Very dissatisfied! The three times that I’ve visited the doctor was not in the office and everyone is waiting on him to show up including his staff. The last and final time he shows up at 11am and there’s about 20 people waiting on him. I decided to reschedule and the scheduler states that I will be a no show. Dr. Kaul is the no show! He strolls in to the clinic so nonchalant like no one is waiting on him. It’s very disrespectful to his patients time and very unprofessional. Prior to this I was scheduled a procedure, when I called to confirm ( since I never heard from the clinic) I was told my procedure was never scheduled. I had been preparing myself mentally to have this procedure done for nothing! I definitely will not be returning and hopefully soon I’ll find a decent endocrinologist.

I only give this practice 4 stars due to the care of the doctor. He is knowledgeable, nice and thurough, so I appreciate that. That said, his staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially, the lady in the front (receptionist that books appointments). Apparently, I was misinformed that my appointment to receive my test results were at a later time time than she had down. When I arrived, she looked at me as if “what are you doing here” and according to my calendar, I was right on time. She said no and that I was late and next time, to call when I know I’m running late. Well, I didn’t because again, according to the time I had down, I was not. Anyway, she was extremely rude and I’ve heard people in the waiting room complaining about her constantly (also see online reviews about her). I’m not sure why she continues to get away with being rude to sick patients, but it is unacceptable and I hope she changes her attitude. I really like Dr. Kaul, but hope he doesn’t continue to allow this treatment of paying patients.

Bad service doctor doesnt take enough time to attend your medical needs i ask a question and hes already wdlking away awful service dont recommend this doctor

This is the most unprofessional doctors office in Nassue Bay from the nurses to the medical doctor. Find you another place where you are treated like a human being.

Ive been to the pasadena office 2 times and I feel the Dr is very knowledgeable...he told me he has been dealing with diabetes for 30 years...he is very nice as well as the staff...I trust him...He always ask me what I want to do after he gives me the options instead of telling me and making me feel like a child. I would recommend him

I would NEVER recommend anyone I know to this office. The front desk lady that takes your payment & schedules appoinments is rude & very short. I tried to explain to her that I did not know I needed to bring in a blood test, her response was that I shouldve known, IM not the dr!The Dr. is worse, he was rushing me when I had my second appoinment. I have hyperthyroidism & told him my thyroid was getting bigger & that I felt very weak & tired. All he kept asking for was a blodd test, I had no clue I had to bring one in! This whole experience was nothing but frustrating. Do not make an appoinment here, you will be VERY disappointed!

This is the worst, most frustrating staff I have ever had to deal with. They dont do their job and are extremely unprofessional. I had to try to reschedule an appointment numerous times and now my appointment will be 2 months later than the original scheduled date. I had to drive 3 hours to see this doctor just to find out his staff forgot to officially put my name into the system for an appointment. This happened twice within 2 weeks.

Atrocious staff, and subpar care. Looking for someone else asap
