This company is a joke. Dont waste your time. Have 2 cases thats been over a year on both. An know for sure that at least one of them is working an they call me aaking for information about the other parent.

What the AG offices hasn’t been able to do this program achieved the assistance my kids have been waiting for. Waited for years for the Attorney General to do some thing and only took child support services 3 months and I had a payment! Very HAPPY!

I have been trying to reach someone to cancel my service for 3 days, today I was told that only one person could help me and they have no idea when that person will be back in the office...hmm! This is the second time that I have tried to cancel, the first time I was told they had collected 3 payments but had sent them back to the non custodial parent....nothing ever added up.

This is a first for something like this.. So Far they have be Great and Yes on a Timely manner.. Im Just Thankful to have came across An agency like this! Amazing.. God bless

Please do not believe the hype they were not able to do anything for me. In addition, they will always refer you back to their email system once you have signed up. As i patiently waited for 2 months I was referred back to their email system and informed that my case would have to be in a court by an attorney.

CSS did what the State of Texas would not do. Get me the child support payments that I needed. They have been wonderful to work with and have always been willing to answer questions in a timely manner. I have recommended them several times and will continue to do so.

I recently went to court for enforcement of payments and the courts pretty much gave him an attny and sent me on my way. No collection, not a slap on the hand or anything. 40k in arrers owed to my kids and the courts did nothing. I contacted an attny for myself and they wanted to charge me over 400$ to give me advice smh...i looked into it and found CSS. If i could give more stars i would. In Less than 2 wks they got my kids their support payments. Direct deposit is available and payments are posted the next day. Im am so thankful for this service!! Everything played out just like they said and when i needed to contact them they were available everytime. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 1000X lol THANK YOU!!!!

They are quick to respond to questions. Always curious on the phone unlike the state offices. They always answer during business hours unlike state offices that send you through a million prompts that lead you nowhere. I had 2 courtdates with state, and I was told they couldnt find the father even with my photos of license plate and address and CCS found him fast. Im just glad my sister told me about child support spec because it is one of my best dedisions to follow through with.
