The service is amazing and the staff is overall incredible kind and cheerful. They call you to confirm your appointment in case you haven’t and they follow the schedule right away. You won’t waste time.I did laser hair removal in my home country years ago and it was kinda useless. This time I saw positive results since my 3rd session. The hair became thinner and sometimes fall off with my hands.I strongly recommend this site, the location is strategic and the prices are highly competitive.

Really ridicules customer service, front desk or scheduling is rude. They just take your money and after that they dont even have appointment time available for you. When i first sign up for the service on Thursday, they gave me Saturday appointment right away, after that i tried for 2 months for Saturday as i work full time and Saturday is only works best for which i had mentioned during consultation. I couldnt get Saturday. Lady who was scheduling my day was the rudest person i have ever seen. I usually dont write bad reviews but here we are talking about $1K, which they cant refund me. I highly suggest not to go to Prime Laser. I went to Katy location.

If I could give zero start i will. They sell you a full body package and promise to get rid of all the hair. After paying they start to try to sell you more packages and claim oh its stronger settings. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else.

I purchased a Groupon for prime laser . I had my 8 sessions . When I originally went in to purchase Samira told me after my sessions are over it would cost me 20 for touch up sessions . Well when I get to the end and I mentioned to Rebecca that it didn’t work as well so I would want to do touch ups and stated to me that it would be like 200 and I told her no I was told 20 she said no because I purchased through Groupon . She said she believed me because Samira has told several people that and that’s not the case . She said she was going to reach out to her and call me as soon as she speaks to her to see what could be done. This was on Sept 4 @ 10:30. Today which is Sept 22nd I still never heard from Rebecca so I called the office and she said no Samira said there is nothing that can be done . I would have to pay full price . I said why didn’t you call me likeYou promised to she said because Samira said there was nothing they could do. First of all that’s poor service to not even follow up . 2nd for her to admit to me that this is being told to people is false advertisement and very unprofessional. I either want a refund or I would like to have some touch up sessions as needed for the 20 that was told to me.

So, I signed up for a package for laser hair removal. The first 2-3 sessions, I saw a drastic reduction in the hair. I was so happy I referred 3 of my friends to them.but now, almost 1 year and 7 sessions later, i still have 50% of the original amount of hair. And this when I have fine, thin hair on a medium tone skin- supposedly the type laser works best on?When I asked Samira- the manager- she told me you have to get another package for 6 sessions as 95% of the people dont get rid of their hair in 6 sessions.If that is the case, why are customers NOT told that upfront? When I paid, no one told me that I will have to do 6 more sessions!!Now the center tells me that I should buy more sessions and that from here on, I will see a very drastic difference. Really? Fool me once... and now twice!!?I bought 1 additional session (the 7th one now) for $125 and 8 weeks later, i see more hair than i did even before that session!Basically the whole money spent was for nothing. I will have to look for another place to get the treatments all over again!I dont recommend these guys and would not trust all these 5 star fake and generic sounding reviews!

Its been almost a year that i have been coming to prime laser, galleria for my full body laser hair removal. Earlier i had been apprehensive about getting laser done but i can now confidently say that this is the best decision ever. The staff is extremely friendly and nice. They made me feel super comfortable throughout my laser sessions. And even during covid they took extra precautions and the technicians always wore mask and sanitized the place. I recommend Prime Laser if you are interested in laser hair removal. As a woman of color, I was hesitant to get laser hair removal because our skin tends to be sensitive, prone to hyperpigmentation and keloids. I went to another spa and didnt see results and then found Prime Laser and never looked back. I dont get razor bumps even if I shave my bikini area because the hair isnt as course anymore, no ingrown hairs, and honestly, my private area and underarms are lighter from the treatments. The spa is also clean; the ladies are nice and very professional.

Let me start off by saying they have the sweetest staff!!! I was nervous for my treatment because of course it was my first time but let me tell you there is nothing to be saved of. They are very gentle and throughout the treatment they make sure you aren’t feeling any pain. They also make you feel so comfortable because it might seem awkward being naked in front of someone but they talk to you throughout the whole thing and make you feel comfortable. I have been their customer for almost 2 years now. Spent around $2000 on laser hair removal services and always give them a chance hoping their service improves. But I feel rushed every time I have gone their for my touch ups. The tech never really pays attention, misses spots and it’s not first time, they always do that. Take your money and not do the job right. Their equipment is falling apart/breaking and stops working. I’m not even sure if it works at full capacity. But what I hate is not getting the service that I’m paying for. Last week I was there and the tech literally spent 1 min on my face and missed several spots. I even requested her again that she missed treating my areas of concern. You are supposed to be more thorough when a client has certain concerns. She ignored. She barely did a few spots with laser for full face and said she was done in 1 minute. Most of their reviews look fake. After 1 bad reviews they flush it out with several fake 5 star reviews. I’d say really pay close attention to what those 1 star reviewers are saying about this place. They might be the cheapest but definitely not worth it. Pay a little bit extra and go somewhere else

I purchased a package deal from Samira and am on my third session out of seven for full body laser. I’ve had two sessions with Nahid and not only is she knowledgeable; she’s careful with her work which I really appreciate. I was shaving underarms and bikini area every other day but now have felt the need to shave once a week or once in two weeks. I’m liking the results so far.

This place sucks! I don’t recommend because it doesn’t work! They just scam you into spending $1,000 with no results and say it’s unlimited but then try to charge you after 7 sessions.

I have been getting laser in my bikini area every 6 weeks since November and have had the best results. Hardly any hair grows in that Area and when it does it’s very fine and sparse. I would give them a 0 star if Google allows me. I bought the groupon deal from them before the hurricane hits, because my friend is raving about this company, I checked the reviews and they seemed to be a very good company.So when the hurricane hits, the house got flooded I was out of town for almost a year. Then when I came back forgot about the groupon deal. So when I remembered the deal I called back and spoke to the manager explaining the situation and checking to see if they can still grand the deal due the horrible situation. The manager promised to call me back, but never did, so I called couple times more, still no answer.Recently I was trying to purchase a new deal on groupon and remembered what I had, so I decided to give it one last try. The manager was nice and told me she will check with the corporate office and get back to me the same day, she never did. Called 5 times, the last time she told me nothing can be done and blame me for not getting in touch with the previous manager even she did not get back with me. Apparently it is a pattern that they promise to call and resolve issue but they just choose not to. She also told me she has no responsibilities to calling me back whatsoever because I am not a client. Are you serious??? What kind of customer service is this? I did not expect they grand the deal after so long, I understand what happened, but I am the kind of person whenever I promise someone to call I will at least call and let them know they are still working on it.So the last time I called, the manager Samira kept on blaming me for not getting in touch with them while they either ignore me or not keeping up with the issue themselves. Maybe they are good with the laser removal when everything is fine, but this kind of customer services is worth laughing at.At the end of the conversation she started to yell at me. The entire staff and business is incredible, they have the most updated technology for laser hair removal. I have 4c kinky course hair and the laser hair removal procedure has been amazing. After the second session I could see the rapid decrease in hair growth, and with only a few sessions left I am confident the hair will stop growing completely! I spent more than 2k here doing hair laser removal and microneedling. The place is clean and the environment is beautiful. I did have some up and downs with the service. Some of the staff is excellent well some others were just.. not. I got referred here from a coworker in the beginning and I liked it until kind of realize that the manager gives out different prices to different people. Seems odd.

Schedule an appointment for 10:30 and waited more than 20 minutes to assist me. They don’t really have a good customer service, always schedule for the wrong day and call you asking you to change your appointment day. I bought an unlimited package and it turns out That it was not unlimited according to them. Laser hair removal works for sure, but I rather try another place and just spend my money with another company that really takes care of their customer.

AMAZING!! First of all, customer service is very important to me, the employees here are very friendly and helpful. They are very accomadating, and efficient. Although it is a little bit of a drive, it is completely worth it; the appointments are very quick usually take around 10 minutes for the whole appointment, not including the drive. I am getting hair removal for medical reasons, and I am so happy with my results, I am not finished with my treatments, however I am already satisfied with my results and if I had no more treatments I would still be satisfied. I would definitely recommend this if you care about customer service, and have a time sensitive schedule, as the employees and their scheduling is very dependable and consistent.

The waiting area is comfortable and you are always greeted with enthusiasm and a smile. (And they dumdum suckers waiting for you as well)The office manager was very nice, professional, and laid out all my options for the treatment and we scheduled my first appointment. They are very punctual. I never have to wait on my appointment time. The technicians make you feel very comfortable and the treatments are quick and painless. Each time I come in they ask how the treatments are working and they let me know how to care for my post treatment areas. You set up your next appointment and then you are on your way!I’m definitely going to upgrade as soon as I can to get the full body treatment!

This prime laser location it’s very convenient and very reliable place to go to. Service it’s always perfect, on time appointments and the results are visible after a couple of sessions. Prices are also affordable, they work with you to get you the perfect package. The ladies working there are super nice and attentive and even if I’m late for a few minutes they wait for me. Im a day late on my review but wanted to get it in as soon as possible. This is my third time to go with a 8 session package . The ladies working there were very knowledgeable and nice. The manager/ owner? is gorgeous and very nice. They are usually very booked but when I explained Im a flight attendant with a limited schedule, she was super accommodating to work with my schedule and help me out. They were SUPER thorough with explaining everything about the treatment, set realistic expectations, was so honest and open (which is refreshing).
