I had a massage and a manicure - both were incredible! Anthony completed my 90 minute massage. While he was working my neck, he asked if I had headaches behind my ear. I was shocked! Id attributed that pain to my glasses. He explained about the muscles there and helped to loosen them in my neck and shoulder. I had no idea that massage could alleviate that pain, but it did! And Ms. May was SO sweet and attentive. She applied my shellac nails better than any other nail salon Ive frequented.I live nowhere near this place, but Ill be returning to see Anthony and Ms. May!

Had a couples massage and foot soak while waiting in the relaxation room. Staff was amazing and went above and beyond anything that we were expecting even though they were extremely busy! Plan to go back next time in Houston. Extremely relaxing!!!

I work in education, and let’s face it – the past year and a half has been tough. I decided to treat myself to a day of relaxation the weekend before students returned. I got a pedicure at my favorite nail salon, and I book a two hour massage with my FAVORITE EVER massage therapist, Chris Tognetti, at LifeSpa in Centre City.This was the longest session I had ever booked, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Chris did not disappoint. I was still having some lower back issues, so he focused on that area for a bit. I’m still amazed at how he diagnoses issues during the massage. He found several knots in my thighs that I had no idea where there!I mentioned that I was coming from a pedicure earlier that day. Chris decided to spend a little extra time on my feet, resulting in the BEST foot massage I’ve ever had. His ability to balance strength and softness is mind-boggling. My feet are really sensitive to the touch too, but Chris had me relaxed and totally into the moment. I also get this amazing foot scrub (sugar I think) at the same time that filled the room with this amazing berry scent. I didn’t want that to end!Chris asked me how I’d feel about trying a couple of new treatments that I hadn’t done before since we had a longer session. I was definitely game after a head-to-toe massage and foot scrub. He proceeded to talk about all of the ingredients of the products and their individual benefits – as well as how they would be working together. He also walked me through the ingredient lists to make sure there was nothing in the mix I was allergic too. No one has EVER taken the time to check that for me when I’ve had facials, etc. in the past.Once Chris cleared the products for my safe use, he did two treatments. The first was an Eminence Firm Skin Açaí Masque and Moisturizer. It was velvety soft luxurious on the skin, and the berry scent was indescribable – very sweet and sharp, like ripe summer fruit. It smelled amazing, but wasn’t overly perfumy in that annoyingly cloying way so products can be. The second treatment was probably my favorite. It was a Citron Massage Soufflé. It had this fresh, bright, citrusy smell, and was thick and smooth going on. The only way I know how to describe it is that it just felt expensive. Really expensive and luxurious.Every time I visit LifeSpa and Chris, I think that nothing could top the experience I have there. And yet, when I return they somehow manage to exceed my expectations. In addition to Chris Tognetti’s sheer genius and skill, it’s the little things from the moment you walk in the door until you leave that all add up too. Everyone that works there is so kind and gracious and warm. You feel like the most important customer they have. They make sure you have everything you could possibly want or need; they keep you hydrated with an addictive citrus-cucumber water that is to die for; and they never make you feel rushed. It always feels like they are working on your timetable, which is really special.Thank you Chris, and thank you LifeSpa for helping me feel and look my best.

Life Spa made me forget about Covid! Not because there was no social distancing, but because there definitely WAS social distancing, throughout the beautiful facility. All measures taken for safety, including a high tech temperature reading station immediately upon entrance with face scan technology. This made me feel most comfortable upon entry! Everyone including staff and patrons were properly covered. (Nose and mouth) some even with shields on. The facility smelled clean and fresh. Sanitation stations were throughout the facility. The salon was the absolute best, hands down. Freida did a wash, blow out and silk press and trim on my hair and I felt like a brand new woman. What a self esteem booster! Everyone made me Feel Comfortable. No one ever removed their mask. The salon was not crowded, so I get the impression that appointments were appropriately maintained with consideration given to the need for distancing. I was completely impressed by this experience and Won’t blink twice when it comes time for booking my next appointment with Freida at Life Spa!

The front end receptionist is super defensive and consistently blames the customers for her mistakes, horrible that you have to argue with her before gaining an appointment! Please train her better!

My children absolutely loved this place. The pool was their Favorite but I believe the rock climbing comes in pretty close.I love the different classes offered and the fact that theres a family changing area/shower room (this really helps).I visited with my sister and plan on investing in the membership.

I got my hair butchered last year...and it took me a longtime to grow it back out. I guess thats the service u get for $35 at TGIF haircutters...so after a year of letting it grow back out I got desperate with covid, and thought I had found someone to fix the problem..nope..she made it worse!!! Luckily I found Danielle, o my lord.I had to make the sacrifice between not having it cut for a year, and covid 19..to someone butchering it again..we ended up. Cuttng it VERY short...I figured in another year it will be long and healthy..I loved the cut and its kinda nice to not have to bother with my hair much now that its short!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!! Ill be going to Danielle from this day forward!!!

Danielle is a great stylist. She listens and assists you in the health and style of your hair.Last time I was here, my face was reacting to stress. The cosmetologist recommended a wonderful cream for my face that solved my issues.All the staff are consummate professionals.

The people that work here are so friendly and helpful. I signed up for a massage with Ken. Best decision Ive made in a while. He is very knowledgeable, professional and projects an inner peace. After just one visit with him, I had much more flexibility and mobility. I now make it a monthly or bi-monthly trip and it has really helped my flexibility and recovery after working out all week. Even if you dont go in for a massage or body work, just drop in a say Hello, he can tell you about all the different types of massage and what they can do for you.

I was recommended to LifeSpa through a family member. Danielle was able to squeeze me in the same day I called and I was more than satisfied with my results. She knew exactly what she was doing and she was a joy to talk to as well! I have A LOT of long/thick hair and she gave me a beautiful color with a smile on her face! :)

Wendy is the best nail tech in Houston! Professional, highly skilled, and friendly! A regular mani lasts all week- no chips or peeling. The SpaRitual products are amazing but they also have tons of OPI choices if you wish. The salon is spotless and they take extra precautions to minimize risk of exposure to Covid. Everyone has their temperature taken upon entering the spa and there is a plexiglass shield at her station for extra protection. Highly recommend!

Freda has been my stylist for the past 2 ish years, maybe longer. She has worked with me to tailor my look to my liking. She expertly works my beard into a masterpiece that I alone cannot achieve. Freda, thank you.

I made a facial appointment at the Spa over the phone to use some soon-to-expire LT bucks and when I arrived on the day of the appointment it wasn’t in the system. The girl at the salon was apologetic and helped in trying to resolve the issue by scheduling me for the next day or finding a way to extend the LT buck expiration date. I got a call from the sales department, completely unapologetic and casual about it, to tell me my LT bucks would be good for another 3 days - end of conversation. That was it.Considering how much Lifetime charges for memberships, I would expect it to treat members in a less commercial way. It’s easy to feel like “just one more member” here, especially in situations like these. During the signing up process everyone is so cordial though...I was part of a smaller gym, cheaper gym in the River Oaks area prior to coming here, and the treatment was absolutely outstanding. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to member nurturing here.I’m no longer interested in the Spa services, especially because I have to reshuffle my schedule to fit an appointment within the next 3 days, but am forced to do so - “use it or lose it”. Completely disappointed.

Ryan is the best massage therapist I ever had. As I work in an office environment he knows exactly what my joints need, where to work on and I really feel the difference. Very professional and with a lot of experience. 100% recommended!

I flew into Houston for one night to make a presentation. Looked online and found LifeSpa close by my hotel. It was so easy to book online! Wendy was wonderful and then went an extra mile, showing me where the presentation venue was across the street from the salon. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. I wish we had a LifeSpa in OKC!

Ill be honest. Never thought Id find my Hair Guardian Angel at a gym, but I did. This weekend I tried a new stylist and she butchered my hair into a mullet. Desperate for help and needing someone who knew how to work a miracle, Danielle Nyondo was highly recommended by the LifeSpa staff. She did what so many stylists forget to do, she listened. She took her time. She walked me through some options before ever lifting her scissors. When it came time to cut, I was so relaxed; I never worried about how it was going to look. Despite horrible circumstances bringing me to her chair, it was still one of the greatest hair appointments Ive ever had. Shes worth every penny and I highly recommend her.

My husband gave me a gift card, otherwise I would not come there having read all the reviews. They canceled my appointment twice out of the two times I made it! So far I did not even have a chance to get it! The first time they canceled it, they said they they tried calling me but my voicemail was full, which was true. Still, they could have texted or emailed me. I rescheduled to the following Monday, and they call me the day of the appointment saying that I have to reschedule again! They would not return money for the gift card, obviously, so I have to go! The problem is... will I ever get a chance to use my gift card or are they going to cancel all of my appointments???

If youre looking to get a facial I highly reccomend setting up an appointment with Lacey! She is incredibly knowledgeable and really cares about you and your skin. Nahal works the front desk and she was very friendly and gave great customer service. Plus the spa is clean and relaxing!

My husband and I have been going to this salon to do our hair with Freida for years and she is amazing and the ambience in salon is wonderful. Always a treat!

Apparently they can only do a pedicure within an hour instead of my nails because acrylic takes an hour and 15 minutes. Omg 15 minutes over the time you all close. Thats outrageous.

Ive gone lifetime fitness spa and i had someone be raciest against me at front desk. Because i disliked my hair that i payed for they got extremely rude and started bullying me to a point that she had me in tears. I spoke to management nothing was done .there was no justice ! I dont recommend coming here.

I have been a member of lifetime from a long time, I recently moved to citi center and this location has old machine and some cable machine needs maintenance. Its not worth the monthly membership they are charging compare to sugarland and Willowbrook location. I did mentioned to the management about their cable machine not working but nothing has been done.

As new Life Time members my family and I have toured every Life Time club in Houston to figure out which one would fit our needs. This club is suppose to be the top of the line of Lifetime but, sadly it was the worst club we visited. The staff at the pool were extremely rude. There was trash floating in the pool when we pointed it out to the VERY young supervisor he simply said, thanks for taking it out.. The lifeguard was extremely out of shape and this particular lifeguard scolded my husband for using a kickboard teaching my 4 year old how to swim (apparently only 12 and over can use these kickboards even though they clearly say on them with Adult Supervision and my husband was holding our 4 year old while he used it). We are a family of 6 and we have two other families one of 2 and the other of 3 that have joined us in touring all of the facilities in Houston so we could all decide which would be the best for us to meet up at. One of the weight machines broke upstairs on one of the guys that was with us and they pointed it out to the woman that walking the floor and she shrugged her shoulders and nonchalantly walked away when he told her what occurred. This is the WORST quality of Lifetime that we have encountered and WE WILL NOT RETURN.

The worst customer service, the scheduled me an appointment to come in Monday, when I came here they said we are closed because Memorial Day , never emailed us or called, don’t know why they have computers or internet there if they don’t use to help their clients,, worst establishment ever , they don’t deserve to get opening license.
