Proceeded with a urine test for an employer. The facility parking was crowded.Building was hard to find. Then if that was not a big ole hassle. The facility was dirty. The toilet had so much past urine on it I almost said no. Because you could not wash your hands or have anything in there as a sink, I had to use toilet paper to cover the entire bowl of the toilet just to get close to it. The floor was sticky and dark royal blue, but as you stayed in that bathroom you could smell the urine.The walls were disgusting. Not having been painted properly to code.I do not recommend this facility. I am just concerned on how the rest of the process will go as they send out the sample. The outsourcing company does send their own carrier, however, even that more than likely is not handled properly.Good luck and make sure all your shots for disease are up to date.

Really convinient location, staff was super friendly & fast process, they made me feel comfortable trough the test. easy to find there was plenty of parking on the back they gave me the option to get my results in 5min, or to do the lab test Which took 2 days. When I search them I made sure they had a good reputation over 25 years experience. I would defanatly go again fast service.

I have been here many times over the last 8 years for City of Houston business and it never gets any better. These people never have their act together, are always confused and in general appear to be quite incompetent. I guess they keep getting the City of Houston contact because of the low bid ridiculousness that is played there.

Walked in. No one in reception area. Sat down, waited 10mins, no acknowledgement. Rang the bell which was one of those 5 dollar wireless ones. Heard someone yell from the back just sit down and someone will come get you.Waited another 5mins. Finally went and filled out the paperwork. During the paperwork, the female employee was watching TV on her phone. Sound on. Got my cup and went into the bathroom. Came back out, the woman was rushing to get my sample into everything. Another male employee watched her as she did it, and hovered the entire time.Signed it and left. 1.5 weeks later my employer calls me and tells me that my sample was lost. I have the paperwork for it.It takes a special kind of place to lose a cup of piss. In a sealed bag.Dont go to this location and if you have a company sending you to it, request a different one.
