I’ve only had one meeting with Dr. Dunn so far, he is my 3rd Fertility Doctor and with just our first meeting I’m more hopeful than I’ve been in the past. He explains clearly what’s going on with my body, the causes and effects, and his plan. I have a much better understanding about my body and what to do on my end for a healthy pregnancy. I recommend him and this location completely.

I was Dr Dunn patient 1995/96, with all hope lost that we cant have another child, Dr Dunn with God support made it possible. The employees were also very supportive, you can call anytime of the day 24/7 and you will get to speak to a real person. Our son is 19years, healthy and strong. There are no words to explain how grateful we are for Dr. Dunn. Infertility is an emotional journey. The worst IVF clinic in USA. THe doctor doesnt care!!!!The doctor said the embryologist would call on day 3 and no calls on day 3 and day 5. I kept calling the clinic and kept going to voice mail, nobody returned the call. MY two embryos just died on day 5 without being frozen. The nurse in charge was Maria. For her this was the biggest joke. This is the obamacare IVF place. No instructions.... so lazy, and absurd!!!!NEVER go to this doctor, he has the worst staff in the world, its like going to a third world coutry.I wish I knew. THe good nurses dont stay here , I think. So all the LVNs and the lazy med assistants, sitting and talking about their born and unborn kids and boyfriends.. PLEASE!!!!!!

We just went through our first cycle with ivf... we had no clue what we were doing or anything about it... we had a consultation with the doctor and felt like it went well and he seemed great! Well after that it all went down hill... the lack of communication and organizational of the staff is extremely ridiculous... they never update you or inform you of what’s going on, unless you hunt them down, every time I called I had to leave a message... I never felt like I mattered as a patient there and never felt like things were explained to me clearly or in a timely manner. We meet Dr Dunn to interview him and never saw him again till we had a sit down about why the cycle failed! Also, be prepared that the doctor you pick may not even be the one that does your retrieval. He never called once to check on me since he could not preform my retrieval...so at this point Im really not sure what we paid for??? It was not for his services since he was never around.It took 10 days to update me on my embryos who didn’t even make it through blast day 3... I also contacted them several times asking for an update... for the amount of money, time, emotion and energy you put into ivf every patient deserves to be cared for and not just looked at as another number!

Dr. Dunn was very nice bit the nursing staff is non attentive and fail is follow up. When you go thru this process their are a lot of questions and being able to reach someone is important. You can never reach someone if its an emergency at Dr. Dunns office. It is only a 50/50 chance you will get a call back. So if you want the best Dr. then Dr. Dunn is up their. But of you want great service this is not the place you should go. They are too busy to care about the small questions.

After several years and three different doctors that were absolutely useless in my quest to get pregnant...Dr. Dunn was a Godsend!!!!He was the first doctor to figure out what was wrong with me and we were successful in achieving pregnancy within three month (two cycles). He and his staff were so understanding and helpful...Id recommend them any day!

Dr. Dunns office is terrible at answering the phone and communicating billing. I was not told to be looking for bills from several different companies and testing labs. I moved in the process, and one of the bills never made it to me. Since I did not pay this bill within 30 days it went from $87 to $980! Thats a hell of a late fee, especially for something I was not expecting and unaware of. I was told by the lady at the front desk that everything was paid and I had zero balance. This other company they use (Reprosource) promptly had many collection agencies calling me. I thought my identity had been stolen! I will not be returning to this group of doctors as the communication from the beginning was TERRIBLE.

First of all I was so happy with Dr. Randall. This was when we met with him twice. After that, all the contact was with the nurses. I have suffered from three miscarriages. I was able to conceive for the fourth time. When I called to let nurse know that I was pregnant they requested an HCG and progestorene levels. Everything was going well. They repeated the HCG levels but never mind on requesting progestorene levels which I thought it s highly important. I had to request for a progestorene level every time i went in for blood work to check my HCG levels. Well My progestorene levels began to drop, I began having bad cramps, and spotting. I always called concern with all the symptoms I was having. The answer from the nurses was that can be normal. It was not until my progestorene showed to have dropped again that I knew things were not right. I Was never able to see Dr Randall to talk about my concerns. That day I recieved my results I began to search another fertility doctor. The new fertility doctor was able to see me that same day. She performed an ultrasound and knew that things were not right but gave me the chances that everything could turn okay. And surely did. If it was not due to this new doctor I changed to, I would have suffered from a fourth miscarriage. I was very disappointed with the nurses at Aspire and more not been able to discuss my concerns with the doctor. Communication with a doctor and nurses is not same.

Dr Dunn helped us successfully conceive after 2 years of early miscarriages. He went through the process of trying to pin point things that could be wrong via blood tests, then ultimately starting medicine for a stronger ovulation is what worked for me. I am so grateful we never even had to try iui or ivf. Unlike other fertility drs, dr Dunn will look for other options besides pushing IVF immediately like other drs ive went to in the past. I had a successful healthy pregnancy and now have 1 month old twins thanks to Dr. Dunn.

Dr Dunn is an amazing dr! He helped our family through surgeries, miscarriages, and we have 4 beautiful children because God is good but also because He used Dr Dunn to be there for us. We did chlomid & ovidrel & I had multiple surgeries for endometriosis. Couldn’t be more thankful for him!
