Dr. Hayes is great. He really listens and takes a detailed history. It is his receptionist, Pam, you must watch out for. On my first visit she charged me $100 when I should have only been charged a $30 copay. I called my insurance company and they called Pam to explain my benefits. That should not have been necessary because copays are listed on the insurance card. And then on my second visit she tried to collect $60 from me! No ma’am Pam! She refunded $40 to my card instead of collecting the $60 she just asked me for. That is admission of guilt, incompetence, or both. Go see Dr. Hayes, just watch your wallet.

Dr. Hayes was the only one and best doctor I have ever had. He was personable, empathetic and a great physician. I am mourning his departure from the clinic. Please bring him back.

Dr. Hayes is very thorough and always seems to be prepared for my office visits. He encourages proactive involvement in your own medical treatment. I feel he gives specialized treatment based on your on medical needs.

Dr. Hayes has continuley precisely diagnosed my issues. He has great medical knowledge, he ensures you feel comfortable as he closely listens to your concerns... he is consistently spot on with diagnosis.
