. Im going to keep my schedule as it is, going to both ladies as they are both awesome. Ive been wanting to do this for years and Im so happy that Im finally doing it. I have already been recommending this studio to others, even before I actually started taking classes. Now when I recommend it I can actually share my experiences.

Inner Me is a unique place that Ive found a great group of people that Ive been exercising with for almost 2 months now. The class instructors are very knowledgeable and approach each group with care and discipline to motivate each participant engaged, and keep the momentum going at the same time. The exercise routines are fun, and you wont even realize the amount of effort youre moving with while getting in shape. This is a great place to have a gym membership because I actually like coming to this place, and Im really a homebody that had preferred hiding in my room all day.

I only do pole, the owner, the front desk, the pole staff are great! They wont steer you wrongDoesnt matter where your at, theyll help get you there. I came in knowing no pole, in about 5 to 6 months Im now doing advance classes. I would say get the unlimited. You will learn faster the more classes you go to.
