Business has no physical location and is located in an apartment complex. There was no available parking in the “visitor” section in front of office and when I tried to enter the gate to find additional parking in the apartment’s parking garage, the gate closed and hit my vehicle. The lady who provides this service did not provide clear enough directions about where to park before hand and she never informed me about the gate situation. In general though, I should know better than to go patronize businesses with no actual physical location. Lesson learned.

My husband and I highly recommend her. She is professional and very knowledgeable. She is sweet and does a great job. We will definitely be using her service from now on.

Elaina is Fantastic! After relocating here I had to find someone to wax my back as my wife loves the clean feel. First and foremost guys you have to put aside Hollywoods image of back waxing. I will not say it is uncomfortable at times but it is by no means even close to what is depicted on TV. Elaina uses a strip less wax and is a master at her craft. She carries a good conversation throughout the whole experience putting you at ease. She is extremely meticulous and leaves no hair behind. not only does my wife love the results but I thoroughly enjoy the feel of cotton on the skin of my back. I know that sounds funny but it is a new sensation to your skin after the hair is removed.I have to say the male Brazilian process is not a bad experience either. My wife loves that look and feel so the benefits defiantly outweigh the slight discomfort. If you have never been waxed before then you need to know that each time you visit the process is quicker and you feel less discomfort. I am a real customer and never write reviews. i am writing this review only because I feel there are many men out there who would consider getting waxed but are haunted by what they have seen on TV. Give it a try and you will be very pleasantly surprised

The first time I went to get a Brazilian I did all my research! I didnt want just anyone doing such a sensitive procedure on me. I read tons of reviews and decided to go with Elaina. So happy I did. I was SO NERVOUS the first time I went. I walked in she was very nice. She made me fill out a form then walked me through everything and when I say everything I mean everything. She talked about the products she was going to be using on me, how the steps would go, she explained how hair grows and how she needed to take it out. There was definitely pain but not as bad as I thought it would be. And Elaina was very patient and calming. I have been going to her every since. She doesnt use hot wax and cloth strips. She uses a purple wax that dries on its own and she just pulls it off. If your a first timer or even if youve been to other places and have had bad experiences try Elaina.

I have been waxing off and on for a few years. But for the last several months I made the mistake of using Nair. Not a good idea. A - it doesnt slough off the dead skin cells and B - it probably caused the clogged small cyst like bumps in the bikini area. Because of those bumps I went to visit my gynecologist. Per my ob/gyn the pores in the bikini area can only be unclogged by either waxing or scraping. Who knew that my doctor was going to suggest waxing?! WOW! Scraping the cysts to unclog the pores didnt sound pleasant, so upon the recommendation of my physician I started looking for a salon for waxing. My husband had used Elaina in the past so I asked him and he gave her a glowing review. I found Elaina to be just as my husband stated. She is very professional, pleasant personality, and the conversation during the session flowed very easily. That in itself can put someone very much at ease. I did something different with Elaina. I went Brazilian other than the normal bikini. I had never done that before so it was very intimidating to me. I explained to her what my doctor had told me and she knew exactly what I was talking about. Shes a medical aesthetician so that put me at ease also. But as I stated before, Elaina can put anyone at ease with her personality. I look forward to seeing Elaina again later this month. I know Im in good hands with Elaina. I highly recommend her services.

Unfortunately i was unable to experience the service listed in these reviews i was asked to reschedule my appt for a later time. When i arrived i waited 45 min and was still not serviced i travled 25 miles because of her ratings being that this would be my first Brazilian wax. id expect new customers be treated with the same courtesy and respect as loyal ones.
