Everyone at Serene Nail Spa is amazing. I don’t ever request someone for my pedicures because everyone is great. Lilly usually does my nails but like I said everyone is talented and professional. I’ve been coming here for years now and I’ve always been very satisfied and happy with my service. I also get my eyebrows waxed here and they always look nice and clean. I’ve brought family and friends here and they’ve all enjoyed getting pampered at Serene. This is a 5 star place all around! I recommend it to everyone.-Jennifer

This rating is more so for the lack of informing customers of increased prices…. So I used to come here all the time after work before school let out for the summer. I came in yesterday to get a take off, new set, and eyebrows. I understand pricing went up a few months ago due to the struggles of COVID, but why weren’t they posted somewhere in the store, the online site is updated, & why didn’t the nail tech inform me of the price changes before starting the services? She even charged me an extra $5 for the length of my nails but any other time someone did my nails I was never charged extra for a length I usually get. I have a long nail bed for 1 & the longest nail on my hands is my index finger, plus I asked for square square, but I still got square round & this service took about 2 & a half hours. I paid $65 for a service that usually costs no more than $50

This place is great! The staff are all super friendly and pleasant. Ive been here twice now and will keep going back. I got a shellac pedicure here that lasted nearly 3 months in perfect condition!

Clean and comfortable. Decent pricing for what your getting, the service is wonderful. I was left waiting for my toes to dry longer then I think was necessary but some would disagree. Overall very satisfying. 👍

Definitely never coming back here

I have been going to this location on and off for years, but recently I had a Nail Tech named NICK do my nails, and WOW, he did an amazing job, Im so happy with his work and professionalism. I will definitely be requesting him only every time I go moving forward. Highly recommend him.

My mom sister and I love coming here! Jennifer and Friday do an amazing job. My only complaint is whenever I make an appointment the man that answers the phone always accuses me, my mom or sister of not showing up. We always go to our appointments or call days/hours ahead to reschedule (which rarely happens). It’s to the point I don’t like to even call anymore.

Was able to get a mani pedi at the same time. Out the door in less than 1 hour. Very friendly - Highly recommend next to grocery store easy access!!!

I usually don’t do reviews, but i had to this time. my nails have lasted 8 weeks!!! almost 9 now! all of them are intact and there has been no pulling up at the base! i’m not sure what is used here that is different than other salons but i’m loving it! this is the only salon i will go too now and i live 5 hours from it. definitely go try it out!

MY Nail Tech Nick has been taking care of my nails for 3 years, and I Absolutely Love the work he does, I request him every time. The whole place is so relaxing and friendly, its my go to place for a me, myself and I day.

Ive been here twice now. Once with my daughter for her birthday and once by myself. The service is wonderful and the time in and out isnt bad. Very peaceful and serene for sure! Plenty of colors to chose from and different spa packages available for all your needs. Waxing is on point too!

Saw the reviews and had to give this place a try. I walked in and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and the vast color selection. I asked for a full set because my overlay was lifting (from the base) and a pedicure.Strike one: the nail technician start taking off my overlay by shoving a tip under the overlay to the front of my nails, which torn the length of my nails down to a nub (I had been growing my nails for three months... all gone now)🤯. I asked her why she didn’t soak them off instead, and her response was she does it this way.Strike two: I was a little flustered after my nail length was butchered, but I selected a nail color/pattern I saw on Pinterest. The design was relatively easy to replicate, but NO. The nail tech completed the left hand and started on my right. She switched the colors around (on middle and index finger), and I told her, hey, this is not what I wanted; but she dismissed it. I’m boiling on the inside now🤬. The nail color pattern was all messed up. Once my nails were done to HER SATISFACTION, they asked me to move to the pedicure chair, and someone would be over in a minute. I declined. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.***There were others in the salon, and I didn’t want to ruin the others experiences, so I called to make my grievances known. The man (who I believe to be the manager) asked me what I wanted to do, and I told him I need them to fix my nails. He asked me what time I wanted to come back, and I said, I’ll be back after picking up my daughter from school.***I returned around 5:30, and the tech wanted to argue that I said the patter is what I agreed on two maroon nails (on my middle and index fingers). I disagreed. The nail tech fixed my nails and said it was a misunderstanding. I thanked the tech for fixing my nails, and I will be back and provide more clarity when I returned next go around.Yes, I was willing to give them another shot after my nails were fixed. I had time to cool down.Fast forward to this week, I walk-in and ask for the same thing: pedicure and full-set (nail lifted from the base again). I was directed to the spa pedicure chair, and the young lady began on my feet. The man (manager) comes to me and tells me they’ll only be servicing me with my pedicure today, and walked off. I was like, WHAT, why? I asked the lady working on my feet to call him over, and he tells me the nail technician I had previously had refuse to work with me on my nails. I told him I was willing to her another chance because truly, it was a misunderstanding, though she butchered my nails (I can regrow them). He said no, she doesn’t want to work with me because of the prior experience. If that’s the case, I will leave and go elsewhere for both services. He said, okay, that’s fine, you can leave. HOW RUDE!??

Came here because my sister and mom recommended Jennifer and Bo. Excellent place, very friendly and clean. Love both girls attention. And they always have discounts.

I am visiting from Florida and wanted to treat my sister and self to a manicure/set. Serene Nails & Spa did not disappoint. They were friendly and super professional also following COVID safety guidelines. I am in love with my nude set with gold ambre glitter. Great job and great price!!

I love this place! Jenny is awesome when it comes to pedicures. She gives the best massages! After almost two months of stress I was so relieved to have someone take care of my feet. The older gentleman is super sweet. If you plan on going soon keep in mind that you must make an appointment. Will be back soon.

I have never had a bad experience here.... EVER. all the staff are nice and do a good job. I especially loved getting my pedicures when I was pregnant because of the way they massage my feet and lower legs. I always recommend them to people 😊👍🏽

This place is awesome. All the employees make you feel welcome. We are always going with at least 4 people and still usually all get sat at the same time. The prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is cozy. This is our new nail spot!

I went here last night to get my eyebrows waxed before new years eve . i used to always get my brows waxed like every month and this was my first time at this place. it didnt hurt too much when she peeled the wax off but when she was done and added some liquid it started to burn a lot. she just told me i had sensitive skin but my pain tolerance isnt even like that. i got home and my skin was burning to the max i applied aloe vera and ice and today i woke up with a horrible scar . my whole skin was basically took off.

My nail technician was Mai she was extremely patience with me and my needs. The man who booked the appt was also very helpful and attentive during the visit. The shop itself was in excellent condition and clean. I definitely loved the calming and relaxing experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nail and spa location.

I have bad knees and a twisted ankle, my pedicurist was very careful & patient with me & my issues. & my nail tech as always was excellent. The salon is very nice & relaxing.

I have been a loyal customer for years. They know me very well and always greet me by name every time I go. They are always very nice and pretty fast. It doesnt matter who does my nails because theyre all really good. Henry is the owner. Lily is always there when Henry isnt there. I really love this place. Prices are reasonable as well. I always feel better after I leave. Great job!!!!

Always nice and welcoming. Make you feel relaxed. I get a normal manicure and they somehow seem to get it to last a week. Highly recommend. I’ve had several different people do my nails and toes and they are all equally great.

I never realized how close this nail salon was to my house and to top it off they do amazing work. The atmosphere is relaxed and everyone makes you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a great salon to try!

It really just depends who does your manicure Ive had a terrible experience with shellac once but I just got mine done with tips and powder and John did a really good job at it and their pedicures are really good the owner is super nice and friendly and its a good atmosphere

I really love this place. Everyone is very welcoming and I do not have to wait to be greeted at the door. During my visit they have conversations with me and answer all my questions. They are professional, do great work and have reasonable pricing.

This place by far is the best. Extremely good prices and awesome work. Came in without an appointment and had to wait, but totally worth it. They’re very good about scheduling just make sure to call it in. Jennifer and Bo were freaking awesome!! Will be coming back.

Disappointed at rude owner! Had been coming here every two weeks for almost a year for shellac manicure and pedicure. I havent had any problems. Was told out of the blue that regular nail tech doesnt want to do my nails anymore because I dont tip. Owner had the nerve to ask if I wanted someone else. Who says that to a customer. Since when is tipping a requirement. I tip according to service received. If you all feel I should tip just because then you definitely have the wrong customer. That is rude as hell. Will never return there or recommend another customer.

The friendly folks ar Serene have always given great pedicures. Im not able to book a reservation so I drop by as a walk-in. Ive never had to wait even 5 minutes to be seated. I recommend Serene Nails & Spa

I absolutely love this place! They always do a great job on my nails and I love their pedicures too. I feel like the nail technician always put a lot of effort into my nails and it really shows. I am always getting different shapes and they put the time in to make sure every nail is the perfect shape and length that I want. Would Definatly recommend!

The staff service here is five star rating! There were super sweet nice and accommodating. Super friendly people that were able to give me a wonderful service in a lovely set of nails! My serene manicure that exfoliate my hands and arms!

The owner Rose is a super sweet lady. She does tattoo makeup. She has done mine, my moms and one friend. They all came out beautifully. The ladies have been with her a long time and every time I go in is great service unlike some places you go there a lot then they slack on their service. Not this place. I dont have to stay with one or two ladies. Each one of them gives great service. Client for more than 7 years.

This place really is GREAT! They made my hands and feet look and feel brand new. Service was fast, friendly, budget friendly (especially for TX) and accompanied by a glass of water. How could you not love that?! Ill definitely be back again and again.

I have been going to see amber and Rosie for years now and I tell everyone I know to go there. All of the girls there are polite and do an excellent job on toes and nails.... if people arent satisfied with serene nails, then they havent addresses their concerns to rosie....she wants everyone to be happy when they leave.....

I have been coming here for 6 months. I have had only one lady doing my pedicures. Her name is Lin. Lin does an excellent job with pedicures. She cleans and scubs the hell out of my toes and feet!!!!!! She is only available on the weekends!!!! Try her and tell me what you think.

Great place for guys to take care of their hands and feet so that they dont feel like sandpaper. The people there are great and understand guys needs as well.

You guys are not skilled or competent with nails. I strongly recommend anyone who come into this establishment do not let them give you dark nail polish.....especially, Josie. She doese not have a clue on how to go from dark color to light color.

They could never get my nails right and the owner, Rose, catches an attitude when you point out the problems. There is a nail parlor in every corner of that intersection. Beyond Nails has done a wonderful job for me.

Went in with my grandma on a Sunday to get my nails and toes done for my birthday, the owner was very rude and rough. I want to say it was $60-$75 for acrylic and pedi. It hurt and the lady was twisting my finger uncomfortably. She also left a HUGE glob of the acrylic under my nail. Also my finger nails kind of felt like they were burning after that. The only person she was nice to was my grandma, good thing. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody, especially if you do not tolerate rude and disrespectful people.

When i complained the manager said i was too picky and that they looked fine. ?!!!!!!Each hand looked like someone differant did it.....she turned her back to me and said Im tired and i cant go home bc of flood!!!!!!! She screamed if i wanted free nails and that she would give me money if i needed it ! In front of everyone!!!! She was horrible to me and screamed at her employees too. Terrible job on pedicure and solar nails. The nail polish on toes didnt cover them to edges. Solar nails had hardened powder underneath, bubbles from gel, and were uneven. 2nd time I gave them a try. Never going again. $25 pedi and $35 nails

Horrible service, I think she was the owner very RUDE! I went last Saturday afternoon, my shellac nail polish came off on Wednesday 😡 Then they charge EXTRA $5 to remove the previous shellac . While their sign says $15 for shellac but you will pay $20 !! I asked about the $5 charge and the owner replied well we charge here. I WILL NOT BE BACK 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
