Pinnacle Electric did everything right. Michael was professional, courteous, and a perfectionist when it came to leading the installation. Darren likewise is as nice as a person you will find and did a great job on the under dock work. It was great to see two young men who cared so much about their work. If you need marine electrical work for your dock, dont go anywhere else. Thanks guys for a great job guys.

They were so professional and helpful. They even cleaned up and vacuumed the area they worked in when they were done. They’re bid came in at a fair price and was the lowest we found. They require their work to be permitted, so you know they’re going to do a great job that’s up to code every time. They were nice, on time, and work fast. I had Darren come out to troubleshoot and repair some wiring issues I had in my home, garage and barn. The issues were a bit extensive considering all the different areas involved. He corrected all the issues I had. He also upgraded me with gfci protection where it was applicable and not present before in my barn and garage areas. He did a great job for me in a timely manner.

He was very kind and understand when he figured out the beep was not related to the hard wired smoke detectors but our plug in CO2 alarm needed a new battery. He did give our smoke detector system maintenance to confirm each one was working correctly and there was not faults in our system. We appreciate his friendly and excellent service. I called this company after seeing so many positive reviews, but now Im convinced that theyre all fake. I set up an appointment... the day of the appt, no call, no show. I called back to let them know... I had to reschedule 2 days later (they claimed they were booked, even though the no-show was thier mistake), again it happened, no call no show. Even worse, when I initially called for the appointment, they talked me into doing a contract for services, that was cancelable for 7 days. However, whenever I call to cancel, I get the run around... and Im already 4 days into it, because of their not showing up! I feel like this company is a scam. Dont trust the positive reviews, theyre likely fake.

I have several estimates from Pinnacle Electric was the most reasonable. Received a quoted price and that is what they charged me, not a penny more. They showed up as scheduled and completed the job in the time they told me it would take. Dont bother hiring anyone else.

Very happy with the responsiveness of Pinnacle Electric. We lost power to half our house and the utility company didnt show any outages in our area, so we called Pinnacle Electric on late Sunday afternoon. James was quick to arrive, friendly, polite, and although he realized our issue ended up being on the utility companies side after all, while he was here he did a quick check of our panel and our fire and carbon monoxide detectors. I will definitely call Pinnacle Electric in the future should we have any electrical work at our house.

Ive used Pinnacle Electric twice now and both times the service and professionalism were outstanding. My first experience was in 2019 when I needed wiring repaired to my smoke detectors throughout the house. The second time was a week ago when I needed a 14-50 outlet installed in the garage. In both cases they arrived on-time, did the work properly and on budget. For the outlet in the garage I actually needed to have the ground pin orientation changed post-installation and they accommodated my request and had it changed within a couple of days. I would highly recommend for any electrical or wiring related project.
