This place is great. Maybe not the prettiest on the outside, but fantastic on the inside. The crew is helpful, friendly and any other adjective you can come up with. Glad we brought our four legged family member here. Highly recommended.

Took my cat Cheddar into have mats taken out specifically and was told they can do that. He spent all day there and he still has mats all over him. He was obviously not brushed, because he was still shedding a lot of hair. Very angry I spent $66 for basically just a bath. I hate posting bad reviews, but I feel like I was taken care of on false pretenses that my cat would be well groomed and taken care of.

If I could give this place a 0 * I would they are very neglectful and take no responsibility for injury or regards for what occurs in this establishment they will hurt your four-legged children and claimed to have no knowledge of it this isnt the first case that I have seen but now experience come out of this establishment and everybody needs to BE AWARE of whats going on in here. Enter this place AT YOUR OWN RISK and be very mindful of what could occur if you leave your babys here its a Scary Place to think that people would treat your baby like an animal when you dont showing nothing but love. I love my baby and others. I cant risk leaving my baby or babies here that I considerable like a child with total abuser allowing others to get hurt. I highly recommend The Kennel Klub.This is by far the best doggie daycare facility in the Northwest Houston/Cypress area. The staff is very friendly and professional. They do little events like Christmas parties, Halloween parties, and other little events for your fur babies. They also take a TON of great pictures and post them on their face book page so you never miss a moment, and give you a report card to show how they did and what they did that day. 😂Around the beginning of 2016 is when I started taking my baby Troopr to The Kennel Klub. He was so excited to walk into the facility every time I dropped him off.Before The Kennel Klub, I did try taking Troopr to a couple other daycare facilities in the area, but he did not like going back for some reason, its like he thought he was being left at the vet, and he absolutely disliked going to the vet. Dogs have a very good judgement of where they like to be or who they want to be around, and The Kennel Klub was the only doggie daycare facility that Troopr was comfortable going to and would just get super excited when we pulled up to the building because he knew it was a non-stop play day for him. Sad to say, I no longer have Troopr, but I do have Gunner and Red now and they both share the same excitement that Troopr did every time we pull up to the building, and never fear getting out of the vehicle to go inside. They have so much energy and with me being at work all day its nice to let them play all day and de-energize while Im at work. It really is a safe and happy place for them and if your looking for a doggy day care to leave your fur baby at, whether it be for the day or for the weekend, this is the place Im most comfortable leaving them at. Thank you Kennnel Klub for keeping our fur babies so happy.Also, if your looking to get your pup trained, I highly recommend Freddy. I signed up Gunner for training with Freddy and he did a great job working with Gunner and showing me how to continue his training. He is very patient and knowledgeable. We had to evacuate from South Louisiana for Hurricane Ida and chose The Kennel Klub since we could not find anywhere that would allow us to bring our one dog (Tucker) and two cats (Archie and Oliver). First off, we added play time to Tucker’s stay and was promised that photos would be added to Facebook. We never got photos and when asked, was ignored. Then, upon pickup, Tucker smelt horrible! Within a week of coming back, all three of our babies had Kennel Cough, and the two cats are still dealing with it. I seen a few other recent reviews stating the same thing. They have not been around any other animals, therefore it had to come from here. I understand that it’s a risk when boarding them, but between that, the lack of follow up on playtime, and Tuckers condition upon pick - I felt I needed to leave a review. #TheKennelCoughKlub

LOONG time customer here but probably not any longer. This place needs to change their name to Kennel Cough instead of Kennel Klub. Both of our dogs came down with Kennel Cough shortly after taking them to be groomed. $300 vet bill later, my dogs are still recovering and hacking all over our floors. This kind of condition is avoidable IF you have a clean water/food bowl and place to rest. Whats sad is that this is the SECOND time theyve exposed my pets to the cough. However this one was much worse. So, if you want to run the risk of exposing your animals to unclean working conditions, by all means go here, otherwise there are plenty of other competitors in the area that Im sure care about the safety of your animals more than Kennel Klub (Cough) has shown mine.

This place is great. When we first came to check them out the staff was friendly enough to let us tour their facilities before leaving our puppy here.They offer a ton of great services. The most important of which is their doggie daycare. Its a lifesaver when you need to just drop off for a day. Our dog has loved the times we drop him off there. And we pick him up and hes worn out and ready for dinner and bed. Lol!Their prices are fair and the staff is very friendly when we bring out pup. Im glad theyre so close to us and continue to offer these great services.

They did a great job with our blue Border Collie. He was in serious need of shedding and trimming. This is a dog who treats the mere touch of a brush as a personal violation of his soul. As the pictures convey, I dont need me to explain to you that this is the worst haircut ever. Do not go here for grooming services.Otherwise, this is a wonderful place for boarding. They have a ton of great options for people who want to spend way too much money on dogs, but even the base level boarding is excellent and they are very nice, trustworthy folks.For boarding, I wouldnt take my dog anywhere else. For grooming, however, I look at these photos and hand myself $50. Because I could keep the money, put on a blindfold and replicate this look any day.

Ive tried this Kennel twice for my dog for long trips and I must say this was the last straw. This is is the second time that Ive picked him up and hes smelled awful, this time he had actual pee stains on his coat! Also, hes been flinching everytime I go to pet him as if hed been abused. He eats and drinks as if he hasnt been served or cared for in days and upon further inspection, his testicles look like another dog bit him!!! No one made me aware of any of this, probably because I specifically asked them NOT to have my dog around any other dog! Hes NEVER going back, save your money and go somewhere else!

This place is a true gem. Every time we pull up our Labrador immediately gets excited and almost drags us inside! We both board with them and use their daycare program. The staff really care about all of the animals and it shows! They go the extra mile and do things like birthday/ holiday parties for the pup, post update pictures on Facebook, and all at a reasonable price! Our dog is truly like our son and we wouldn’t trust him to anyone else. You won’t regret leaving your pup here. You’ll also love how tired they are when they come home!

I started taking my pup to them for grooming and later started using their day care services. I love that they upload pictures of them during their play time. Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our baby Achilles is so loved here! The groomer knows him by name and treats him as his own. Even tho he’s scared to leave us he comes home beautiful after his de-shedding, nails, and bath. How they get him to sit still is beyond my comprehension but they get it done! We will never use another groomer, ever!

The Kennel Klub is a great place for all of your dogs needs! I have taken my dogs there for grooming and more recently for a 6 night boarding, the got to play and have such a good time. I was very happy with how they were taken care of and will board them here again when i need too!

Extremely disappointed. They will groom your dog the way they want too not give you what you ask for. The groomer confirmed she disregarded what I said. This is the second time they do this, but this time my dog looks stupid. Very upsetting. They do not know how to groom a Pomeranian.Do not take your pet here!!

My Rocky has been getting groomed here for some months. I found them online. EVERYONE is so nice to my baby. They always greet and love upon him. They were able to give him the cut that I love. He gets a luxury bath on the other weeks and he smells so good. 😩 I have never had an issue. Thanks everyone!!! ❤️❤️❤️

This is a wonderful place to board your beloved furry family member. The staff is very friendly and they take very good care of your pet. They even have a doggie day care for during the day. My parents have boarded their dog there, as have I and we couldnt have been happier when we picked them up. They looked well fed, watered, happy and clean. I recommend them to everyone I know who has to board their pet.

They always have availability for baths but my dog gets sick when we kennel him

Took my dog there recently and they cut her up really bad, i don’t recommend no one to go here, we trusted them with our little girl, but we pick up her and she has a cut in her eye, her chin, her,belly, and her little private part.

We have FINALLY found our forever groomer. Kevin and Linda are dog whisperers. I have a 5 lb Yorkie that no other groomer seemed to be able to handle. I was at my wits end when a neighbor told me about the Kennel Klub. She said I promise you that you’ll never be disappointed. She was more than right. I took Chip in and we were both nervous. I told them right away he was nervous and may try to snap. To my surprise Linda was able to take Chip with no issues. She even got his collar off and held him. This has NEVER happened before. She was so patient with him. Kevin explained to us it’s the way you talk to puppies and let them know you truly care. For the first time in three years I was not nervous anymore and I felt so much ease. When I picked Chip up he looked sooooo amazing. He was even laying on Linda so relaxed and she was just loving on my baby. If you have a “hard to handle” fur baby or any animal for that fact please give the Kennel Klub a try. The staff are overachievers when it comes to talking to people and greeting everyone!! They do a job very well done. I honestly can’t thank them enough. We have 3 other fur babies that will now have their forever groomer with the Kennel Klub!! They also do boarding and we look forward to working with them in the near future. Thank you Kennel Klub!!!

Hands down this is an AMAZING location for animals. My pup is OLD and grumpy but they love him just the same.

Do not use Kennel Klub. I had been using them for many years when they added new staff to do the grooming. They burned one dogs paw using the nail grinder so bad he had to go to the vet and was put on antibiotics and pain medication. The other dog was cut on both ears. My boys are miserable right now I have since researched the Kennel Klub and found we were not the only ones who have received bad service from them.

I take my dog to the Kennel Klub anytime she needs to go to day care or if I need to board her. My dog loves it there and she always has a blast. The people at the Kennel Klub really love their clients and take care of them knowing our pets are very precious to us.

I have been trusting the Kennel Klub with my fur babies for 5+years now. The KK isnt low cost but wont break the bank either. I have a peace of mind when I drop my fur babies off with KK and thats what counts. They are a one stop shop for my grooming, boarding, and daycare needs. We recently adopted a labmix puppy. Hes our first mid/large breed dog. He enjoyed his first daycare and grooming with KK as expected.

My Westie Bella comes here to get groomed every 6 weeks with Casey. She is the best and Bella Aways comes out looking beautiful and most important...Happy!!! We are in the middle of some major remodeling so Bella has been going every day for Day Care. I was a bit concerned about leaving her every day but she seems very happy when my husband drops her off and picks her up. I would not go anywhere else!!!

What sayes Yorkie cut about this? truly disappointed and its to cold and the holidays!😢 I asked for a yorkie cut and this is what I got see both photos.😢😭

Awesome doggie daycare

On Tuesday, September 15th 2020 (date included for purposes of accountability, management actions), we dropped off our golden retriever for the deluxe bath package. All seemed fine at time of drop-off.When we picked him up, he wasnt acting himself moreso than expected. Upon further investigation, we were horrified to discover that his claws had been cut into the quicks (the neurovascular part of the nails), which is extremely painful and should ALWAYS be avoided. Furthermore, we paid for anal gland expression which was NOT done.Being charged for services that were not performed can be overlooked, but it is simply inexcusable that a place that cares for pets hurts them / provides services without knowing basic what-not-to-dos. Strongly, strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

By far best kennel I have ever taken my fur balls to! They make you feel right at home, they treat your babies with ❤️ . Makes me feel comfortable to finally be able to leave my babies somewhere else. Most of the other places I had experienced seem to do it for the money. Instead here I can actually feel the love they have for them, the way they talk to them and how the staff can interact with them. Never forgetting their names makes be feel confident Im leaving them all in the right hands. I take them to doggy daycare 3 times out of the week, my little Yorkie is the type to want to stay behind and not interact. When I tell all 3 of them time to go to daycare seems like they know and are all ready to go! They love this place! Keep up the great work guys!!!!! You have become part of our family!!

Pros: the people are great, facility is clean, employees care about your pets, very nice place for grooming, training, etc., great prices, great location.Cons: not enough employees to supervise dogs in daycare, not enough room, do not separate dogs based on age, temperament or size, do not give temperament tests, allows any dog to join daycare, too many dogs.My 3-legged rescue puppy (10 mo. old) was here for 3 months for day care. She loved it. And so did I... until she was horribly attacked by a bull terrier while the room of dogs were left unsupervised. Her back leg was almost torn off and numerous other bites were left (over 20 stitches total). Although this was a simple mistake and the company worked with me for bills, this should not have happened. I almost lost my dog due to a simple mistake. They have all dogs (20-40/ day) all ages, all sizes and all breeds together in one room with one attendant (if that apparently). Again, nice people but not a safe environment. Before signing up for any day care, please know that these reviews are from real people trying to warn you. Dont let it happen to your baby.

We used their trainer and had a ton of success. We have not used their facilities for anything but nail grooming yet. I can say they do an awesome job with it.

Our fur baby is a regular here. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to any schedule. The daycare leaders take their time giving each dog their love and support while mom and dad are away. I always love it when Bella comes home with a report card, and particularly love seeing posts of her and the rest of the gang on their Facebook page. They truly are an AMAZING bunch! The groomers also develop professional relations with their clients parents (YOU) and are the BEST GROOMERS around! We LOVE The Kennel Klub!

We completed the Basic in home training through Kennel Klub with trainer Andres Beheit. He trained our dog (and us) so well! Andres took time to thoroughly explain the thought and psychology behind everything. His love of and knowledge of dogs is extremely evident. I look forward to attending the monthly group lessons (that are unlimited after completing the training course) and maybe even taking my doggo to daycare !

Relaxed atmosphere. Maria and staff were professional, patient and courteous. I left her at The Kennel Klub, Wednesday, 8am and by noon she was ready to b picked up. They left My baby looking beautiful, smelling good and very happy.

We have boarded our Danes at the Kennel Club several times and have had a great experience. I have felt informed and included regarding the dogs stay even though we have been out of town. Cori and Freddy have a natural love for animals and they care for them. It shows through their treatment of the animals as well as their treatment of the customers! Each time I have had a question or a comment, the staff has been willing to listen and provide feedback to me in order to explain their best practices. Im a bit of a stickler and picky as well, yet I have felt satisfied in my experience here. Give them a try for sure!

I took my dog in and had special instructions to give her one pill at night and one in the morning. I called back the same day I dropped her off and told them not to give her any meds the next day that I would be picking her up and didnt want her to be drugged. They said they would put it up and not give her anymore. I also paid extra for her to have a room with a TV so that she would feel more comfortable and the TV was not on when I went to tell her bye. I said something to them and they said they would have it turned on. I picked her up today she had two pills missing after I said to give her only one and now she is drugged. My dog is in her final days and each moment is closer to her last and the plans I had for her today cant be done because she is heavily sedated. They said they only gave her one pill however there are two pills missing. My dog is supposed to be put down on Thursday and I planned to take her to the park and planned for my kids to say their good byes and now she cannot even walk. Also today I went it her room and again the TV was not on. What was supposed to be a nice stay for the evening turned into a drugging prison atmosphere. The people are super sweet to the clients however they did not do what I paid them to do. That was to allow my baby to watch TV during her stay. If you are looking for a concrete solitary confinement cell for your dogs then have at it. I would rather her be in general population to talk to other inmates instead of solitary confinement. My baby is so sad and out of it. I would never take by baby or any animal there again. Also my baby was covered in urine. So this tells me no one took her out to potty. Also I told them to free feed my baby that she eats when she wants too. When I arrived there was not any food or water in her cell. They told me she ate it all. I know better because she dont eat all her food at home. This was an utter nightmare.

My dog had a really bad grooming experience here. When I pick him up he wanted to leave so bad he was desperate. When I got home I noticed that he had a red big wound , in the area where he had his fix surgery.He did not want to do anything I talked to the manager and she said I am sorry when they use the machine create some hot spots.I just don’ t understand if my dog have knots. Why you don’t take this with scissors first what they did is just use a machine. And they hurt really bad my dog. I have to. Clean his wound for 2 weeks. So it did not get infected, he did not want To walk , this is unacceptable we are trusting our pets to you and you are not taking care of them with love and respect. Never coming back of course. And don’t recommend to anyone.

I LOVE this place, I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and have never had any issues with my dogs. They always come back happy and clean. They even posted pictures of my dogs on their Facebook page while they stayed. The grooming is amazing and always makes my dog appear phenomenal. The employees are so nice! I toured the place and got all the info I needed and it smelled and looked so great! I will be returning with my pups!

My wife and I are pretty impressed with the Kennel Klub. The front area of the business (where you check in) is very clean. The folks there are friendly, professional and pretty efficient. Their staff is very pet friendly. I must say they did an excellent job keeping our dog for 3 days. When we got our dog back, we noticed that extra care appeared to have been taken to bath her. Compared to other similar businesses, their pricing is quite competitive. Excellent job, folks, thank you.

We got our puppy training with one of the trainers (Mr. Andreas Beheit) as part of one on one training at my home. I have 3 young kids with one being an infant, having a large puppy made it a necessity that we start on the right foot from the very beginning.. We would have been lost without his guidance. will recommend anyone 100% to go to this place.

They are very friendly and the place was extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this place if you need somewhere to leave your animals for an extended stay. They also offer a grooming service plus play time for dogs so there not by there self for there stay.

Kim, Houston Dog Trainer, is excellent! Very dedicated to his work and my German Shepherd is so well behaved now. I highly recommend Kim for dog training. Its an investment that is well worth the money for a more peaceful and well behaved dog.

I have been trusting the Kennel Klub with both of my husky and my lab for the last 8 years and I think the the best proof of their experience is that every time we pull in to drop off, they both get excited and pull at their leashes to get inside. You can fool people but you cant fool animals!I have personally toured the back kennels and seen the stalls where my dogs stay and I will say that I have NO problem trusting the Kennel Klub to care for my fur babies.I have kenneled my pups at other places before using the Kennel Klub and because of their convienance to accessibility, professionalism, and just for the care that they give my dogs I will always return to the Kennel Klub.

We had some trouble.. my pit bull came home with a swollen, scratched up, reddish muzzle and of course I was very upset and concerned I sent pictures to cori (manager) and she answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied with everything.. so I’m happy with that.

Ive brought my baby Shelby here a few times for boarding and regularly for grooming. I couldnt be happier with everyone here and our experiences. Everyone is so friendly not just to our dog but us as well. Anytime I call they take the time to answer all questions and have regular conversations. I will only bring my puppy here I trust them completely!

Ive been taking my shih-tzu here for years to be groomed, but recently moved across town and still took him here for months after- thats how amazing this place is.Im really sad that I cant make the drive anymore, because this place treated my dog and I like family. I dont think I could fully trust another place like I do the Kennel Klub ever again. The grooming was always absolute perfection by Bernie. One night, I had no choice but to board my dog (who I hate to be separated from), but I knew that everyone there would spoil and take care of him as if he was their own.I cant emphasize enough how incredible the staff is at this place, and I wouldnt hesitate for a second to tell anyone debating on whether or not to bring their pet here that this is the only place that they should bring their little ones.

We did home training with Freddy and it was excellent. I have two Rescue miniature schnauzers who were out of control when walking. Freddy worked with the dogs and me so that I am now very confident when walking them. Additionally, one was a NIGHTMARE in the car. I had to drug her to take her to the vet or she would try to bite and would scream the whole way. She is now doing much better in the car and without any medication. I couldn’t be happier.

Ive been taking my dogs here since 2010. Linda has always taken care of them and I can tell she cares for my 4 dogs as if they are her own. The entire staff I feel is like that. Thanks you guys for being so awesome!

Admittedly we didnt know what to expect when dropping off our beagle puppy. When we picked him up he was very jittery as though he had been injured or something. When you tried to pet him or scratch his ears he would flinch away from you like you were going to hit him or something. He is scratching and biting himself as though he has fleas. He had a sore develop on his neck. After 5 days and his coat was disgustingly dirty. We asked how he did with other dogs and were then told that they dont play with other dogs but they get walked 2X per day. We were told it was more money to have the social experience. We were also told by the place that the guys in the morning can be a little bit rough with the animals. That does explain the behavior our dog is showing but it isnt acceptable. needless to say I feel bad about neglecting my dog to these people and I would recommend that you also love your dogs better than sending them here. That is my experience. Update - the sore on his neck was a tick. Are you kidding me? attached 2-3 days puts it squarely in his stay at the Kennel club. Jack aint coming back.

Last time my pets were there they got kennel cough. Now having said that, they were not given their kennel cough vaccines nor is it required. This is more of a tip if your pet is older and has any health issues as kennel cough might be more serious for the older/weaker dogs. If they are going to allow dogs that are not given kennel cough shots, they should make sure dogs do not come in with it.Price for boarding are good but their bath prices are not. Quite a bit higher than Petsmart just for a bath and brush. They are open on Sundays for pick up which is not easy to find and a big plus for travelers. You do not have to pay for Sunday if you pick up before 2 pm I believe but your dog will probably just be sitting there for who knows how long. When I pick my dog up on Sundays before the extra charge, they use the restroom like they havent in a while. That makes me think they have been sitting in a kennel since Saturday afternoon, almost 24 hours! Not healthy at all for a dog. I now have pet sitters come to my home.

We take our Poodle here for grooming and were always more than satisfied. A year ago we did the dog training and our dog came home a brand new, well behaved, lady. I highly recommend taking your pets here!

Andres Beheit did an amazing job training our Laddie girl. We did not realize how much everyone in the family had to learn and change in order to bring balance to Laddie. Every session was exciting for Laddie, she looked forward to every meeting and in every session we learned so much. Andres is very knowledgeable, an expert in his field with great ability to communicate and translate his knowledge into easy practice every dog owner can master. We greatly recommend Andres ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love the Kennel Klub. My baby is 7 and she has been going there since she was 1.The teachers really love & connerct with the dogs. My dog loves their daycare and their parties. They are also the only place I trust to board my dog.

This was our first time to board our dogs with The Kennel Klub and we will definitely be back! The staff was so friendly and personable and made us feel confident that our dogs were cared for like family.

If youre headed out on vacation this a great place to consider keeping your dog! Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a large following of dedicated regulars which says a lot about their service, facilities and staff!

I think the Kennel Klub is great! Each visit rather its a grooming or a new overnight stays we have been very pleased with the service! I have to say that Linda and her husband are great people!! Its a great feeling when you walk in a place and the people make you feel like you belong.

The staff is really nice and friendly. However, the business decision-makers have put in place some very bad policies. For instance, it is VERY shady to not allow tours whenever you are open. Restricting guest from touring is a BIG warning as to how things are kept. I was told that they have certain hours where you can see the actual kennel. If you have nothing to hide, than tours should be available any time your doors are open. I figured I see the place when I drop off the dog, but it wasnt tour hours. I was also told I could not leave my dogs bed/blanket because they have sleeping-cots, again, bad bad idea for a dog-boarding business. I was hesitant, but still let my dog board there. He came out alive, but with the kennel-cough. I will definitely be going elsewhere next time.

You can see how much they care for the animals right away. And their people skills are good too! Great grooming, great day care and my dogs are always happy and healthy. Love this place.

Always pleased with the service. The groomer Linda is fantastic my baby always leaves looking so pretty.

Dog training was good, my sons dog was happy and calmer. She is now home learning more and my son is now enjoying his best friend more. The Kennel Klub was so nice and helpful, Kim the dog trainer is very good with dogs and helpful when needed.
