My pup (Sophie) just finished a 10 day training session with John Halford at Jacksons and we are very impressed with the results. John sends videos of his training sessions and instructions for homework which is very helpful and he is very knowledgeable and responsive with any questions or concerns. Sophie also goes to daycare at Jacksons regularly and I boarded her for two days last week. I cannot say enough about the top notch treatment and care Sophie gets while at Jacksons and the professionalism that I have experienced in my dealings with everyone. Great place.

Cant rave about this place enough! The bakery always have the best treats and the atmosphere is perfect for dogs and dog lovers. Each staff member takes incredible care of our pets. For years, he hated the way that other groomers would cut our maltipoos hair. Willie, is so patient with our pup. My dog went from being terrified to go to the groomer to loving it! Willie does a phenomenal job with any style you are looking for. Do you yourself a favor and go!

After some bad experiences at other daycares (not enough supervision, getting sick, not enough water, high stress environment), I was so glad that we found Jackson’s Place, which finally met all of our needs. They are always attentive, keeping the dogs well supervised, as well as interacting and entertaining the pups the entire day. They are well trained and know how to work with dogs. My pup was nervous at first and they were very patient and attentive to help make him comfortable. They keep the facilities very clean and quickly remove waste, as well as frequently sanitize everything. My pet has never been sick after coming here. They truly go above and beyond to show the dogs love and affection, and really get to know your dogs specific personality and needs. Our 9-month pup Jack is full of energy and loves everyone. With having a busy schedule, we knew he had to be around other dogs. This is our first dog, and we were nervous. We could not tour the building due to covid, but I trusted the reviews. We picked up Jack around 5:30, and he was so sad to leave! He loved being there, and the staff was very professional. We loved how informative they were and how they updated us with his report card! He will be back!

Best pet boarding facility in Houston! They have been taking great care of my pets for 10+ years and they are amazing. My dog gets super spoiled and has so much fun while he is there. They know how to treat young dogs all the way to seniors. I love the daily report cards with photos and the personalized comments are so funny to read.

Skylar has been going to Jackson’s place for a few years now and she loves it. When we need to board her she comes back such a happy pup. I never have never had any worries leaving our fur baby in their care.

One thing that stuck out to me was organization. We just switched from another groomer and this was something I appreciated. Willie was great! The grooming was great. Willie listened to what I wanted for my doodles. He knew I was a little nervous about trying a new place. He took great care of my doods. They seemed happy when we picked them up. Also, I liked that they didn’t nickel and dime us for things. The cost from grooming was affordable.

It was the first time I had used Jackson’s place. Willie, the groomer, did an excellent job on our Miniature Schnauzer. The whole facility is very impressive. I will certainly be back

We love Jackson’s place! The groomers do a wonderful job and I love that they provide cage free boarding. I boarded my playful golden doodle Wags this week and he had such a great time! I loved being able to watch him play on the cameras and we even got sweet photos of him playing with his new friends every day. Highly recommend!

I send my dog for the first time to daycare. They took care of him so well. My dog is afraid of other dogs but they made sure he is taken care of. They maintain the place super super clean. Someone is cleaning the floors all the time and they kept an eye on all the dogs. Very very professional. Love this place!

I am so impressed with Jacksons Place! I brought my dog, Chloe, in for her evaluation day last week and I was so impressed with the professionalism, transparency, and friendliness of the staff! It was great that I could watch Chloe all day from the cameras on their website. Chloe is a shy, timid, small chihuahua so it put me at peace to be able to watch her and see how well the staff tended to her on her first day in a new environment! Jacksons Place was recommended to me by a few friends and I am so glad I gave it a shot! Chloe loves her new daycare!!

I just got our Irish doodle Molly back from her first grooming appointment with Paige. Paige did a WONDERFUL job. I was super nervous and brought in a picture of what we wanted and Paige nailed it! She didnt poodle my doodle! Molly was wagging her tail when she walked out so I think thats a great sign. We will be back soon and will probably incorporate doggy day care into our next grooming appointment. Payment was easy and they were very organized with their appointment reminder and notification when Molly was ready for pickup.*Update*We have now had three grooming appointments and been to doggie daycare four times. Our dog Molly has the very best time and always looks gorgeous after her grooming. Her tail is wagging non-stop when I drop her off and she is spunky and happy when I pick her up. Im so thankful to their staff for taking such good care of our sweet puppy!

After a horrible experience at another groomer, we had such an amazing experience at Jackson’s Place! The staff are so friendly and attentive and did exactly as we asked! Our puppy had such a great time and almost didn’t want to leave lol. He came out looking so neat and clean. The place is very classy and fun as well. Jackson’s is such a blessing to us! All the staff is extremely nice and welcome and I know they love and take care of our Biscuit! Yes it’s a bit pricey but for the staff that care for our dog and a grooming, daycare, boarding all in one location it’s worth it! No kennels is the best!

After a long time of being a good customer here and paying premium pricing, we ran into some adjustments with our dog and schedule and not only were they not accommodating, they were confrontational and demanding towards my wife at a time where she needed help. This is unacceptable. One would expect more from supposed dog people. This is a person more in the business of dogs to be sure.

Our rescue pup Maggie suffers from separation anxiety, and so where we board her really matters. The team at Jacksons Place is very loving and comforting. The reports and photos they share daily are very comforting to me and I love being able to watch her on the camera.

I love Jackson’s place! I started going here when I lived in Montrose, over two years ago and my dog absolutely loved going. I ended up moving 20-25 minutes away and stopped going for about 8 months, just to turn back around and start going again. I will gladly drive 20-25 minutes each way to take my dog there. Everyone is super friendly, they take great care of my dog and their location is near a few really good restaurants so if you want to take your pup while you go eat, some are dog friendly as well. You also receive a “report card” from your dog’s day with photos and all! I will never stop going here, unless I move out of state.

I felt so comfortable dropping Aurora off at Jackson’s for day care. The staff is so welcoming at the front and they promote a very calm environment. I loved how easy it was to check in on my pup during the day using their 24/7 videos. I also loved that they always had at least 2 staff members in the dog areas. I never felt like a staff member was overwhelmed and they all seemed to work really well together. Jackson’s was a little bit more expensive than the other day care sites I looked at but I think the extra couple of dollars is well worth it for the peace of mind I had. Finally, it was so nice to get a report card for Aurora at the end of the day!

At first I was hesitant since there wasnt a separate area for shy dogs, however the staff is amazing and patient - they love taking the time and getting to know your dog...and may even write poems for his report card (see picture!). My dog, Huckleberry, was a shy rescue, slow to warm up to dogs and humans alike. The staff is great for keeping the playful dogs occupied and making the shy dogs feel welcomed. Jacksons place is worth every penny.

I had heard about Jacksons through another doggy parent at the dog park. I have started going back to the office part-time and I really felt bad leaving Jon Jonny Snow at home by himself. So, my fiance and I took him to Jacksons Place and oh my paws did he love it and we love it too! The staff is super friendly, you can monitor your pup during the day and be rest-assured he/she is in good hands, and their puppy report card is the cutest thing! Were so relieved weve found a place that you can trust with the warmest people. Highly recommend to any doggy owners in the Houston area!

Took my 18 week old puppy to his first day of daycare and chose Jackson’s. I was not able to tour the facility due to Covid restrictions but the front desk was very nice and the staff welcoming. You can view the indoor and outdoor space via a camera that is constantly streaming video which was great as I could check up on my pup at any time. There is always a person in the space with the dogs at all times which made me feel comfortable. At the end of the day my puppy got a report card and pictures and video! He seemed to have a good day, came home and slept the rest of the night. I look forward to bringing him back!

This was ‘Fergie’s first visit to Jackson’s Place and we were very happy with the service.Paige, who was so sweet, did a fabulous job on Fergie. The cut was extremely even, and whatever products they use she still smells super a week later. We certainly will be going back.

I’ve been taking my Shih Tzu Chloe, to Jackson’s for the past couple of years after moving to Houston and am so happy to have found this place! I tried other places before finding out about Jackson’s and am so glad they have a great groomer like Willie to take care of my pup! Would definitely recommend Jackson’s and especially Willie for any doggy’s grooming needs! I’ve also boarded my dog there and love that you can check in on them through the puppy cam throughout the day. Overall a great place for your pup and great service!

They are not only the nicest group of people, but I always have such peace of mind leaving our dog with them for either the day or for an extended time. Sadly we moved out to the suburbs so Duke isn’t going as frequently to daycare, but it’s still the only place we trust for boarding! Highly recommend taking your dog here!

Jackson’s Place Midtown is fantastic! The service is excellent. The staff are great. They have outstanding groomers. Willie and Paige solicit your input on how you want your pupper groomed and they deliver exactly what you want. There are lots of places to get your doggo groomed, but Jackson’s is our go to for playtime and grooming.

My pups always have a good time and its a battle to get them to come home. The staff is kind, courteous, and genuinely loving of our fur children.

Jackson’s Place is absolutely the best place to leave your pup- whether it’s for daycare, grooming, or boarding! The staff is amazing and care for your dog like their own. Took my pup here after being recommended by a friend who had a shih tzu as well. I really didn’t think it was going to be any different than all of the other groomers I’ve been to. I was totally blown away today. My shih tzu came it MATTED. Willie gave him the most perfect haircut I’ve ever seen since I got my pup 3 years ago. SOOOOO CUTE I died. I’m so impressed with his work, I can’t wait to go back. After many trial and error, I definitely think I found Brock’s forever groomer. Thanks Willie & staff we can’t wait to come back.

She is a high energy breed and the days she is at Jackson’s she comes home exhausted so I know she is getting lots of play time and exercise. I will also say I appreciate how flexible and understanding they are when unexpected changes happen or if I need last minute boarding they always work with me and make it work. It was an absolute pleasure leaving my dog there today. I sent an email last night and very early this AM they responded and were able to accommodate my dog for daycare and bath. They did an evaluation of him with the other dogs that lasted the entire day. You can see everything they are doing with your pet with a live camera in the location. I loved it and my dog did also. Will absolutely return.

Following a recommendation from a friend, my two dogs have been going to Jackson’s Place for grooming with Willie over the last two years and never fail to please.Georgie my Standard Poodle and Moose my English Wire Haired Fox Terrier, are always beautifully cut and groomed. I was looking for an actual groomer who knows how to tailor the dogs cut for the breed...I literally stalked Willies page for months and finally had time to try to get my baby in. Welp he was booked but in the process of my vet sending over her medical records someone canceled...total blessing..Debbie was on point calling me and making sure everything was aligned for her visit .I was extremely pleased and she still looks and smells great...the fur baby got so many compliments and my friends who are not dog lovers said how cuddly she looks...10 thumbs and 20 big toes down to this place

It makes my heart smile each time I drop our fur kids off for the day... We are greeted at the door by one of their professional staff and they are taken back to their classroom for a fun day of play. I love watching my pups play on the video feed & the large outdoor playground. Jacksons Place is a safe, clean space for our fur family!

I have been bring my dog here for 10 years, since they were on West Alabama. I love that they dont put the dogs in kennels or crates. The staff is amazing and they really take great care of her. She is always so excited when I drop her off! And she plays so much she immediately falls asleep on the drive home. I cant recommend them enough.

I have been going to Jackson’s Place at the Dunlavy location for awhile now and since this location is now open on weekends, I brought my pup here and absolutely love it! I like that the building is in a specific parking are- much easier to park and get to and I really enjoy the inside facility and how large it is! I have a medium/large dog and she has plenty of space to roam. The staff there is also fantastic. They love your dog just like their own! Fantastic customer service and fantastic with the dogs. Would highly recommend!

Unique place where dogs are not crates snd have lots of supervision

This was Brooklyn’s first extended stay anywhere to be boarded while we were away. I loved that we were able to see her anytime we wanted to on the live cameras available to all the pet parents! It made being away from her a little easier. Also, I was so impressed by the daily “report cards” as well as the prompt responses if any of the Jackson’s Place crew needed to be reached out to (or reach out to you).- their communication is great.Brooke will be a faithful member here & we were very very pleased. They even put her on facebook :)

My daughter lived in the city and starting using Jackson’s Place “Willy” for her Yorkiepoo. She has moved an hour outside the city and still returns to JP for grooming services. I decided to make the drive and it was soooooo worth the two hour round trip for me get get my dog groomed.My dog is large and generally takes ALL day to be groomed! Willy accomplished the task beautifully in under half the time.The salon is clean and very well managed.Price for service is exceptional. Those of us that groom our beloved pets regularly can appreciate reasonable rates. Believe when I say a groomer like Willy is worth every penny!!!I will definitely be making the trip again and again...If you love your pet, you’ll love Jackson’s Place!

Our family and our sweet, sometimes anxious, dog loves going to daycare; he loves the people and is very happy there. You can watch the live cam for as long as you like or check in for a few minutes. I am comforted knowing that he is safe, happy, loved, petted and loved on while i am at work. Dogs are social beings, they love their human and dog friends. I highly recommend Jacksons Place, it will be the best thing you do for your fur baby!

I’ve tried numerous daycares/boarding options, but this is the only place my pup STILL gets excited to pull up to! Everyone there is so sweet, gives her all the attention she needs (demands, more so), and I never feel guilty when dropping her off because she runs straight to the trainers/playroom without even looking back. I know she is in the best hands, and I have all the confidence they will take care of my baby! I was stranded in Florida for an extra 3 days, and they hosted Ky like she was their own. I was so beyond grateful for their thoughtfulness and generosity. I think they even spoiled her even more than when she’s at home! Can’t brag on them and the rest of the staff enough!!!!!

Jacksons Place is like your dogs family away from home! They love and care about each dog they see! Dogs are always kept off leash and not kenneled. They even have dog training classes! I love this doggie daycare!

High quality and cage-less grooming services! Willie does such a good job with my baby. My baby is always so happy to be there and always happy after he leaves. The staff is always excited to see you and are good about remembering your little fur baby! Leaving PetSmart to come here was the best thing I ever did for him... he would come home so grumpy and tired when after being groomed at PetSmart. I haven’t taken my dog to boarding services yet, but fully trust they would take GREAT care of him.

I can tell that Lily enjoyed her time at Jackson’s Place Midtown as much as the staff enjoyed their time with her. I loved the webcam so I could check in on her. I know she got plenty of attention because I saw at least two times when the staff were holding her. I also love the convenience, it’s close to my workplace and they open early so I am not late!

The daycare is excellent and and very friendly to dogs and humans! Grooming, done by Willie is awesome, also! Great facilities and a very loving environment for my dog, Hazel, for sure!

My dog Mika has been going to daycare at the River Oaks location for almost a year. I brought her to the new location for boarding. This was my first time EVER to board my dog and I knew she would be in excellent care. This place is huge and clean and I was able to get on the website and watch my dog on camera. She came home tired from playing so much with her dog friends. I definitely recommend bringing your fur baby here! They will never be in a cage and a counselor is there 24/7 to be with the dogs!
