I feel like the man saved my life. He opened up a new world to me.

On my initial visit to the practice for a procedure consult, I didnt even get to see the Doctor as they told me that my insurance wouldnt cover me. After checking with my insurance company who confirmed they would cover the treatment (clearly the office didnt bother checking beforehand), I was told they couldnt see me any more and Id have to make a new appointment a month later. Well here I am a month later and I get a voicemail this morning to say my appointment has been changed because the doctor will be in surgery, in other words, I have been bumped for a more lucrative procedure. This behavior is very disrespectful as I specifically arranged my schedule around my assigned appointment time which was arranged over a month ago. Why is a patients schedule any less important than the doctors? I dont think these are good values to exhibit and so you have lost a patient and my respect today.

Dr. Mobley is everything a physician should be. Hes knowledgable, practical, experienced, compassionate, and a gentleman.

Excellent care. Minor problem post op but in the best tradition of the American College of Surgeons, he persisted and made everything right. Never easy for any of us surgeons but he confronted the problem, corrected, did not blame me, the patient, and with kindness and diligence assumed that it was our problem. It takes a lot of courage to operate on one of your surgical colleagues. On 6 Sep 16, also in Houston, I will undergo a total left knee replacement.
