They have single handedly destroyed my health consistently, making me miss appointment deadlines for medication 3 separate times, being completely unable to communicate with their own infusion center at south side, not knowing what actually needs to get done before I can get infusions, I swear I had to practically do Dr. Darmadi’s job and his receptionist’s jobs for them. They have no communications skills and will call you 5 minutes before they close when you’ve been waiting for a call back all day. Call them back and congratulations, you get an answering machine, wait until tomorrow. And even when I try to leave the practice, they did not properly document the medication I was taking, so my new doctor gave me the wrong amount because their records weren’t accurate. They don’t care about their patients and are completely unwilling to work with them when it comes to preauthorizations and getting you in for appointments ASAP despite it being their fault you’re late. Avoid this place like the plague, or you’ll be stuck doing their jobs for them and getting critical care weeks or even a month late, and even when you leave they’ll find ways to screw you over.

If you value your health DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. They have made more costly mistakes with my childs care than I can count, damaged her health, and put her at risk of losing her colon. I cannot believe the level of INCOMPETENCE this entire practice has, from mis-scheduling appointments, to severe lack of communication with their own infusion center resulting in treatment delays, to not getting authorizations which affected the critical timing of treatments, to completely reporting a WRONG DOSAGE on an infusion medication resulting in my child getting 1/7th the amount she should have had! This practice DOES NOT CARE that they are damaging someones health or their very life. Why are they SO CARELESS!!! Maybe they dont care about my daughters health but I DO. We will be contacting an attorney regarding a medical malpractice suit.

The office has long wait time and hidden fees. I have to wait more than one hour to be seen even with an appointment. I was told by the office to pay for more than $1,000.00 copay for my procedure which was paid and then one month later, 2 more bills were sent to my house with a total of more than $250.00. I have tried to call the office but no one has picked up or tried to call me back. I still dont know if they will send more bills to my house. Be awared.

Several years ago, I had been sick for quite a while, seeing another doctor since I was getting worse, not better. Another doctor of mine suggested Dr. Darmadi. He has been a Godsend. Right away he detected my problem and got me feeling better. I refer people to him all of the time, including my son.

Very poor clerical service. Been trying to schedule appointment for a procedure for 5 weeks. I keep being transferred to answering machines with no actual response to the messages left. Avoid this place if you can!!
